I needed an additional waterline spigot for my backyard, so I began requesting estimates from three companies. Drains and Plumbing gave the most affordable quote, and although I usually choose the middle price, their exceptional reviews convinced me to go with them.Scheduling the estimate was easy. I was provided a time window and received a text when the technician was on the way. Mr. Boris arrived with a friendly attitude, and I was impressed when he removed his shoes upon entering my home—something even I hadnt done.As Mr. Boris drilled the hole for the spigot, I noticed he took extra care to clean the hole and seal it with caulk. Ive attached a photo of the new spigot (on the left) next to my existing one (on the right). You can clearly see Drains and Plumbings attention to detail. After completing the job, Mr. Boris even took a moment to help me brainstorm ideas for another project I had. His willingness to go the extra mile led me to ask if he owned the company, given his customer-focused attitude and thoroughness. To my surprise, he said he was just an employee.Drains and Plumbing left a great impression, and I’ll definitely be using them for all my future plumbing needs.

Drain and Plumbing strikes again!They did a very complicated job for us and i was a bit nervous. But again they exceeded my expectations in quality of work and service. 3 old boilers were successfully replaced with a tankless water heater. Works great, producing 12 gal of hot water per minute!🙌 Next day i received a phone call from the plumber Yuri who worked on this project making sure that i was happy and satisfied. Making appointments is a breeze. Well-run, straight forward office. I always recommend them to friends and family with the same glorious results.

Fast reliable service that i highly recommend. I called company’s line in panic after 10pm when I saw a puddle of water in the basement and immediately received a video call from the owners to discuss the issue. The technician’s visit was scheduled right after the issue was identified. I received updates via text prior to technician’s arrival, which made it so much easier to plan the day. I’m grateful for fast and professional resolution. My go to plumbers!

Hello plumbing service seekers. Yaroslav came over to help us after a pipe burst on the block. He was very professional and courteous, on time, extremely fast and efficient.He explained exactly what he was doing and really helped me to understand the issue we were having.I think the advantage this company has over large companies is that its family run. Family run companies are always my first choice. They treat their customers like they share the community (and often do!). They personally know their staff because its family. Couldnt be more impressed with the responsiveness and professionalism of the Drain & Plumbing Services. We discovered around 9:45 at night that we didnt have any hot water. Anna replied immediately to my wifes frantic Facebook inquiry, and we got a call from her in minutes. She connected me with one of her technicians who talked me through shutting off the water. Sergei came out the next morning and had the new hot water heater installed in about 90 minutes!Its never a good situation when emergency plumbing services are involved, but DPS made it relatively painless.

Called for emergency service on a Saturday just before 3. Had to pay an emergency service weekend fee upfront but this fee was lower than the first plumber we called. They scheduled the service and plumber was at our house by 4 and was done by 5 with problem resolved which was a sewer back up caused by roots in the sewer line. He recommended hydro jetting to ensure we don’t have issues for years to come so we may schedule that in the next few months. We have had no issues in the past few days since the service.

I had a leaking faucet. Now my faucet is ok.A plumber who introduced himself as Boris solved my faucet problem in a very clean and professional way. I know what Im saying because I was doing similar work when I was younger and healthier. And yet Ive to add that he is a person who is very costumer friendly. I live in a condominium, so I want to tell people like me, who do know how painful it is sometimes to do anything in their apartments that Ive got a really good assistance from Drain & Plambing Services to let me went through my association regulations. But what surprised me the most was not about their services. I have a cat. He is very afraid of strangers. When any stranger is entering my apartment, my cat is immediately under the bed in a bedroom. I couldnt believe in what I saw with my own eyes. When Boris entered my apartment, my cat didnt escape. He is 12 years old. Boris is the first person who could see my cat. I know that this is not about plumbing, but it is so unusual that I couldnt resist mentioning it.

What could have gotten wrong on the Christmas eve when you are hosting a big family party would you think? Ohh yes, we run out of hot water and had emergency call to have our water heater fixed before guests came in. Luckily, with the help of dispatch team our technician Yaroslav arrived within 1 hour and the problem was resolved. I cant thank Yaroslav enough for the excellent job! He arrived fast, quickly diagnosed the water heater issue, and promptly fixed it. His professional approach and attention to detail were impressive. Additionally, Yarosalv provided some helpful tips on maintaining the heather and found other malfunctioning details which could fail in the near future. The work was done very cleanly, without any mess left behind. I wholeheartedly recommend his services to anyone in need of a quality plumber services.

