    Due to the storms in the area, heavy winds caused major damage to our electrical system. We Care came out quickly to repair it. Repair was done well. And when the city took their time to complete the inspection to reconnect the power to our houseā€¦ We Care stayed in touch with us and helped to communicate with them on our behalf!!     I had a great experience with this plumbing company. We had an issue with a new build home, one of our toilets had a clog. Other plumbing companies couldnā€™t figure out the issue, after speaking to the manager and the other staff they were able to determine that there was an issue caused by the builders that we are now bringing to their attention. I cannot recommend this company enough.

    Our technician, Allen, did an outstanding job responding, accessing, and putting a plan together to resolve our electrical issues. After diagnosis, he determine the root of the problem and coordinated with FPL for emergency assistance. He kept us well informed about each aspect of the issue and the process to resolve. His distinct effort saved us over $5,000 in repairs because of his diligence. These words cannot express my gratitude for such a terrific company and superb electrician employee Allen. If you need an honest, and i do mean honest company for electrical repairs, use WE CARE. If Allen is a representative of that company, i guarantee you are in good hands. He is terrific.

    Jonathan installed a new Kraus single pull down kitchen faucet in a beautiful champagne bronze color I purchased to match some recent kitchen decor improvements, and he was amazing. He was on time, kept a clean workspace and had a great attitude even with some of the challenges he faced with the way the former homeowner installed the sink with an undermount support board that was in the way!     An emergency plumbing issue is not ideal on any day- but, especially on a Friday. Not only did We Care answer the phone (which seems to be a novelty around here) but they were also able to dispatch a technician to our house within hours. Both techs were friendly, respectful, knowledgeable, and efficient. While I hope I never need their services again, in the event I do- I wouldnā€™t hesitate to call We Care first thing.

    Dave R. just came out in an emergency for our AC unit. We Care VIP is the BEST investment.     Connor came out on Thursday to see if we could fix our unit or if we needed to replace it. He was kind, professional, and listened to what we wanted. I never felt pressured into buying anything. Their replacement quote was 20% less than another company that came out. He got us some portable units to cool our home down until install because they were backed up on the schedule. They bumped us up a day in the schedule because a GA crew came to help them. Huge thank you to Sherrod and Devin! They came after hours, were quick and knowledgeable, cleaned up after themselves, and were so amazing! Highly recommend these guys and this company! We will absolutely be using them again.

    We had two Trane HVACs installed by We Care and it has been a very positive experience. A big thanks to:- Seneca, our technician, for expert advice on system selection- Jay, A/C manager, for excellent oversight and competitive pricing- Matthew, Joey, Arthur, Brin and Hunter ... the first-rate team who installed both units in one day with great care and expertise.There has been some growing pains with the new system, but We Care has been highly responsive in addressing issues. Highly recommended!UPDATE: We had some questions about thermostat functionality and Jay brought an entire team (including a Trane company specialist) to the house to meticulously review the settings and make adjustments. Outstanding customer service!

    Paid $500 for Freon in my AC. The tech that came out was awesome, but he could not find a leak. Our hope was that the new build just didnā€™t fill up the Freon all the way and this would be it, but he stated if not he will come back out and dig into it deeper without charging me again since they never found a cause the first time. Fast forward a little over a month later Iā€™m having the same issue. I called back to see if he can come back out and they want to recharge me $100 to come. They even said the tech put a note in to follow up, which never happened but they still want to charge me again.Update: company reached out to make it right. We are pleased with how they followed up and handled the issue.

    This company is awesome!! I scheduled for an AC tune up and Connor Thomas came out and did an awesome job. The price is more than reasonable and gave a thorough work through the unit. Also scheduled an installation for a fan. The wait wasnt too long and they were able to do it same day, along with checking other electrical appliances and units and giving well sound recommendations. This company will be my go too from now on.

