    I went in to buy some shelves and Jefferson was there to make it happen. He put together the self-assembly items The Container Store was trying to sell us in planks in the box. He made it happen! This guy is extra!!! And it was so appreciated because it made the difference between a sale and likely returning to the store again and walking out and going elsewhere. It’s so nice to have such good customer service for once in a lifetime these days. That guy is underemployed. He deserves the employee of the YEAR as that is the first positive encounter I’ve experienced with my husband while shopping. He was excellent. Can’t rave enough about the value he added to our experience. For other employees, I honestly can’t say the same. The others let us wander around for a long time before ever being acknowledged. Once we finally went up to the register to ask questions about a product, the associate there was awful when we asked how to get assistance with an item we’d like to consider purchasing. Can’t say I’d have bought anything had that been my solitary interaction. Blonde 50 something female was almost making me want to walk out before Jefferson really saved the day.They need people on the floor offering to help and ask questions.Stuff doesn’t sell itself, people do.Jefferson deserves a raise! He just stepped in and helped when there would have been zero sale that day. Again, likely I would have left to not return for many years had it not been for J and his kindness and helpfulness.Now, I’m happy to come back or shop online and order more all on account of him.We are grateful for his help! Will be back to get the canvas and raffia containers for our new shelf.

    Went here with my lady thinking how much stuff could be in here to fill a store. Man was I amazed, I absolutely love this store, and the great staff. This store has stuff in it I never would have thought of to make life easier. I need it all now lol. Definitely worth a trip or a stop in to see this place and get amazing ideas to make life easier or just to help you sort your junk and make it look good ...

    If you need a storage container or anything to get you more organized they have it. Quality is great. The price on nicer items is a bit high but they run specials often which make them more affordable.There cheaper containers are pricedCompatible with box stores and when they have their sales are cheaper.The staff is always helpful and pleasant.

    Nic G. At millennium container store was raised right! I came in not knowing where anything was he was attentive to me as I was searching for items and the moment I gave up and walked towards him he started walking towards me help took special care helping look up the location of my items and talking me straight to them he made my experience quick and most pleasant give this guy a raise!

    I saw an add for the Container Store and stopped in just to see what the place was all about. I was approached by Laurie and asked if I needed any help, to which I replied Im just looking for closet organization ideas. Laurie showed me the displays and offered to create a design on the computer for my master bedroom closet. I had a picture of the closet and it was not pretty. By the time I got home, Laurie had emailed me a design for a master closet. I waited - going back forth and forth on the investment and comparing actual need. About a month later, I received an email that the Container Store was having a sale, and Laurie invited me back in to review the design. I stopped by on a rainy Sunday afternoon and left with a new closet and new kitchen pantry ordered, both designs doubled the useable space. I saw the parts list - over a hundred individual pieces - and elected to use the Container Stores installation crew. Yesterday, a professional and courteous crew of 2 arrived on time - as scheduled. They were careful with my home and explained their process. 3 1/2 hours later, I had a new - functional closet and beautiful kitchen space. Very impressed with the entire process, from start to finish. Easy, professional, functional. Now time to look at the guest room closets.

    I love the variety of organizing kits for the entire house, they even have custom organization. What I love the most from the container store is the elfa organizing line -because of the quality and the simplicity.

    Found the item we were looking for and saw that they are quite large and have a lot of selection. If youre looking for storage and organization ideas, they have tons of them. We also were able to sign up for a program to receive a hefty discount. Would definitely return!

    Take all my money! This store is every organizers dream. Ive done several Elfa closets and just love them! The employees are knowledgeable, friendly, and willing to help. Im super excited they started to offer a military discount! Ill keep coming back every chance I get!

    The Container store probably has the solution to whatever home organization issue youre facing. Whether its a shoe rack or plastic bins to organize the pantry - they have it all.The store is neat and well organized. The staff are very helpful when an item is not on the shelf, and offered to order it online and let us know when the item would be back in stock.My only complaint is the prices are high, and you are essentially forced into their loyalty program to get any sort of relief on the prices. If you can find things elsewhere, they tend to be a couple dollars cheaper. We use this store when we cant find what were looking for elsewhere - theyll usually have it, but at a premium.

    Only been once before. Thought it was a good store, but in fact a WONDERFULLY GREAT store.VERY busy this Labor Day, but store very well staffed and stocked. Probably the most helpful and friendly staff that have seen anywhere in years. At least 5 employees asked if we needed help ( and they were helpful). Cashier very pleasant and friendly as well.A specialty store ( and had what we have been looking for - well worth the trip), so not much occasion to visit, but certainly will next time have a challenging storage situation.

    I love coming here for anything from organization, to travel, to dog supplies. My last trip was for shoe organizations/shelving. Its great. The staff are always nice and helpful.

