Frank came out the same day he was called and was knowledgeable and professional. He removed an old water heater and replaced it with a new one. He also fixed a gas leak issue. Plumb Insanity Plumbing came out within 20 minutes of our phone call earlier this week for a leak at my mom and dads house and just left my new house after replacing the garbage disposal and drain, fixing leaky faucets, replacing shower heads, and flushing the water heater and replacing an element for an extremely fair price. Super honest and hardworking - will get my business everytime!

Frank is quick and easy - in and out he knows his trade and is prepared- my sink was clogged and trash disposal burned rusty , from previous owner who knows when was installed- he had one in the car , bam, problem solved - a fair price for all he delivers so efficiently and professionally also, he drove from niceville on a Friday , thank you 🙏 ! Showed up when scheduled..worked until sewer clog thankfully was cleared..life savers..my sewer runs to street behind my house, approximately 210.feet..if its clogged, theyll get it flowing...again thank father and son team...

After my contractor took our money without building our home, it was up to me to find the subs to complete the work. I contacted numerous of plumbers to repipe my whole house and decided to go with Frank. He was very nice, easy to talk to and explain what i needed done. Were not complete yet but im glad i went with him. BTW his wife Megan is so sweet. I will recommend this company to anyone needing a plumber.
