SHI created an ideal zero-entry shower for my mom: hand-held spray, custom fold-down teak wood bench, and multiple grab bars for safety. In addition to being ADA compliant the features and finishes in the bathroom make it feel more like a personal spa.From design to finish, the crew kept us posted about the schedule and the work. The shower floor drops down in the garage ceiling approximately six inches. It was a challenge (understatement) to prepare, configure and install. SHI experience and expertise resolved the predicament.Keeping in mind that we will grow old(er) in our home, we make wish lists and get at least three estimates for each project. Over the past eighteen years, SHI has renovated pieces and many spaces in our home: vanities, stairs, lighting, basement, bedroom, and bathroom floors, and vaulted ceilings. The work in our home demonstrates SHIs highest-quality workmanship.

The SHI team did an outstanding job with finishing our basement. Multiple hurdles, to include the pandemic and several big-ticket items being added during the project (sliding door replacement, backsplash, etc), were handled with good responsiveness and coordination throughout. Their use of the Buildertrend app makes contact and payment much easier. David and his team pursued many final loose ends until they were finally handled for good. I would recommend them for a project of any size.

We highly recommend working with Superior Home Improvement. Dave and his crew are extremely reliable, professional, and honest. And most importantly, the quality of the work is impressive. We’ve been very satisfied with the results over the years, hence why we’ve used him for every project in our house and kept coming back over the ten years. The crew doesn’t cut corners, and they do what is right to make the quality of the remodel top-notch.When you work with Dave you can expect somebody that is very responsive and easy to communicate with, providing regular status updates and direct communication. Superior exceeded our expectations on our kitchen/greatroom remodel.Communication is very important to us. Dave/Aaron and team kept us in the loop every step of the way. Dave listened to our ideas and constraints on the front end and came up with a proposal that made the most of our budget.Anne was great to work with when picking out our finishes. Again, she listened to our “broad thoughts” and helped lead us to a finished product that we are thrilled with.Kelly is a tile genius. Our advice is to trust his creativity. His attention to detail is like no one we’ve ever worked with.Aaron and crew were reliable and kept the worksite clean and orderly—this made such a difference since we were living in the house during construction. We talked to about a dozen contractors in the Omaha region before deciding to work with Superior Home Improvement for our recent kitchen gut/remodel. David and his team took our outdated and tired-feeling kitchen and gave it new life. We are absolutely in love with our kitchen and cannot even believe the transformation of the space! The work was completed in a timely manner, and the entire team was friendly and accommodating. We highly recommend Superior Home Improvement for your next project. We will be using them again in the future for bathroom remodels.

Truly I wish I had found these guys sooner. From the very beginning Dave was super responsive and actively listened to our remodeling dreams. He never pushed or tried to upsell, just added his insight and expertise. When it came time to start, everything was itemized, reviewed, and we were given the chance to decide what we wanted and even if we wanted to do some ourselves to save. Day 1, their professional team had a brand new window cut out and installed before even breaking for lunch. It was magnificent and they kept that momentum until the entire job was quickly done. If youre looking for someone who still takes pride in their work, doesnt over charge, and legitimately seems to enjoy working with you, I cannot recommend Dave and Superior Home Improvement enough.
