    These guys are first class all around. Caleb came out and thoroughly inspected the problem, diagnosed it, and formulated a plan to address it. Communication was punctual and consistent, and Dee was able to adeptly and quickly resolve my problem in a not so modern or easy to access work space. They’re not only very skilled at what they do, but professional and enjoyable to talk to at every turn. Highly recommended

    I received excellent and very prompt service from Zoom Sewer and Drain. My sewer line was clogged which did not allow my toilets to flush, causing a backflow into the toilets. Not a fun problem when you can’t flush your toilets. I called Zoom at midnight, their answering service took my information. The next morning at 7:30 am I got a callback from Zoom saying they could come right away. Jeremiah, the service tech, solved the problem quickly and efficiently. I was very pleased and highly recommend their service. Thank you Zoom for your help !!!

    We would highly recommend Zoom Drain! After days with a drain blockage & 21/2 hours with a plumber who could not find the blockage, we called Zoom. Caleb promised to have a technician out within a couple hours where other companies said it would be days before they could come. Zoom came in hours as promised & worked for hours until they found & removed the blockage from our main drain. Jeremiah was professional, polite, & knowledgeable as was Caleb. They had all kinds of equipment to help diagnose & fix the problem. We could not be happier & will definitely use them again if we need a plumber. Highly recommend them!

    The guys at Zoom Drain are quick and professional! They didn’t try to upsell me on any unnecessary services, and they did a good job on the repair. Jeremiah the technician inspected the the valve that needed to be replaced, gave me two repair options, and replaced the valve promptly once a solution was agreed upon.

    When Zoom Drain came out and fixed some draining issues and installed a toilet they were quick and friendly. Turned out they were training a new tech and he missed a crack in the flange of the toilet leading to a water leak. Dee Fleming came out and fixed the flange. Zoom Drain and Dee’s professionalism is such a nice and comforting thing to see in today’s society.I highly recommend if you are in need.

    I called ZoomDrain about a smell coming from the shower drain and toilets that wouldn’t flush correctly. Dee, the responding technician was awesome. Punctual, courteous, knowledgeable, and thorough.To solve my issue, a cut had to be made in the vent system that leads to the roof and a camera inserted to find any obstruction. This is an expensive job. Unfortunately for me no clog was found and I still have the issue.

    Seth and Caleb were awesome! Great communication, on time, professional and the price was great! They do not charge a diagnostic fee and even used a camera to find our issues.We had them jet our exterior clean out to remove clog and clean main drain line.     Brian was friendly and professional in solving my mystery clog issue. His initial estimate was too high, so he proposed a lower cost option that was very reasonable. He went above and beyond my expectations to isolate and fix the issue, which turned out to be no more than an unusually clogged toilet. It was puzzling to me, as it was a new toilet that I had installed two days earlier. I was pleased with his performance, knowledge, honesty, and explanation. He completed the work in an hour after having called only a few hours earlier. I definitely recommend this Zoom Drain plumber to anyone needing plumbing services. Thanks Brian.

    The service visit was really great !! The Zoom technician was on time and very respectful on all fronts taking the time to ensure the problem I was trying to solve was fully understood and explained to me. The technician could easily have given me what would have been the standard $240 solution but was able to fix my problem with a few adjustments which took only 15 minutes. I will definitely use them again in the future if necessary !!

    I had a leaky toilet in my rental which significantly increased the water bill. My regular plumber was out of town so I contacted Zoom Drain. Chris quickly visited the house, diagnosed the issue and quickly resolved the issue to my tenants satisfaction. My tenant commented that Chris was very professional and knowledgeable and she would hire him again. The whole process was very convenient for me. I felt the charge was a bit higher than what I expected, but I and my tenant were very satisfied with the quality of the work done.

    We had an issue and was referred to Zoom Drain by another plumbing company. They sent Chris out and he was absolutely phenomenal!He didn’t try to upsell or make it seem like we had to do anything more than what we actually needed. Very very knowledgeable and honest- what more could you want in someone working on your house? Will definitely be using him/Zoom Drain in the future if ever needed.

