    We had an emergency on Christmas Eve, called all around an obviously they were all closed. Called this company and they sent Steve who immediately got to work and was extremely knowledgeable, professional, and friendly. He identified the issue quickly and gave us the exact information we needed to resovle the issue, which we did the next day thanks to him. This is the company to call for emergencies and I behoove you to request Steve if possible.

    Steve Buzzle reviewWho does this ?!?!Iā€™ve never posted a review, but I encountered a very special person last night. All I needed was a faucet switched out for my washing machine. The technician, Steve Buzzle with Franklin plumbing had described to me in digestible detail what he was about to do to make sure I was comfortable with it. I was and he proceeded to change out the faucet for the washing machine. One of the initial steps, of course, is to turn the water main off, which he said would be simple. I walked out with him and he uncovered the lid to the underground water main only to discover a huge, very populated beehive! I was ready for him to turn around and say ā€œSorry sir, this is not what we do. Please get the beehive removed, then give us a call and we will return.ā€ Instead, he made attempts to reach in to the opening, but there were just too many bees swarming. He asked me if I had any insect spray. He found some in my garage, went and sprayed the area and went back inside to do another small project for me. He asked me if I would assist him when he finished that small project. I told him I would. I sat down to watch TV with my wife. About 30 minutes later he he came into the living room and said ā€œOK Iā€™m finished.ā€ He didnā€™t even come and let me know when he was ready to go back out because my wife and I were watching TV and he didnā€™t want to disturb us. Instead he went out and faced those bees by himself and there were a lot of them still alive!Steve needs to give seminars in amazing customer service!

    I contacted Ben Franklin Plumbing to request a quote for new toilets. The existing toilets had to be pulled for the painters and new toilets had to be reset afterwards. Rhodes arrived and provided the estimate, returned to pull the toilets and returned a 3rd time to reset the toilets. He had to install a new flange and grout which was not expected. Iā€™m so glad that I hired a professional. Rhodes took care of everything, was always on time, kept me informed and finished the job within the quoted timeframe. I would highly recommend Rhodes and Ben Franklin Plumbing.

    I had water spewing from under the sink about noon, my neighbor shut off water by the road, but by then I had standing water in the kitchen. I called Benjamin Franklin & was told someone could come out between 2-6 today. I assured them that was fine, but if at all possible could the come out sooner, as I was home all day. They sent a technician out & he was done by 1:30! Perfect. I have a new faucet & most of all Peace of Mind!! Thank you, thank you, thank you!!

    Rhodes Dobrin with Benjamin Franklin Plumbing replaced the guts on 3 toilet and addressed some outside faucets that were leaking. He also tested our water, recommend a purifier/softner for our house water. He was very friendly and knowledgeable. We are very pleased with the work he did. Thank you!

    Incredible experience with the Benjamin Franklin team. I was having issues with my washer drain being slow to drain, and Matt sent Rhodes out to assess the situation. He ran a camera to reveal years of build up. They were able to hydro jet the lines, and actually clean out my grinder box as well all in the same day. Rhodes and his team knocked it out of the park! They ran the camera back down the lines for me to see that everything was clear. It is great to know that you still have professional plumbers out there with great customer service and that perform a thorough job. I will defintley recommend Benjamin Franklin to friends and family for any plumbing needs.

    The team of three were true professionals. They did the job of re-plumbing our house in less than one day. They worked like a well oiled clock. Making sure that I was happy with everything. Also, Jeff who was our first contact. He was great at the job of our estimate and let us know how to either finance or pay for the work to be done. I paid full price up front and the next day the team was here to do the job. Jeff stopped by yesterday to see how it was proceeding. We are now waiting for the dry wall work.

    Great customer service. We had an active leak that was pouring water. I called and spoke to a wonderful young lady that was very friendly and happy to get a tech to us ASAP. Our tech Taylor called 20 minutes before our window started to let us know that he would be here in 30 minutes and thats when he pulled up.Our house is old and it was a challenging fix, but Taylor did a great job and went through everything he was doing and what ALL of our options were. Well be calling Benjamin Franklin for any of our future needs.