    Our AC just STOPPED a little after 5pm, after normal business hours. Called my rental property manager and was dreading a long, hot night. Got a call from Valerie at We Care asking how I was doing. I told her hot and sweaty. In that short amount of time, our thermostat was creeping up to 80. She said then this was a good call. A technician would be calling when he would be on his way soon. And he did. Brandon called and quoted he would be here in about half an hour. Less than that, he was here. And less than 15 minutes later, maybe leas than 10, we had cold air roaring out of the vents. He was awesome. Thanks to Brandon and Valerie, we will sleep comfortable tonight. Thank you!

    Mike and Connor came out just for checking into long running HVAC. They took care of a couple minor items. After they left we noticed the exterior unit was running constantly. They came out the next day and found the thermostat likely the issue. They replaced and everything is great now! They were easy to work with and very responsive ! We love ā€œWe Careā€ !!!     Ive only been with the company a little over a year. They installed my new AC unit and it has been working great, but today I had my first service call due to it not working properly. The call was upsetting at first, but the representative corrected the issue professionally. Brandon Skidmore came out and had my AC back up and running in no time. Hes no nonsense, straight forward, and professional. I do not like that the unit stopped working so soon for whatever reason, but I do like that they were able to correct it so quickly... Brandon has restored my confidence in the company and the equipment.

    Super nice guy, Cameron, did an ac check and cleaned out the drain line of gunk. I had it cleaned out by another company in June so I was surprised how much more had accumulated since then (prompting me to be more diligent to clean it out as recommended). Also had problems w ac back in June and had to have condenser coil replaced. They checked on it and found the part was still under warranty. Not cheap to install it but at least saved on the part. Chase was the one who did the replacement (also a super nice guy).Also had the plumbing tech, Chris come out same day to do a check on everything. He was super nice and knowledgeable, too. Sent cameras through sewer line from clean out to inside house and then out to main line to road. They have a service where they can do a water pressure clean out but its kind of pricey and things didnt look too horrible yet.Update on 6-25-24:Last summer my ac quit working and had to replace coil which thankfully was still under warranty. Chase came out and did the replacement. He also was out today to do maintenance and fix thermostat. Did a great job. Very nice and knowledgeable

    Matt Bartlett and his fellow worker were great. Got old furnace and AC out and new one replaced within 4 hours. Dart and Tiger did fantastic on a job that was fairly difficult. We Care is a phenomenal local business, and we love using them for both routine maintenance as well as the big jobs such as we just had.We have been VIP members of We Care for several years now, after switching from one of the other Niceville HVAC businesses. We Care has always provided top-notch service, always arriving on time and completing the work in a professional manner. Their technicians are clean-cut and highly experienced. I always feel comfortable with them in my home. Their service advice is always candid but courteous, and I *NEVER* feel like they are trying to upsell me a product or just repair something to justify the service call.This particular job, we needed to replace some duct work that was over 30 years old and pretty leaky. Mike Carroll was the lead technician for this repair, and he did a fantastic job. He was promptly on time in the morning. His vehicles were parked smartly out of the way of our busy household. He clearly explained the tasks required for the job, and how long it would take. He took special care to let us know when the work might disturb our pets and periods of more intense noise and activity.He and his fellow workers then set to the job at hand, and they were as hard of workers as you will ever see. They pressed on the job all day, with very few breaks or pauses. There was no lollygagging or sitting around chit chatting, like you see with other businesses. They didnt smoke or vape on the premises, there was no griping or complaining in the background despite the hard labor nature of the work, and every question posed to the team members by my wife was answered with a prompt Yes Maam!. Very impressive indeed! The work was completed on time, as promised, and they left my house as clean as when they showed up. Not a single speck of dust or dirt anywhere in the house, which was surprising considering they were hauling boards and ducts between the ground level and the third floor attic all day.I cannot say enough positive things about We Care and Mike Carrolls work at my house last week.     Chris S. Technician is Awesome!We Care Plumbing, Heating and Air came and replaced a water heater for me. A few days later I noticed that I had a slight drip coming from the top of the water heater where one of the hoses connects a circulation pump. This was on a Sunday afternoon but I called We Care Plumbing, Heating and Air anyway and told them about the leak and they said they could have someone out there in a couple of hours. They also asked if I needed to shut the water off to the house again because the last time I had to completely shutdown the water. But this was just a small leak so the technician, Chris S., Called me and we decided to just shut the water off to the hot water heater itself. When Chris finally got to the house later that evening he decided to remove the hoses and replace the sealing tape on both ends and then tighten up the connections . He cleaned up all the water that had accumulated in the overflow tray. Then he took the extra time to make sure that I knew how to set the water temperature and relight the pilot light on the gas if it went out. Chris S. Was very thorough and very professional.     Newer unit 13 months old stopped working, tech was out immediately and trouble shooting resulted in a bad coil from the factory. Ordered a new one and as soon as the coil arrived it was swapped out. Portable units had been installed to help keep the house cool.