    Had a clogged drain that I had worked on for a full day and couldn’t fix. Called another company who charged me ~$400 without fixing the issue and quoted me on another ~$800 to come back later for another procedure. Two plumbers, by the way.I called Zoom Drain for a quote based on the previous companies exuberant pricing.Brian came out, during a tropical storm, and was the absolute man. I cannot state that enough. This dude is the real deal.Brian fixed the issue doing what the first company SAID they did. AND, he performed their other procedure with no extra cost - for cheaper than their original quote, too.TL;DR - Brian at Zoom Drain is the best and I’d recommend him to anyone. Compared to a previous company that came out, he fixed the actual issue, did more for legit 1/4 of the other companies quoted cost, IN LESS TIME, and was just a good due. I will call these guys and ask for Brian if I ever need plumbing help in the future.PS - after explaining what Brian did, I got a refund from the previous company.

He came out late and inspected my garbage disposal, and even though there ultimately wasn’t a clear fix, he didn’t charge me since my disposal was already in terrible condition when I got it in my apartment.     I had a problem with my sewer line about 2 weeks ago that was handled by Zoom. It ran well for a week but Apparently it wasn’t completely cleared & I had a repeat back up ,but one phone call to Zoom & they sent Seth back to have a look. To their credit they spent as much time as needed to get the drain free of any obstruction & there was NO CHARGE ! That is what I call standing behind your work. Highly recommend.

    Although it was late afternoon on a Friday, Chris arrived quickly and provided the options to remove roots from the sewer line to the street. We chose the more expensive Wart Hog to totally shred the roots in a short time. The right man with the right tool made our day.

    Seth M was incredibly kind, polite, honest, very very clean, and efficient with his/my time. Super sweet guy! Zoom got someone over here within an hour which was incredible because my kitchen sink was clogged after my disposal didn’t exactly break everything down effectively. He was in and out of here in probably 30 minutes with a very clean working sink to boot. I can’t say enough nice things about Seth but I also highly recommend this business.

    Caleb came to my home because of a gas smell I had in one of my bathrooms only when it rained. He showed up ON TIME. he was Polite and courteous. He went through every possible situation to try to track down the smell and we came to the conclusion that it might have been the water department since it was a one off.     Had a difficult plumbing issue with the main sewer line that took multiple visits to fully resolve. Zoom Drain had the best customer service and had Brian come out as soon as possible.     I called early in the morning on a Saturday they were able to schedule me between 10:00 and 2:00. Text showed up around 10:00 a.m. this was awesome as most of the time you cant get that quick of a response. My dream was backing up into the tub area. Tech was very professional. Seth Macaulay came in gave me a quote which was a flat rate, immediately started working explaining to me his process along the way. Checking out all possible reasons for the drain back up. He seemed to do extra work but I think this may have been included by locating the source of lingering water and the depth in my service line as to where that change in typing occurred. Advise me he would leave all his notes in a summary and that it would be available should I decide to do more work like replacing the pipes. I will admit it was a bit pricey but I felt as long as the repair was done it was worth it.

    I think they’re a new brand in Charleston, but I tried them because of reviews at other locations for having the a quick response time and water jets. One of their trucks came out very quickly and did a fantastic job water jetting my sewer line. After looking at the camera they put in my line the jet did a much better job cleaning than the snakes I’ve used before.

    This is my second time to use Zoom Drains and I can not say enough good things about them. I had Chris the first time and Seth 3 days ago. Both are professional and personable and did what needed to be done to solve the problem. I certainly recommend Zoom Drains.

    The guys at Zoom Drain were great. I called around 10 am and two guys were able to come out around 3pm that afternoon to fix a clog from my kitchen sink. They were very professional, nice, and quick to fix the problem and even cleaned up the mess around the sink for me. Highly recommend
