I found myself in a unique and uncomfortable situation and Top Choice Plumbing went above and beyond to help me resolve! Imagine, being out of country with your in-laws staying in your home when you get a call saying there is no hot water and there is water coming from the ceiling in your garage. Thats what I was dealing with Thursday evening. I made a call to Top Choice Plumbing that night and left a message in their voicemail. First light Friday morning Kiki called and took my information. She said she could have a tech out within an hour and they were. Wayne, the service manager was very professional in assessing the issue, explaining it to my in-laws who are in there 70s and then calling me to discuss. I gave the go ahead and they brought in a crew to remove and replace my tankless hot water heater the same exact day! I cant tell you what a relief it was to have my home along with my in-laws taken care of in such a timely and professional manner. Wayne went the extra mile to explain why the original unit failed after 9 years and how to avoid it happening again in the future. When I needed clarification, the owner Robert took the time to speak with me directly to ease my concerns and to better educate me on the process. This company was awesome to work with, got me out of a jam and the professionalism they displayed make them my new go to plumbers. Excellent service for a clogged bathroom drain. Tub was backing up when shower or sinks were on. Found the issue and scoped the drains to ensure no other hidden issues (buying a 16 year old house that was a rental property has its surprises!). Found a small root break in the sewer pipe and gave guidance on fixing that. I will absolutely call them in the future to fix any plumbing problems.

Paul was extremely professional and explained everything he did. He even mentioned a few things that could we could do to prevent leaks and prolong the life of our hot water heater. He also mentioned we had some loose wires under our house that we should have checked on. Got to my home on time and went straight to work figuring out our issue. I called to get estimates and they were the most affordable, they were also super kind on the phone, and were able to get out here within a week! Anthony came to pump our septic tank as well locate it and open it. Anthony was extremely kind, friendly and professional. Anthony was also kind to my little ones who were interested in what he was doing. So he explained to them what he was doing and how it all works. He also, let me know everything he was doing. Which I appreciate since Ive never dealt with septic tanks before. He informed me that they also do house plumbing. I will be using them again for sure and will call them if I need plumbing done. Seriously the best service I have ever experienced from a trade/contractor - schedule 6 weeks out due to my constraints - when scheduled, the appointment was for 9:30-9:45 on 10/7. I can not say enough good things about Top Choice Plumbing. Professional from start to finish! Left the job site clean and with the job done to completion. Crew installed a tankless hot water heater, ran new gas lines, built housing to mount tank, and even discussed all the venting options with me so make sure I’d be happy with the placement of pipes and exhaust vents when they were finished. Communication was 100% fast and professional. Quotes emailed before they left the house, texts with arrival times, and they even include photos of the crew so I could know who to expect.I know my house needs some more TLC especially when it comes to plumbing. Great experience considering we were told by the utility company we had a gas leak in our attic. Come to find out the leak was at the meter before it comes into the house. As for the water, they found the leak and were able to fix it right away. The gentlemen that came out were friendly and seemed knowledgeable. Price was fair and completely worth it. Will definitely use them again and would recommend them to anyone needing help with gas or water lines.

I have had issues with water pressure for more than a year and was told by another supposed professional that I would need to replace my well tank. (Big bucks- so I just learned to live with it) Craig came out and made some adjustments and voila! Pressure much better! I dont dread taking a shower anymore. That same professional also installed my kitchen faucet that started leaking after a year, Craig came out again and replaced it in no time at all! These guys are awesome! I was disappointed that the owner who gave me the quote and planned the details did not show up on the day of installation to direct the work. Also, the outdoor hydrant was installed crooked/at an angle.RE: The owner came out on a rainy Sunday and straightened the hydrant for us. He definitely cares about his customers. After reading dozens of excellent reviews on Top Choice Plumbing, I called and scheduledan appointment. After Robert Borski arrived and inspected the water damaged basement ceiling, he determined that the damage was caused by rain water that came down a vent pipe that was not sealed at its connection to vent pipes below. The sheet rock damage was old damage prior to my installinga u shaped pipe on top of the roof vent pipe. Since the damage was under a bath tub on the main floor,I thought there was a drain leak.I will call Top Choice Plumbing when I need a professional plumber. In an earlier review somehowonly 4 stars appeared whereas I intended to give FIVE STARS!!!!!!!!

The electric to hot wire in the garbage disposal was not safe so he suggested local, licensed and bonded, qualified and punctual electricians to do the work. Being new to this town it was appreciated. MAJOR props For not just meeting, but exceeding my expectations!On time, on budget, friendly and professional!