    Wide variety of available products. Store is clean and inviting. Staff was helpful and friendly. Some products were reasonably priced while many were overpriced. Its a great place to get organizational ideas, and they do have a good variety of color-coded or themed organizational options.

    If youre looking for a way to get better organized in your home, this is the store for you! They have some really neat ideas for how to get yourself and your house together. Many of the items would be super handy!The parking lot is huge, so youll never struggle to find a spot. They are across the way from the mall and its relatively easy to get in and out of the area. Its a huge store, so it may take a bit of time to go through it all.Pricing is a little high for some of the items, but if you watch for sales you can get a pretty good deal. Plus the peace of mind for getting everything in its place it really worth it.Overall: AHuge location with great ideas on how to better organize just about anything in your life! House, office, car, and more!

    My wife LOVES to organize, so this place is right up her alley. On this trip we picked up some items to organize our refrigerator, but you can find products that will help you organize just about anything you can think off, from your garage, to your office, to your closet.You should definitely visit, you will most likely find something you didn’t even realize you needed :)

    Always super friendly and great products. Will say don’t jump the gun and wait for sales. They seem to run at least once a year for all their products. Very pleased with everything I’ve purchased here, from small organization items to complete closets.

    I have a condition which prevents me from wearing a mask and tried going to ikea right across the street, first, but was chased down by the gestappo and told I couldnt be there without one. People looked at me like I had leprosy and overall made me feel like I had aids. So I left and came here, where people were much nicer, did not chase me out or anything and were friendly when I had questions. Their selection is very generous and generally if youre looking for some storage solution youll find it. Prices can be high in some items but you can find good values too. The gentleman at the register was very nice and offered a 15% discount for our purchase even though we didnt have a coupon.

    Loved this store so much. Literally every thing you need to organize any room. Absolutely love the displays that show you how to repurpose products for organizing things you might not think about. They not only have things for your home or office but they also have organizers for you suitcases and purses. The only drawback is that the store needs more glass options, dont get me wrong their are quite a few but I love the look and feel of glass better than plastic.

    This is a terrific place to find and kind of containers, kitchen accessories and bunch of other home and office supplies. I had problems finding a flat bottom clear container to use for proofing my sourdough bread. Every place I looked, the bottom had some kind of ridges or dips. Finally found it at this container store. We went back to get a couple more. The prices are just a little higher that Id like but I guess thats to be expected being at the Mall at Millenia. Love this place.

    I had a pretty big mix up with an online pick up order and the store was SO busy, like Saturday after Home Edit aired on Netflix busy, and Marty went above and beyond to get everything sorted out. He had a million things going on and still managed to do the best he could to provide the best costumer service. Thank you Marty!!

    Awesome store. By far one of the most organized (no pun intended) stores Ive ever been in. However, a lot of the products they sell are available else where and for better prices. Even so, I would happily spend a store gift card there... just not my own money. 🤷🏾‍♀️❤

    The container store is a great place. I’ve been to two of their locations, Tampa and Orlando. They have so many items and the staff is super friendly. It is very pricy. but they have A BUNCH of stuff and I love this place.

    It is the Saturday before Christmas called to find out if the Orlando Millenia store had an item I was looking for. The person who assisted me was very helpful, she found the item (I needed three) and they only had 5 left. She could not hold them for me (they were on sale), however I could purchase them and pick them up later in the day. She took all my information, processed the order and even offered to text me when the order was ready for pick up. I was so impressed by her efficiency, just wish I had gotten her name so I could add it to this review.     I was looking for a custom built closet system. I met with closet designer Keri. She was awesome! She asked and listened to my wants and needs. She worked with me to keep it in budget. Emailed me the design and tweaked it several times for me. She was patient, sweet and a joy to work with. I highly recommend her. Her supervisors also introduced themselves to me for any further assistance. The store itself had really great organizers and systems for every room. A fun place for neat freaks.

    An adult playground. If you have obsessive compulsive disorder this is your dealer and they have the best drugs 😆 we were helped by a manager yesterday and they were very kind and helpful. We scheduled a closet designer to come to our house and we look forward to meeting them. It’s a great store and a great location. If you watch any organization tv shows or Instagram DIY’ers, this is the store for you. Wouldn’t necessarily say it’s “kid friendly” unless you want to punish them with boredom. Happy organizing!

    Ask for ZORA! Went there a week or so ago. Wed been frustrated trying to find shelving for a room through Ikea, Wayfair, Home Depot, etc. and was about ready to give up. Went to the CS and Zora had us configured in about 20 minutes. Half an our later the team had all the custom cuts done and we were on our way home. The Elfa shelving system is easy to install, functional and visually appealing. Thank you Zora!

This is for the organization freak in all of us, with all kinds of boxes, hampers, bags, dividers and, well, containers you might need.
