Septic system was backing up and water was coming back up into our tub and shower. My wife and I had just bought our house and were completely new to having a septic system. We called these guys and they were at our house within an hour! They took the time to show us how it works, how to maintain it, and gave us huge peace of mind. Absolutely recommend these guys! Quick, effecient, and friendly!

Fantastic service. Mr. Powers answered my email on a Saturday afternoon. I was totally not expecting that. They came and found where my septic tank and distribution box were, I had heard from the former owner that they had never been pumped out. I did not believe that Because how could you own a house since 1957 and never have a problem with the septic tank. What these guys found was 5 feet of basically desiccated poop they really went the extra mile. The last foot or so was very troublesome they hung in there and got it done. I will be calling them every two years on the dot.

Frank and his team have been out to my house on multiple occasions regarding septic issues and today was no exception! Brent Moon along with Frank’s team got to the bottom of an issue that has been ongoing. They had my system cleaned up and running in mere hours. Thanks to their diligence, transparency, knowledge, and skill, hopefully I won’t have any more septic issues in the near future. Highly recommend both of these guys!

Frankie and Owen came to the house in 45 min and had my septic pumped and clogg removed ! So knowledgeable and kind and fast efficient affordable service ! We had a clogged drain at our house Sunday evening, and called Powers Monday morning. They had two techs out to our house by 9:30a, and were completely prepared for the issue we had on hand. We had our septic completely drained and help unclogging our main line. The two techs were done with the job in about 30 minutes and let me ask any questions, call my husband, etc. They were wonderful and had incredibly fair pricing! I really appreciate their help, especially so quick around the holidays!

I needed a septic tank drain clean and was just taking a gamble this company was so professional efficient and came out same day as call. They were fast efficient and fair pricing no hidden bs after work was done they stayed true to their initial quote and made me well aware of possible up charge however that wasnt needed. I would highly recommend and considering they suggested I get maintenance done every 2 years for my household persons and size I will absolutely use no other company! This had a 4.9 star rating and I took a gamble but they gave me hope there is honest good trusting companies just trying to provide for their families. I highly recommend and would be astonished if any experience is less then 5 stars!!!

Powers Septic and Sewer was a great company to work with! I called and asked a couple questions about getting our septic emptied and was given some great knowledge about septic systems and when you should have it serviced and they will have someone out sometime in the morning after the other appointments and that they would call me. (I had said I was available all day). Tim called me the next morning and let me know they would be at my home in 15 minutes. They showed up and I showed them the septic cover and he was more than helpful and polite and told me they would take care of everything. After a little bit he knocked and let me know they were done and showed me that it was emptied. I confessed my little knowledge of systems and Tim explained it all to me and let me know that my system seemed to be working just fine by the way of things looking and let me know how to prolong my septics life. They offered an additional product to help but did not push me. I did a little research (I try to be knowledgeable) and saw that their product was less expensive than the household product sold at stores. Tim at one point said its a great product but no pressure and I loved that! The icing on the cake was I have dogs and once I paid and they were on their way I had a little panic that I needed to shut and chain the gate in the backyard... I was more than happy to see that not only did they shut the gate but they locked the chain as well! Great service! Great knowledge! Great people!

When I bought my house in Anderson a couple years ago, I didn’t understand much about septic tanks. I used a local company last year to clean my septic, and turns out they didn’t do it properly. My plumbing backed up earlier this week and I called Powers Septic. They came same day and were even early! They explained to me how my septic works and quickly found the proper clean out, which was buried (something the last company didn’t do). They were fast, professional, and friendly, & answered all my questions. I am so appreciative they not only fixed my issue but also helped me understand my septic system better. When we started having septic issues, we reached out to Frank Powers, Jr. at the recommendation of another company. He responded almost immediately, answered all of our questions, and was very receptive especially since he did not know if we were even going to use his company. When we were ready, he got us scheduled on a day and time that would work for our schedule. We received a courtesy call when they were on their way and they arrived promptly on time. Tim and Owen were very polite and professional workers. They pumped our septic, spent awhile answering all of our questions, and left our property clean and with no indication they had ever been there (except if you looked in our septic tank). We will definitely have them back when our septic needs pumped again. We had our septic pumped by another company a few years ago and they do not compare to the professional and helpful service of Powers Septic!

My first call was to another company, it went straight to voicemail and I left a message. Then I called Powers. My call was immediately answered and after a short conversation it was determined I need my septic tank pumped out. I was assured the guys would be out the same day and within an hour I got the call that the truck was 15 minutes away. The guys did a great job and my septic system is working as intended. About three hours after my initial call I finally got a call back from that other company. I told them Powers had already come, pumped the tank and gone! Next time I need septic maintenance Powers will be my first call!

Big thank you to Frank and his team for the work they did for my dad. The pump on my Dads septic system recently went bad and he was not having any luck finding someone to fix it and the tank had to be emptied before anyone could work on it. Furthermore, they could not use any toilets, sinks, etc until it was fixed. Dad was told by his home builder to contact Frank as he was “the best around.” Frank lived up to his reputation and was not only at my Dads house first thing the next morning to empty the septic tank, he also reached out to one of his contacts that were able to fix his pump. Frank and his crew really saved the day. Thank’s Frank.
