I usually don’t do reviews but I feel like I need to express my Thx for a Job Will Done by Zach the name of the Technician who came to my house Aug. 2. He was very professional and took the time to check the whole system over from water pressure, water level to Freon pressures. He took the time to answer all my questions and concerns with my Climate Master unit. I also would like to Thank the lady who answered the phone that morning sorry I don’t remember your name as she was understanding and very polite, called me when the Technician was on his way to my house. Over all it was one of the best experiences having to call someone to repair my Geothermal System. I will only be using them in the future for all my heating and cooling system repairs. Thank You very much Comfortworks.

I’m so very thankful for Allie and Andy here at Comfort Works. Let me tell you, Allie was so helpful and made me so comfortable with the knowledge and I’m so thankful she helped me out, called me back, and had the whole situation under control. Thank you.Andy is very knowledgeable and he got me up and running in no time. This whole experience was top tier. I originally called out Another company that didn’t make me comfortable he talked so bad about the geo thermal unit and kept telling me labor would be out the roof. And gave me a quote of $1500 my God. But something told me to call the company that actually placed the unit and by my surprise they knew exactly what to do and did not charge me no where near the original quote.Allie and Andy have made me a client for life and I’ve already have been referring people to your company.This is a trusted company I might say. It’s hard these days to trust in people and their work. But these beautiful souls changed my out look. Thank you kindly and dearly. Just wanted to give a big thank you to Allie and Ronnie (my tech). My system has been in service since 2010. I’m a believer, these folks have done nothing but take care of me and my family. Very few calls over the last 14 years. Only three to be exact. It started with Chris E. Sitting down and telling me what he would do, and how would maintain my system. Im so very thankful for all of you at Comfort Works.

I want to give a big thanks to a guy name WES who works for comfortworks…. I had some trouble with my air and he came and got me and my wife handled… if it wasn’t for him helping me with my unit i would probably would be in a hospital somewhere from having a seizure from how hot it was inside my house which was 90 degrees i will be recommending my friends and family + anybody who is reading this to give COMFORTWORKS a try! You want be disappointed i promise thanks again WES!

Hands down the absolute best HVAC company out there for commercial, residential, standard and geothermal units!! Weve used them for all of the above. After being taken for rides by several well-known HVAC companies, it is a pleasure to be working with honest folks, who are professional, friendly, and great at communication. Easy to schedule with, fair and reasonable prices, quotes and problems communicated directly with us, fixing problems the first time called, stewards of our money by having almost everything they need on their truck when they show up for a job... its a breath of fresh air! Recommend them for any job of any size!!

My AC stopped working on one of the hottest days of the year. The receptionist was super helpful when I contact the office. Once we discovered we could not fix the problem over the phone she had a tech out the same day...he even came a few hours early. Josh was great!!! Very professional, friendly and overall great to work with. I would definitely recommend their service. I thought, I was going to be without AC for the remainder of the week, but they got me in, up and working.

Comfort Works offers excellent customer service! I’ve used them several times to repair my geo-thermal heat pump. The latest was right in the middle of record cold temperatures. The unit went out overnight. I called them at 8 a.m. the next morning. They showed up in the afternoon and fixed the problem. Their tech, Zach, was knowledgeable and extremely friendly, explaining everything he was doing. I highly recommend this company. When I get ready to replace the unit, Comfort Works will get the job!

We just completed our new 80k sf building and installed Comfort Works Geo-Thermal system. weve occupied our building for 3 months.I have been amazed at the system itself. Quiet ,efficient and customer friendly! not to mention the simplicity of the system.I have been in the working environment for over 50 years. I have never had the pleasure of a nicer bunch of people at Comfort Works to work with. Their attention to detail and customer service exceeds all expectations!I will be putting one of these systems in my home when my old antiquated furnace goes out.Kudos to Comfort Works and their people! In this record cold snap, my water pipe burst in the garage closet shared with the heating unit. The water caused the heater to stop working. I called Comfort Works this morning hoping to get on a repair list for early next week. To my surprise, they scheduled for tomorrow but were able to make it today. Yay! Repair tech Chris was friendly, informative, and knowledgeable! Great experience!!

We just had 2 systems installed by Comfortworks. So far, systems are working very well. It seems the house stays at a more constant temperature and is very quiet. Installation was done extremely well considering how much it entails. The people that did the work were very professional and respectful of the property. They were not in a hurry and seemed to take necessary time to do an expert installation. Chris Ellis was very knowledgeable and professional as was the lead installer, Andy. I recommend Comfortworks if you are considering geothermal based on my experience with this company and with the system performance and installation. I cant say anything about how it heats the house yet, but will update review after we use the heating this winter. If heating is like the experience so far, I expect it will be also very good.

At the end of July our unit quit working so we had it replaced. The 2 installers Casey and Brian arrived on time and were efficient in their work. I was very impressed with their speed and quality. I would highly recommend using them to anyone who needs heating or cooling needs.

GEOTHERMAL SYSTEM INSTALL A company is only as good as its leadership and people. The craftmanship and skill of the workers is just as important as the best equipment. This is what makes Comfortworks the best choice for a geothermal system installation. Chris, the manager/ president provided excellent leadership and hands-on supervision. The drilling crew was hardworking and dedicated. Their skill and speed was awe inspiring. Ronnie is a master electrician, excellent system troubleshooter, and problem solver. Andy and Manny did a great job installing ductwork, and they were friendly and fast. There were a few glitches and annoying problems along the way, but thanks to Comfortworks excellent customer service, all is well. The system works as expected, and Im saving money and saving the earth. Thank you, Chris. You and your crew deserve kudos for professionalism, skill, and work ethic. I recommend Comfortworks for geothermal installation without hesitation. Thank you all.

I built my present 5000 s.f. home 20 years ago. I wanted an efficient comfortable home. I built a complete GEO Thermal home with geo heated floors, geo heated domestic water, and geo a/c. I used the equipment and advice of the Comfort.works team. Chris Ellis and Wes Wostal gave me advice on equipment and design. I have been overly impressed with the total package. Comfort.works advice, equipment, installation and follow up have been excellent. I couldnt be more pleased. Comfort.works are top notch professionals.

I have residential geothermal HVAC and my A/C stopped working. The technician (Zack) came Saturday night almost at midnight. Zack found the problem quickly, and he had a replacement capacitor part in his van. $271 for a midnight weekend repair, including the part.

Chris Ellis has all the right people to provide customer service that few can deliver today. We have had a couple of service requirements in 7 years, but their 24/7 tech hotline has enabled us to stay comfortable 99.9% of the time, and if a service call is required they set a time, ID the problem, and fix the issue immediately. Trent, thanks for keeping us cool!