I had an emergency. Suddenly, my sewer line from my house to the street was clogged. All the drains and toilets were blocked. Drain and Plumbing Services sent their service person, Boris, very quickly to clear the blockage. Boris texted me as to when he would arrive and arrived on time. He immediately assessed the situation and gave me a reasonable price. In his van, he had all the necessary tools and equipment. The job had to be done from inside my carpeted house. Boris worked very cleanly. He used booties, went out of his way to make a minimal mess and cleaned up after himself. I could not have been more pleased.

As a first time home owner I was a little nervous about choosing a good plumber, but I made the right decision by calling Drain and Plumbing Services. It was very easy to make an appointment and had a plenty of times to choose from. You can schedule online or call to create an appointment. I scheduled a time, but they had an earlier appointment which they called me right away to see if I was available to take an earlier time.When Sergi came over, he was very polite and made sure to wear his booties before coming in the house. He took a look at the problem, explained the solution and there was no pressure to get the service. It was a reasonable price compared to other places I looked into. He got to work right away and after he completed the service, he made sure I saw the final product. The technician is awesome. Last week we had a water heater issue (leaking water at the bottom, not good after coming back from an out of town trip and 6 hour drive). It was after hours but the technician arrived around 7 pm and worked almost into midnight to complete the new water heater installation. He hooked it up to the water line, added a water filtration system, and now we can have lattes without refilling the water reservoir every morning. I didn’t think I could love a plumbing service this much! They fixed all my broken pipes and were able to get my shower fixed that many others have come in and tried and failed. They were quick and efficient, but also so knowledgeable and transparent! They saved me from having to spend so much more money by tearing everything out and building new. We don’t have a garbage disposal and really don’t need it. But should we decide to have one, he explained that we need a new sink and countertop. We had drainage problem with our basement sump pump. We called three different plumbing services and wasted money on all three of them.The first one over-charged us for a band-aid solution that didnt solve the root cause.The second one said water-jetting the clogged pipe would break the pipes. We were nevertheless charged for work that again didnt solve the root cause.The third one also said the pipe would break if they did water-jetting, so they gave us a high 4-figure quote to *replace* the entire underground drainage system.So, after dealing with three separate plumbing services and wasting lots of money without having solved our drainage problem, we found Drain & Plumbing Services.Yuri came out, took a look, and got right to work. I told him about what the previous plumbing services said about the pipes breaking from water-jetting, and he said, I can control the pressure, so it wont break.30 minutes later, not only did Yuri finally solve our drainage problem by water-jetting the pipes, without anything breaking, he also jetted three near-by pipes purely put of good will.In the end, our problem finally got solved, and it saved us $Thousands of dollars from what the other plumbing services were quoting us.We cant say enough good things about Yuris professionalism and competence, and more importantly, his willingness to go above and beyond the job, purely out of good will.The world today needs more good will than ever. I needed an under-mount kitchen sink replaced without damaging the counter. Their plumbers came out the first time to see if it was do-able and then they came out again to take measurements to help me find the right replacement sink. The sink took 2 visits to install but the work quality is great. They repaired the cabinet that needed to be taken apart to get the old sink out as well. Im so pleased with the work and the professionalism of the plumbers. I would definitely recommend this company!

My garbage disposal has failed over the weekend and I needed a plumber to get it replaced. I got quotes from two other companies that seemed Ridiculously expensive. My neighbor had used drain and plumbing services in the past and recommended I give them a call. Sasha Came out within two hours of my phone call. He diagnosed the garbage disposal and gave me a couple of options for replacement. I selected the incinerator badger And Sasha was able to install it for me on the same visit. While doing that, he also found a leak under the kitchen sink that was coming from my kitchen faucet. He tightened the connections and the leak stopped. I loved that the priceswere given to me ahead of time, and they were not surprised charges after the fact. They were also at 30% less expensive than ABC plumbing and Ravinia. I would definitely use them again for their quality, prices, and customer service.
