Had a great experience with this company. They responded quickly to my call in an emergency situation of no hot water. Billy was our technician who did a great job of getting us an appropriate replacement for our hot water heater and installed it the same day. Very professional and great service. I was fortunate that they had what I needed in stock, which I realize may not always be the case.

Where to start! After a horrible experience with another company I called this place in desperate need of someone to empty and service an above ground grease trap that we were pretty sure was never serviced… we are new owners to an existing restaurant. They worked us into that days schedule and even arrived two hours early as the tech had finished the previous job early. He was very thorough and o could tell he knew what he was doing which put me at ease. He presented options to me for the service needed and explained the difference in the service included in each option. He did magic work on our grease trap! It’s looks amazing and the drains are clear! Very grateful for their customer service person being compassionate to our urgent situation and grateful that the technician was so knowledgeable and kind. 100% recommend!

I continue to call Mr. Rooter for any plumbing issue. I recently moved and having trouble with drainage in my house. I called Mr. Rooter and got same day service. Solomon showed up quickly, was polite, very professional and fixed everything. fixed a clog upstairs and cleaned out all the pipes downstairs. Then he found my main water shutoff valve in the front yard and marked it for me. Thank you Solomon and Mr. Rooter.

No one wants to make the call ($$$) but I had a kitchen sink clog for the second time in 2 years. I chose the more advanced option of Hydrojetting to hopefully nix the issue for good. Solomon worked all afternoon to clear the lines and took the time to educate me about potential causes and solutions both long and short term. Really appreciate the diligence and time taken to educate a homeowner. 👍

Cant go on the roof, he said. Ran a machine, left the kitchen sink completely clogged, recommended an $800 fix, and charged $333.Elliot Plumbing came over, got on the roof, drain unclogged in 10 minutes. $185. Elliot said 90% of their fixes are done from the roof. Mr Rooter apparently doesnt want to fix it, but to do a BIG job for BIG bucks.------------Called and resolved the situation very professionally and courteously.

My house was built in the 60s and therefore has cast iron pipes. When I bought it back in 2019 I started having plumbing issues in the kitchen. I called out four different companies that wanted to dig up my entire kitchen and living room. Luckily I came across Mr. Rooter plumbing. Keith taught me about a new epoxy lining technique that practically makes the pipes brand new. It’s now been 1.5 years and I’ve not had any issues with that area. Recently though the kitchen would not drain at all! I was scared the epoxy pipe had broken and we were back to square one. Oddly enough it was a hickory nut that fell down the vent stack. The entire staff as always was friendly and super helpful. Keith again answered any question I had and giving plenty of detail along the process. He was able to clear the pipe same day. I’m so thankful I found this wonderful team. When it comes to problems you can’t see it gives peace of mind working with a great company like this!

We had a sewer backup issue on a Saturday night. Contacted Mr Rooter and they had someone at my house within the hour! Our technician Mr Dean Middleton was awesome. Very kind, polite and very informative. He was able to temporarily resolve our issues and explained what repairs we would need to have completed to avoid future issues reoccurring. Considering this was at night and on the weekend they were very reasonably priced. This is the second time using this company and I would highly recommend them for any plumbing issues!

Very detail oriented. Explained the process of what process he could use to unclog a drain pipe from my washing machine to the sewer line and provided payment information prior to doing the service .He thoroughly explained the probability of the issue being resolved completely and what the next steps He could do if not resolved. He explained how to avoid the issue in the future. Very reasonably priced. He went above and beyond to make sure we were fully satisfied with the service. Would definitely use them again in the future!

The toilet in my 5th floor rental condo was replaced by Mr Rooter and I have no complaints over the repairman or the quality of his service. Service was prompt and the repairman was courteous and cleaned up the floor when he was done. He pointed out that the water inlet valve on the water feed line was defective and quickly replaced it with a new valve he had with him. I would definitely use Mr Rooter again.

Had Mr Rooter remove two hot water heaters and install a tankless water heater with recirculating pump. Price was fair and the professionalism is what will bring me back to them. I spoke with my tech a few weeks later about an issue I was having with the recirc pump heating our bathtub instantly whilst the rest of the house was delayed in heating. He asked me to call the office to book an appointment. I was busy for a few days with work and didn’t get around to calling. They called ME to book an appointment to come back out for the warranty work. The tech had followed up with his office based on our conversation to see if I had booked an appointment. Since I hadn’t called, they decided to call me to set up an appointment to make sure I was completely satisfied with their work. The same tech showed up on time and was extremely knowledgeable, polite and professional. I’m hoping I don’t need any plumbing work done anytime soon, but if I do I will be calling them first! Dean came to my home late in the evening to unclog my main sewage line. This problem has been an on going issue for the past few years. Dean asked if I had ever had a camera put into the drain to see where the problem is and since I had not he provided this service complementary, stated this camera service is a part of their normal business when unclogging main drain lines. Turns out the clogging is caused by roots, and the root intrusion is on the City side. With his pictures and professional statement I was able to contact the City of Fort Walton Beach to resolve the problem for good. Next day City came out, confirmed Deans findings and have schedule the repair for today, Dean was not only professional but performed a complete service to not only unclog the line but also took the time to inspect to prevent it from reoccurring in the future. Great Job and highly recommend Mr. Rooter Plumbing to all in need. Note: camera inspection comes with the drain cleanout as part of their normal service at no extra charge!!

The technician completed quite a job for me. Our sprinkler system had sprung a leak. In order to prevent a recurrence, he had to dig deep and cut the lines. He capped off the sprinkler system then filled in the hole. These guys lined my old cast iron pipes with and acrylic/resin type procedure which kept me from having to rip up my floor tear out the old pipes, replace the pipes, replace the sub floor and then replace the floor in my kitchen, dining area, hall and bathroom! Saved me thousands of $$$. And it was done in one day without me even having to leave the house! Its GREAT process and the guys were professional and super neat and cleaned up great!