    My A/C stopped blowing cold air. They were able to come out the same day. This is the third time Chase has been to our house for A/C issues (all u related. 1 routine maintenance, 1 drain issue, and this one a freon leak). Chase is awesome. He was able to diagnose the problem quickly and not only fixed the issue but reinforced some other weak spots while he was working on the unit. I trust his opinion knowing he isnā€™t one to try to sell you a product or service you donā€™t need. He got us fixed up super quick and I was thankful he was the one again to show up.

    I just had a service call for no ac with We Care and Jimmy was our technician. He was very friendly and helpful from start to finish. I have an older unit and he was informative on everything I had questions about and is someone I would have no problem with calling back up if we have an issue. The time delay was not working properly so the compressor was not kicking on. He bypassed it and boom ac is back on again. Thanks Jimmy for your help!

    Great experience! Our outside unit started making a high pitched squealing noise at 6 pm on a Friday night. We called and RJ was here within the hour. He was so nice and talked to us about everything he was doing as well as different options we had to fix or replace the fan motor. We decided to replace it and he stayed until after 9 pm fixing it, then even cleaned out the drain lines and gave us tips and suggestions to care for our unit. We were more than impressed and thankful!     Ive had the pleasure of having 3 field employees come to my home to assist me the last 3 days. When Dylan responded to a drain issue the same day he cleared it quickly, and even went up on my roof late at night in the dark to make sure I was properly taken care of! He also thoroughly inspected the pipes. Turns out they were in horrible condition.Dart came out soon after and arrived with a smile, eager to help repipe my entire house. He worked diligently for 3 days in a row, climbing and crawling under my home from sunrise to sundown. The smile never left his face. Just when I thought I couldnt be more impressed,Dave Reed came out the second day of my repipe to perform a maintenance on my HVAC system. Wow!! This guy really knows his stuff. His intellect and knowledge in his trade blew me away. My favorite part of his inspection was the end, when he took the time to talk to me one on one to explain everything in great detail (Luckily my system is running great and there wasnt anything he was concerned about). He even came back the next day to wash the condenser coils since the water had been cut off due to the repipe. From the bottom of my heart, thank you to Dylan, Dart, and Dave for giving me world class service and helping my family through a very stressful time. You all made the experience the best it could have been and Ill always be incredibly grateful to We Care Air, Plumbing and Electric!!

    We have been with We Care Heating & Air for several years. Their customer service and knowledge of HVAC systems are impeccable. We are never pressured to upgrade or buy things we donā€™t need. Our technician this morning was Braden. Prior to arriving, I received a text with his picture and a reminder of the appointment, then he personally called to let me know he was on his way. He was efficient, knowledgeable, and went above and beyond our expectations for servicing our HVAC system. He informed me of the age and condition of our system, and told me what all he completed that morning. NOTHING more. He didnā€™t try to sell me anything, as has happened with other companies. I felt very comfortable with him in our home with our children and dog. The phone customer service was excellent as well. I called and spoke on the phone with Michael, who was very cordial and helpful with my questions. There is not a better HVAC company! Thank you, Braden, Michael, and all the other technicians and employees. To the owners of We Care - keeping hiring the best!
