    Mr. Wayne came and replaced all of our shutoff valves on the toilets and sinks same day. I called 4 other companies all saying they take “urgent calls” and can do the job same day, this was the only one that didn’t lie and actually came the same day. We needed them here quick because we were getting our flooring done by another company and Mr.Wayne came through. He was quick, cheap, and did an amazing job!

    These guys actually followed me home from the hardware store where I met them.Then Mr Wayne came and gave me an estimate and then showed up on schedule did the job( burn a septic tank and hook to city sewer) pulled all permits and county inspection for a one day and done job. The put the yard back in good condition and everything works as it should.Kudos to Mr Wayne and his crew.

    This team has been EXCEPTIONAL! Wayne and his teammate Jace came to provide diagnostics a day earlier, in the evening and crawled under the house. They took time in finding the problem which was a HUGE relief and spoke volumes about their desire to take care of their customers. They were professional, personable, kind and highly impressive. Wayne had Greg over first thing the next day to clear my toilets/lines. Greg is OUTSTANDING, professional, personable, kind, meticulous and went above and beyond to fix the issue and was extremely careful about cleanliness. There were other companies I called with either no response or they said they’d call back and didn’t. I am grateful for Wayne, Jace and Greg! This team is AWESOME! I highly recommend!

    Needed someone to come and install a propane stove. After calling around and getting nowhere I saw one of their trucks driving and I reached out. They literally came to my house the NEXT day.     Wayne absolutely saved my mom and I!!!! He discovered past 9pm the night before there were roots and vines growing INTO our sewage line, and booked us immediately for the next day. Turns out it had snapped in half! He was so sweet and courteous and did things as quickly as possible.     Selling my house and needed a hose bib fixed/repaired. Wasnt comfortable doing it myself, so I reached out via Facebook to look for some recommendations. Landed on Tru Plumbing out of Niceville. They sent a plumber out to me the next evening. Chris was nothing less than knowledgeable, professional, down to earth, and super nice. He allowed me to ask questions and talked to me along the way because I wanted to learn how to do it for myself for any future hose bib fixes/replacements. Not enough nice things to say about this guy. Gave him a little tip for being so nice...and for the fact that he was at my house at 7pm on a Sunday, still working. Good dude, seems like an excellent family owned, local business. Highly recommend and make sure youre tipping Chris, hes good people.

Ran into an issue and they have someone coming out to fix my issue, it is almost 9:00PM, Anywhere else I would be waiting till at least tomorrow!Needed my whole houses plumbing upgraded and Tru plumbing and gas got it done for me quickly and reasonably priced!     Greg with Tru was wonderful to work with! I own a vacation rental business and he exceeded my expectations with his promptness and professionalism. We had a huge job replacing ductwork in a condo and it was made known to me that we had to have a vent pipe moved. Time was of the essence. Greg and the owner of Tru worked to creatively resolve our problem with our HVAC company. He was always on time, followed up, communicated, knew how to do his job, and was also very friendly and such a pleasure to work with. I’ll be saving their number for my future jobs!
