I’ve been in my home going on twenty-three years now. Living in an older home I have used several different plumbing companies.When I remodeled my bathroom I decided to replace all of the plumbing, even the sewer line all the way to the alley. I also added a new Kohler commode. Since that time I have been frustrated with how poorly it flushes.I have spoken to several plumbers who told me the newer commodes simply don’t flush as well as older models. I finally checked into pressurized toilets & almost had one installed.I contacted Greg w/ Trinity Services. He’s been to the house several times. When I asked about pressurized commodes he advised against one. He assured me he could install a regular commode that flushes properly.I’ve always been pleased with Greg’s work & gave him the green light. I couldn’t be more pleased with this commode. If you’ve got a problem with a low volume flushing commode you might consider contacting him.

It’s been a truly wonderful experience using Trinity Services Plumbing. Greg and Glenna helped our plumbing needs to be handled professionally. We had a unusual situation replacing our interior water lines and they came up with an creative solution. Glenna sent us multiple text messages throughout the event that kept us informed, so that we never had to guess or worry. Gregg and Glenna are WONDERFUL!! These two have gotten us out of a tight spot more than once! Our hot water heater went out just before our new grand baby and her parents were coming to visit. They put the heater they had on hand for their own home in our house because what we needed was not available until much later! Also, for years, we would have to have our pipes roto-rooted about every six months. When Gregg became our plumber, he discovered the root of the roto-rooter problem! We had about a foot of ancient pipe between the kitchen sink and the outside line that was darn near solid with decades of rust and crud. He replaced it years ago and we haven’t had a problem since. These two are sweet, hard working, and get the job done! Honest, too. You won’t find a better plumber. And we’ve known some good ones!

A Heartfelt Thank You to Trinity Services Plumbing!I don’t even know where to begin Trinity Services Plumbing is truly God-sent! Greg and Glenna came to the rescue for my little family, and I can’t thank them enough.On January 6, 2025, my gas was shut off late in the afternoon during freezing temperatures, leaving us without heat or hot water. With three kids and a baby in the house, we were struggling to keep warm. The next morning 1-07-2025, I called several companies with no success until I reached Trinity Services Plumbing.When I explained our situation, Greg and Glenna didn’t hesitate. They came to my house within minutes, tested my gas pressure, and quickly resolved the issue. Not only did they fix the problem, but they also helped coordinate with the city inspector and Atmos to get our gas restored as soon as possible.I had truly lost hope, but they turned a stressful situation into a positive experience. They are kind, professional, honest, and genuinely care about their customers. Their pricing is amazing, and their service is unmatched.From the bottom of our hearts, thank you, Greg and Glenna.
