    I had a toilet installation that ended up involving a major problem with the collar and floor connection. Plumber Lou did a great job not just fixing the problem, but explaining it and showing me what was required. He was exceptionally knowledgeable, professional, and worked very conscientiously in the repair as well as the new toilet installation. He answered any questions I had. I felt the cost was fair, and will use this company again in the future.

    I needed an urgent appointment and Although they missed the scheduled time to arrive, when my tech arrived he jumped into action and really worked hard to install a water line to our new refrigerator. We have an older home so working on old pipes is very challenging but he did it and did it right. The pipe was installed, the water is back on and the fridge is working perfectly. They really saved the day. Appreciate the hard work and getting things done properly.

I had my laundry room plumbing system completely replaced and upgrade done to a poorly installed system from a previous owner. The technician, Vincent Laverd did a fantastic job. He showed a high level of professionalism in customer service, as well as technical skill in satisfying my expectations. He gave me options on how to proceed, explaining clearly each option, allowing me to make the decision which was the best for me. Got a message at 9:40 saying he was on the way. I had travel to the Post to meet him. I waited until after 11 for his arrival.The work was done professionally. Well done.

    Had a wonder experience with plumber Juan Hernandez. He was able to replace my shower cartridge no problem even after dealing with issues around my building water shut off valves not working as expected.     Ryan and his assistance from J. Blanton Plumbing, Sewer & Drain arrived on time to replace a kitchen drain pipe from the sink to the stack. They remove the old kitchen baskets and drain pipe. They cut the stack and replaced the basket and drain pipe with PVC to the stack. They did a great job. They were very professional and polite. After completing the project they clean up and thanked me for the business. I was very satisfied. If I have any more plumbing project I will call J. Blanton Plumbing, Sewer & Drain

    The guys at J. Blanton made the best of what was a worst case scenario for my home. Broken, clogged sewer pipe that caused raw sewage to be coming out of every drain in my house. I called at 7 p.m. on a Saturday and Jake was at my house by 9 p.m. Jake was professional, courteous, and kind. He explained everything to me as he was going and was completely up-front about pricing. Which, by the way, is high, but as I found, you get what you pay for. When you have raw sewage entering your home, no price is too high.By early Sunday morning, I had a crew (Kevin and Dave) out digging up my yard to replace the broken pipe and they worked straight through until after dark...no breaks, no lunch. By Sunday night, my plumbing was back in order. On Thursday after the inspection, Kevin and Edwin? (I think that was his name) came back after hours and filled in the hole and had my yard back in as good of condition as possible after a major excavationEverything from start to finish was top notch. I cant say enough good things about these guys.If youre looking for cheap, low quality repair work, you may want to go somewhere else. But if you want it done right, call J. Blanton. Thanks guys!!!

    I own an older building... 94 years old. J.Blanton Plumbing, came out and solved a problem that I havent been able to. The scope of work was a heavy task, but the technician who came out was able to handle it. He replaced a mess of pipes that were long due. Only thing is that the Services were a whole lot more expensive than I thought they would be- especially when I looked up what the average cost would be for that service.     Blanton had been out previously for the sink replacement so my husband called them when we tired of hot water fading 5 minutes into the shower. We bought a larger capacity water heater and it took a couple of visits to get things running right (mixing valve, galvanized pipes). I am happy to have pretty much hot water on demand.

    Jake and Billy came by to fix a clog in a floor drain and issue with septic tank. They were courteous and efficient. They both did a nice job explaining the problem. Not the cheapest service in the world, but they were able to fix the problem within 24 hours of me initially reaching out.

    Fantastic service! Showed up on time and took care of my needs in a timely manner. They made sure to inform us about all the issues that could have been a problem, took the time to explain what was in good shape and didn’t need to be fixed, and promptly ordered a new faucet and installed that same week. When they found additional issues, they immediately notified us and provided estimates. We needed photos for insurance and gladly provided them.
