I worked with Sam he took care of my leak right away. I had just submitted a claim/service request and Sam had his tech come out the very next day! My kitchen sink was getting backed up with water, especially when we started the dishwasher. SPG Plumbing came out earlier than initially expected - I so appreciate that. The gentleman that came out was very kind, he introduced himself right away, asked to be shown where the issues were and got right to work. He worked for about an hour and had the problem completely fixed. He then educated me on how to keep the drains cleaned - I so appreciate education, because that can save us big, in the long run. Their prices are fair and the service was awesome & very professional. Thank you guys!! You’re our plumbing hero’s!

Spoke with Sam and hired them through the AHS Warranty for a Garbage Disposal Replacement and Sump Pump Issue. Was given a window 8-12 for the first call and after a no call no show called and spoke with Sam who told me 3pm. I did then get a call from Sam around 3pm explaining due to unforeseen circumstances they could not honor the original appointment. They were out the next day & on time. The plumber realized the sump pump was installed improperly and had too long of a hose which was causing the alarm to malfunction, was an easy 10 min fix and he didnt even charge me for it. The garbage disposal replacement was a bit of miscommunication between AHS, Sina, & us. Our contract was like for like replacement but Sam installed the disposal that AHS sent to him. Before installation Sam warned me the low quality of the disposal sent by AHS and said he would upgrade it for $235 for which I declined the offer. In the first 24 hours our sink started to fill up and wasnt draining because the disposal chamber was too small for the drain. We called AHS & complained and had them send the like for like disposal to Sina. It added a week to the process but we are experienced in home warranties and were patient. The replacement, Sina was on time, professional and got us our new disposal. Sam even called me personally to apologize for the miscommunication. My advice is know your contract with your warranty company before installation, communicate with the vendor on the model of replacement versus assuming they know your contract and will install like for like. We take as much accountability as the plumber and in the end AHS should be sending the right equipment. I would give Sina more work in the future.

He gave me several options to choose from and replaced my water heater the same day. Kevin was superior to every other plumbing contractor I have ever used in living in my house for 25 years

I recently used Sina Plumbing for a back up in the basement. They scoped the line with a camera after clearing it and found a broken pipe in the front yard. They quoted me $7,500 which I thought was high, so I got 2 other estimates. The other two companies quoted even more than Sina Plumbing… Needless to say, I had this company them come out and repair it. Took them two days and all I can say is that I am quite satisfied.I do HVAC myself so I recognize an honest company dealing with many contractors throughout the years. They were clear, up front, and to the point. No tricks with them which is exactly how I deal with my own customers.

Kevin and his colleague replaced our water heater recently. Changing from a tank to a tankless water heater was complicated work but Kevin and his buddy were professionals and completed job beautifully. They even came next week to pick up old water tank and hauled it up the stairs as promised. We had a lovely experience with them. Definitely recommend.

Had a faulty ejector pump discovered this morning. We have also had periodic sewer smells. Kevin from Sina came right on time and assessed that the pump starter switch was inoperative and that the pump was also old and weak. The venting system was not installed correctly from the previous installation.Kevin was very professional, kind and personable. He did a very professional, quick and thorough job installing and fixing the installation. No more smells and a great running pump.I would highly recommend Sina Plumbing based on this experience and also give Kevin a great big thank-you for a job well done.

We had a water shut off valve lever crack off on us and start shooting water everywhere. We had to shut off water to the whole house (with a 2 year old) and were quotes 4 hour wait times by their competitors. Kevin came out quickly (under an hour on a Sunday afternoon) and repaired it and was very professional in explaining what happened and how to prevent it. While he was out he looked at a couple other concerns we had, which were quickly repaired. They were reasonably priced and we would definitely use them again.

This guy is the best plumber you will ever meet.The first time our family worked with him, we had a pipe that wasn’t moving no matter what we did to try and fix it. He literally just touched the pipe, and immediately knew what was wrong and how to fix it.The second time we worked with him because our basement was flooding. He started work the same day to install a sump pump and finished quickly with good quality installation.If you need anything done, this is your guy.

Sina Plumbing has the best service you can get. My sump pump broke down one night and I woke up to find my basement flooded in my house in Northbrook. I had no idea what to do so I called my cousin and he recomended this company, Sina Plumbing. I told them what had happened and the technicians were here in a little less than 1 hour. They pumped out the water and changed the pump that very day. I recommend Sina Plumbing to everyone and will definatly call them in the future.
