Dais TECHNOLOGIES got the job done, not to be mistaken for Dais COMMUNICATIONS.We had issues with internet installation in our home and dialed the number on Dais Technologies website. The customer service agent was friendly, but was not as familiar or knowledgeable about my inquiries as I would have wanted. I continued working with them having called 3-4 separate times across 3 days.4 days after initially calling, they sent someone out to my home only to realize that they sent a cable guy instead of someone who could troubleshoot internet. They said itll be another week until they can send the right person out.We called Dais again and re-explained our situation and the mistake that was made only to be told 20 minutes into the conversation oh thats a question for Dais Technologies. To this we asked I thought thats who we were talking to... who did we call then?. They explained that they are Dais Communications, the customer service branch.We finally got the right number to Dais Technologies and after describing our situation, they got someone out on the send day and fixed our internet within minutes.

Dont know what the other reviewers are talking about, I think Dais gigabit is amazing. I dont think people realize what they have with gigabit being available to them for 50 bucks.
