    They were great. I used them back in 2016 when my main Sewer line collapsed and there was no doubt who I was calling when my sink backed up. They were here quickly and solved the problem for a more than fair price. I would definitely recommend them to anyone, and would not hesitate to call them again.

    Drain Genie came through today for a yearly maintenance and Chris was the lucky guy who had the job. He was super friendly and very informative about what he was here to do and why the importance of why maintenance should be done yearly. I’ve had my house 4 years and not once had service done. Heard some rocks come through the water heater when he flushed it and tested my water quality. Thanks Chris. Next maintenance or any job I hope he comes through again. Felt like I had a friend at my house working. 6 stars !!

    Pricing is upfront and good. Service call is included in the price. Needed a clogged kitchen sink fixed and Chris McIntyre was very knowledgeable and helped me understand my problem. He took care with the house and checked all around for any other leaks or draining problems. Very professional and courteous. He was respectful of the property and kept my kitchen clean while working. I have always loved this company and will continue to give them my business throughout the years.

    Chris arrived promptly at 8:30 the morning after Hurricane Debby had blown through. He was friendly and professional. Due to the weather, he was unable to get his diagnostic equipment out in the rain so we rescheduled for the next morning.     My landlord used Drain Genie to repair a leak from our shower head that unfortunately was spilling over into the kitchen which was a shared wall. They sent out Chris to repair the job. He was prompt and followed through with the job till it was all finished. We had a few hiccups along the way, which caused the repair to be a multi day event. This was at no fault of the company and they were back to our house the next business day to finalize the repair. Would recommend again! Thank you for your help fixing our leak!

    We had a major pipe leak from our water meter to our shutoff valve on the side of our house. I called Drain Genie the day we found out and they were able to come the next day to locate the leak and make the repair. Angel was quite knowledgeable and explained all of our options to make the repair. We accepted the quote and Angel finished the repairs within a few hours. If you go with this company, request Angel.

    Excellent service! Very quick response, friendly, courteous, arrived on time, and very professional. sent reminders for the appt the day before and they have the latest in technology! They inserted a camera line in the plumbing and found where the issue was, then he used a sensor locator all over the front of the house and was able to locate where the camera was (25 ft), he dug and found the cleanout on the other side of the driveway and fix the issue. We highly recommend them! We will definitely use them again!!

    The technician Angel was excellent explaining and finding the problem and presenting possible solutions to the problem as well as keeping us updated throughout the process. Also he cleaned up the area after the work was done . On a side note I do think it is an extremely expensive company. I have never paid so much in my life for plumbing.

    Fixed the issue. The tech didn’t know the difference between an invoice and a receipt though, which took 10 minutes of explaining for him to say they don’t do invoices after saying they do invoices and my husband who was not home at the time could pay when he received it. Which is totally fine but had we known they didn’t do invoices, I would have had the card we use for utilities with me.

    Very positive experience! Got in touch via Google for a tub drain repair quote for a same day repair for an old Kohler tub (part of the linkage assembly was stuck in the pipe not allowing water to drain). The dispatcher contacted me promptly and provided a quote and scheduled the service. Pricing was accurate (no surprise charges) and I was provided updates when tech was on the way. Our Technician Adrian was awesome! Arrived early and was very knowledgeable answering any and all questions I had.     I called Drain Genie the day before to see if they could come out as soon as possible to help me get some repairs done in my house before the washer and dryer can be installed. They were here the next day at 9:30 like they said they would be. They fixed a vanities a sink a toilet fix my washer and dryer on and off switches. All in the span of maybe four or five hours. Not only was Carlos efficient and fast he was also caring about the prices and made sure that everything was done correctly and it didnt charge me an arm and a leg to have everything done correctly. I would recommend Drain Genie any day to anybody in regards to plumbing issues. Ever since my sister gave me their name theyve been my plumbers since and I wont go anywhere else.     I called Drain Genie on a Sunday due to a back up in the master bathroom, as it wasnt an emergency I set up the appointment for the next day. The appointment window was from 10am to 12 pm. At 9:45 I received an email stating that they would be here between 10 am and 11 am. After 11 am, the company had still not shown up, when I received an email stating that they would be at my home between 11 am and 12 pm. After 12 pm I received a call that the technicians were not done at their previous appointment. I asked how long and could not get a time, only that I would be next when they are done (I have other appointment scheduled). I cancelled the appointment after the person I spoke to said that my appointment window was 11 am to 1 pm, which was not correct.Update: The next day I received a call from the owner of the company. The owner and I discussed the issues, at which time the owner took full responsibility on behalf of the company for my experience. He did not make excuses. The owner and I were able to discuss remedies and to come to a fair resolution. The fact that I received the call from the owner personally, he listened to what I had to say, that he made no excuses for my treatment , and the willingness to resolve the issue, I have decided to update my review.

