We got a set of Maytag washer and dryer and the employee who helped us was very helpful and kind we didnt get her name but she was amazing. They also give you a great warranty deal. 4th experience with them. Weve never needed to use the 30 day warranty included with purchase. The stuff has always worked fine for us. Bring in your old appliance and get an extra year of warranty on used appliances. Print coupon online for $25 off. They do have new scratch and dent/ referbished stuff too- roughly 20% less. Their sales staff gives conflicting info so he it in writing before you pay! But all in all is been good and saved us thousands. Reduce, re-use, recycle. :) ♻️

Great experience! I bought a washer and dryer here Im 2011. Knew exactly where to go to purchase a fridge. Helpful staff and a lot of inventory to choose from. They do not offer delivery, but will help to load up your appliance in your vehicle. They offer contractors who can provide delivery. Will come here again!

My sister and I came for a washer and dryer and we were met with the best staff possible. First, Rhonda helped us find a washer and dryer and explained to us how to find one and how to install them etc. She was amazing. Then, when we went to load my car with the washer, my car died. They were super understanding and one of the staff, Miguel, grabbed his jumper cables and car and jumped our car for us and then helped load our washer in. He went above and beyond. We will be coming back for any appliance needs and recommending this place to family and friends.

I needed a new fridge quickly. I went to Appliance Exchange and was able to purchase a new fridge with a small dent in the front. I was able to get the new fridge home and installed same day. It has only been a few days but so far the fridge looks and runs great. I registered for a one year manufacturer warranty with GE and purchased an additional year warranty from appliance exchange. (Note - you do need to take the appliance in to the store for the in store warranty, so keep that in mind). They are upfront and transparent about this policy which I appreciated. The customer service employees were all very friendly and helpful and took the time to answer my questions.

This place helped me get my dryer replaced for a solid $180, and since I brought them back my bad dryer, which they knew was busted, I was able to get a 1 year warranty from them. On top of it all, for a $50 deposit you get back, they let you borrow their dolly. Y se hablán español. Cannot recommend them enough times.

What a great experience!!! We were searching for a washer/dryer set for our daughter. We found a matching set!! Very reasonable price that included hoses and both dryer plugs, as we didnt know if she needed gas or electric. Comes with a 30 day warranty and a possible 2 year warranty if purchased. They have an amazing line of appliances for all budgets. If you need an appliance go here, its worth it. They even have NEW!!! I just cant say enough great things about them. These folks were very helpful. We came in near closing, but they still didnt rush us and showed us all they had or had coming up. They were also very patient with our crazy kids. I had to come back to pick up our freezer after removing our truck shell. Their warranty wont cover you if you transport a freezer/fridge lying down. This is understandable and my fault. But, just for your knowledge if you are looking to pick up same day.

I got a great deal on a washer dryer combo about 6 months ago. It has been a great set. I bought the warranty, which I would highly recommend, and the heating element went out. They were super easy to get in with to do the repair under the warranty. I brought the dryer in, and they said it would be done in 3-5 business days. I got a call 2 or 3 hours later saying they had placed priority on it because it was warranty job and that they had finished. I came by, picked it up, and had it home working again same day as dropping it off. Great service and great communication. Thanks guys!

I bought a washer and dryer two years ago and they’ve been running great! I paid $25 for a year long warranty and used it once for my washing machine the first year. I haven’t had problems since they fixed it (I just had to drop it off myself). You can extend the warranty up to 2yrs ($25 to renew) and I just barely took my dryer in to get fixed for the first time since I bought it. I got so much value out of what I paid for. 10/10 recommend. Great customer service.

They are usually scratch and dent, so if you have to have primo looks then you get to pay full price somewhere else. The staff was all very friendly (even after they had to stay a little late on our account!) and helped as much as they could. We got a smokin’ deal on a fridge that had some cosmetic damage, but seems to work perfectly for now. We also bought a year warranty, which seemed totally worth it for the $25 it cost. I don’t know why there’s so many bad reviews when we’ve had an amazing experience! The manager there was so friendly when my dad and I went to get a washer and dryer. It literally states in their warranty that they DON’T deliver or pick up if the appliance needs fixing so I don’t understand all the comments about that. Definitely a straight forward company, if you don’t like the warranty simply don’t buy. But we definitely had a great experience! And definitely recommend if you’re on a budget! :D

Appliance exchange of Utah went above and beyond. I bought a washer and dryer unit almost a year ago and bought the 1 year warranty. At 11 months, the washer stopped working. I took it in and they said they couldn’t fix it but that I could have in store credit to go toward a new one. They didn’t have a comparable one and said they would call me as soon as they did. And they did call! Excellent customer service! They even switched out the electrical cord for the one I needed at no additional cost.

They provide a service often overlooked within the purview of reduce, reuse, recycle in our consumer driven society.The majority of the population doesnt have a couple of grand handy at a moments notice to replace an appliance necessary in day-to-day living. Particularly to replace an appliance that, if bought 20 years ago, would have lasted 15. But currently has a rollover of about 7 yrs. The price goes up, the quality goes down.Appliance Exchange of Utah offers affordable, working options for any budget.Why 4 stars instead of 5?The only thing I would change... if it were at all possible to offer the option of having a repair technician come to your home (for an additional fee of course), that would be priceless in our instance. Both my husband & myself are disabled. So being able to bring the appliance back in for warranty work proves to be a logistical nightmare for us unfortunately.

They had plenty of machine in the price range and we found one very quickly. We paid for the new washer.