    Absolutely outstanding! I definitely would havehim return. I also had there complete process! Definitely would recommend! Jorel Tiamson is outstanding! It was late and he even went to Home Depot right away, came back and replaced the old garbage disposal! So tidy, and checked everything. The old one had rusted through, the new one is so quiet and the dishwasher now is quiet as well! I definitely will request him again for plumbing needs! Itā€™s night and he came! Outstanding!!!!     Steve arrived on time, was very professional, knowledgeable and friendly. I was very upset because approximately 9 days earlier, BF had installed all new piping in our home. Yesterday afternoon, the new piping was leaking badly, causing damage to our floor. Dispatcher said they would send someone Next Thursday. I rant and raved about how their work was not satisfactory at all and they need to do better and sent me a technician to fix this Large Leak ASAP. They agreed and sent Steve today, one day later. Anyways, Steve was very calm, cool and collected and he knows what he is doing. He took care of the issue and replaced some piping under our home and now we have water. I am happy with the service BF has provided to take care of this issue that should not have occurred 9 days after pipe replacement (installer tightened pipe too tight and cracked). It is what it is. Issue has been resolved satisfactorily and BF has held up its side to satisfy this customer.

    7-23 24 I had to shut water off to one side of the house for I heard water running the night before. My husband found a leak in the yard. I called water company to shut all the water down. Called Benjamin Franklin had got an appointment same day. My husband dug up area of leak and Jorel T. did the repair. Checked to see all of our water was working in the house. He did a great job. End of review.1-16-23- Water company said I had an extreme leak. I was using a lot of water. Recommended shutting down my water. I said to wait. I walked around the house and saw the leak. I called back and told them to shut it down. I called Benjamin Franklin who I am a member of their service plan. They gave me and appt. for today and fixed the problem. I was so happy they came in less than 4 hrs of my calling. Thank goodness the leak was visible.. End of this service call review. šŸ˜€I have the HVAC, Plumbing & Electric service plan. This plan cost less than the HVAC plan I had. I did not know that it included at no extra charge to flush the water heaters once a year. I have 2 water heaters, that where installed by Benjamin Franklin Plumbing. I am completely satisfied. šŸ˜ƒ

    Great experience once again. We had a tenant turnover and for some reason the house was backed up. BFP was quick bd efficient with their appointment times. They had a tech over, Michael at 8am.     A leaking pipe at the slab convinced me to replumb the entire house. Chris was the tech that showed up at 9pm to diagnose my problem. He was very knowledgeable and gave me several options to choose from instead of just pressing me for the most expensive fix. I was on the schedule for a week later, but requested ASAP if there were an opening. I was called the next day and told they could be there at noon. The installer, Jun, arrived with his crew and went right to work. His years of experience were obvious as he was training others as they worked together. It turned out so much better than I expected! Jun found more efficient ways to route the plumbing so my hot water arrives in seconds rather than more than a minute like it was before. As we were abandoning the old pipes he even discovered other leaks that would have been problematic in the future. In the past this company has charged prices far above their competitors but their price for this job wouldnt even be matched by one of their competitors who wanted 1000 dollars more! I will continue to use them if I have needs in the future and whole heartedly recommend them to others. Hope they keep people like Chris and Jun.

He went to my bathroom that I needed help in and quoted me on the work that needed to be done to realign the copper pipes to align with my new tub. He hooked up my drain kit and overflow, as well as set my tub into the studs.Overall great job. I was a bit hurt at the price quoted but I had been saving for this worst case scenario.     I requested a quoted to finish installation of basement bathroom, shower, toilet, and sink. The quote was very reasonable and they were able to start within a short period of time. Because the quote was so reasonable I decided to add a sink to my garage and get an outside hose bib fixed the the original plumbers had hooked up improperly and we havent been able to use since we built the house. Wayne came in and went to work right away, had my sink in the garage area after the first day and well into the bathroom job. After three days the job was complete and the family almost didnt notice the work going on because of the coordination between Wayne and us; water and septic shut offs were to a minim, and only last for a few minutes when they did happen. Great job, good price and would recommend them to anyone doing renovations or remodels. In spring I will be remodeling my upstairs bathroom and hoping Wayne is available when we are ready to go.

    I needed a plumber for a sewer pipe leak on a Thursday just after the New Year Holiday and a couple of weeks after a hard freeze when many people had busted pipes. I did a Google search for one hour plumbers near me and came up with several and started from the top with the ones that offered 24 hour services.I called 3 other plumbing services and was told it would be 1 week before they could schedule an appointment and none offered after hours or weekend appointments even though they advertise 24 hour service.Then I called Benjamin Plumbing and they were able to get Nathan out within 48 hours ( on a Saturday). He did explain that a separate service would ensure the problem would not occur in the future and was able to give me a price and schedule while still onsite.I appreciated him showing me the problem through the camera so there was no question I needed the separate service.

    Robert has been out to perform 3 repairs at our home, all 3 times he has done the repair quickly, with attention to quality and a solid, long lasting fix. He represents his company very well, in his professionalism, courtesy, communication skills, and timeliness. We have been exceedingly satisfied with the work done by Robert, and will continue to have Benjamin Franklin Plumbing do repairs on our home as they are needed.
