Top to Bottom Contractors is absolutely amazing! I gave them an idea of what I wanted for a deck and they expanded on my ideas to make it better than I ever could have imagined. They were incredibly honest and very efficient and hard working. All of my neighbors were very impressed also on how quick they worked and how beautiful my new deck turned out.

Top to Bottom Contractors are mission critical to our success in maintaining and improving the condition of our property. When we were first searching for contractors in Newport, few called us back and even fewer were able to schedule work in a timely manner. And some only wanted big jobs. Lalo and his crew did an amazing job rehabbing one of our rental units. He suggested alternatives when original plans didn’t work out, made judgement calls that were aligned with our goals and was able to accommodate the timeline of other contractors he needed in order to complete the job. All in all we are extremely satisfied and grateful that he will continue to work with us.

Jose, Lalo & team did a really nice job with our new deck. It is not only beautiful, but its built like a tank. I really appreciate their eye towards doing things right the first time, so they end up with something they can be proud of. With this deck, I think they should be proud, which makes me a very happy customer! Not only did they build us a nice deck, but they showed up on-time when we first agreed to scope out the job, and Jose brought his whole crew with him to get their input. I wholeheartedly recommend Top to Bottom Contractors for any of your projects. They are the Contractor youve been hoping to find!!

My water heater was ready to fall through the floor and even though Eduarado was fully booked he and 4 other workers showed up, did a thorough and fantastic job at a reasonable price. I have other project needing to be done at my home and will not hesitate to make him my first and hopefully only phone call