I presumed the worst, but he did not try to sell me more than what was really needed. Owner John also called me directly to talk me off the ledge and provided me an estimate for worst case scenario. I was very pleased with their honest upfront pricing, respect of my time and personal belongings.     This company is the best! We left a message on the online chat at 2AM and they called us back at 8am since it wasnt an emergency (our shower valve broke and we turned off the water in the house so no leak). Adrian came on time during the estimated time window (11:30am-12:30PM) and was super kind, fixed the issue quickly, and helped us figure out quotes for future house projects we wanted. I love that they are easy to get ahold of, open 24/7, really seem to genuinely care (they said if there is ANY issue they will send someone back and that the technician who did it will want to go back themselves because they want to correct the issue and know what went wrong to be the best they can), and they are able to get someone out the day of! I had to wait so long with another company on hold and HIGHLY recommend you use this company without hesitation. Thank you so much!

    I have used this company twice in the last month. We had a plumber before who flat out lied to us, over charged and did not solve our problem. THEN, we called Drain Genie because I found them online and they had great reviews... Their best practice is to provide a quote over the phone. The price they quote is the price it is. They are not necessarily cheap- but if you need a plumber, you can expect that it probably wont be cheap- and they are fair. The first time they came out in 15 minutes!! The guy was so nice and fixed our valve (going to the dishwasher). The second time we had more broken valves- this time going to the new washing machine. Kevin was there the same day and while I could not be there (this was at my Moms house) he stayed in touch with me over the phone the whole time, was very patient and sweet to my Mother and fixed the plumbing in no time. We are very happy with this company and will definitely use them again. Good, honest people.

    It’s not a good feeling when you have water running out of your toilets. It’s even worse when you call 6 plumbers to come out to fix it and the best answer you get is two weeks from today. I was also given a quote for $650 without the plumber even coming out to inspect the issue, not something you want to hear. Out of desperation, I called Drain Genie plumbing from the Google recommendation list. I spoke with Jennifer who was awesome and told me they could come out same day. Adrian came out and was and he was awesome. I had my nephew over that day because of spring break and they got to speaking about monsters or something. It was pretty funny. The overall experience was great and to make it even better it only cost a fraction of what I was originally quoted from another plumber.

    I needed assistance from a plumbing company today for a backed up kitchen sink and Genie Plumbing was contacted. A young man was sent by the name of Carlos to check the problem. This young man was very professional and very courteous. He explained everything he was doing and if I had a question he was more than happy to answer it. He was very knowledgeable in what he was doing and I’m happy to say my kitchen sink is draining beautifully. Carlos cleaned up everything after the job was complete and all I had to do was place my bins back under my cabinet. I was having an emergency issue that when I flushed the toilet, the toilet water was coming back into the bottom of the tub from the drain. He stated he had an opening today and he would send his guy right out. He waited for my call back and we scheduled the repair. I got a call from Carlos that he was on his way. Let me tell you guys something right now!!! Carlos was the best repairman I have ever encountered in my life. Although I told him we were going to have to go the more expensive way because of what I had been told before, Carlos said I am going to try it this way first and trust me I am going to get it done!     Great local company and friendly staff. I called in the morning to ask for a quote to replace a water heater and within minutes, I got an appointment scheduled for the same day.     Kevin from Drain Genie came to my house for a broken toilet he fixed within minutes and i added a broken garbage disposal. He listened to all my concerns fixed all my issues.     Charles and Charles Jr. Showed up on time the same day as my call and were very professional. I had booked them to remove a toilet that I thought was broken and to install a new one, however they were able to salvage the original and fix the drainage problem, not only saving me some money from their visit, but also allowing me to return the toilet that I had bought.     Excellent service! Prompt! Dependable! I call on Sunday afternoon and requested service for Monday. They called me on Sunday and set up a time for Monday. On Monday they called me to let me when they would arrive which was for the time I was scheduled. I usually prefer to do work on my home myself because as my wife says, Im a perfectionist! I can no longer do it because I broke my shoulder and they cant do much to fix it. I must say, John and Aaron were super. Very professional, all work was completed quickly and neatly and they cleaned everything up before they left.     The process of finding a reputable and quality plumber was nerve wrecking, but I found one in Drain Genie. They had great reviews on Yelp and they did not disappoint.     I called Drain Genie with a toilet that was flooding our bathroom and bedroom. Gushing. We couldnt turn off water at base and were clueless about turning water off outside house. Chaos and tears. Drain Genie sent Carlos out asap. He was very professional and kind. He showed me how to turn off outside water and what tool I need to puchase to do it, if needed, in the future. He quickly diagnosed the issue. He wet vacuumed the bathroom floor and carpet. He arrived early this morning and installed a new toilet, and removed the old one. The price was fair.
