After Thanksgiving dinner we had an under the kitchen sink major leak, the PVC pipe broke loose at a fitting, flooding everything in the under sink cabinet! I called Water Source Plumbing first thing in the morning and master plumber Bobby arrived the same morning - and very quickly saw the problems and fixed everything expertly and rapidly, and for a very good price! We are long term customers of Water Source Plumbing and have called them four times over the last four years. Very highly recommended company!

After calling 4 plumbers and leaving messages, Water Source called me back within the hour, altho one other plumbing company responded within a couple of hours. Bob Drescher, plumber and owner, not receptionist, listened to my description of problem and solutions I had tried (backed up kitchen sink), gave me possible causes and set appt for next day. Son Bobby Drescher quickly diagnosed and fixed the problem (Fatberg - huge grease buildup over 21 yrs). Gave me pointers so that I would not have problem again and also made sure that the problem was truly fixed. Yay! Price seemed comparable to other plumbers, and Bobby was efficient, professional and cleaned up after.

I had an issue with my water heater. It is only 2 years old and I was hoping it was under warranty still. I called water source the morning after I noticed my leak. They sent someone within a half an hour. Kyle was wonderful and professional and did an amazing job in a timely manner. When his work was complete, I was ready to pay the initial visit fee and whatever might come and Kyle told me there was no charge. I recommend this company. They are wonderful, helpful and seem to care about your concerns and your home.

I am writing this as a humble note of appreciation for the outstanding service provided by Bobby from Water Source Plumbing. At my house, I had a leak at one of my water hydrants located in the yard, which Bobby was able to quickly isolate and resolve. This required digging through three feet of dirt and mud to install a disconnect value, which to say the least wasn’t an easy job. Bobby was friendly and efficient and I appreciate the quality workmanship. I have already recommended your company to one of my clients today.

I needed a plumber to replace my kitchen disposal and to fix my spare bathroom toilet. So, I initially went to my neighborhood FB group page and asked who the group recommended I call for the service(s)? My neighborhood overwhelmingly and highly recommended Water Source Plumbing.I gave them a call this morning. The answering service was quick to answer and very pleasant to talk with about my plumbing issues. They took down my information, said that they would send it to Bobby and that he would get in touch with me. Bobby contacted me probably 10-20 minutes later which I thought was fast and gave me a window of 1-4 pm. Bobby arrived at my house at about 3.Bobby was very pleasant to speak with and had great what I call professional bedside manner. He looked at my first issue, the disposal, and concluded that it wasnt the disposal but the light switch that powered it. Right there, he saved me a chunk of change by not replacing the disposal and recommending that I replace the power switch (couple bucks) vs the disposal. That impressed me. He also quoted me a price that was a better price if I should need to call him back if the switch fix didnt work.Bobby then went into my spare bathroom and quickly saw the issue of my toilet and had it fixed within 30 minutes or so. So, within in hour and a half, he saved me money with an easier fix for my disposal (for now) and quickly fixed my toilet.I will say that, whatever I spent for his expertise and services, it was WELL WORTH the amount because it wasnt me sweating, swearing, and messing up a plumbing issue. I would easily spend that amount again.I HIGHLY recommend Bobby and the entire team at Water Source Plumbing. They have now become my first choice for plumbing needs. Many thanks go out to Bobby. I highly recommend Watersource Plumbing Service for several reasons. They are very professional, skilled and experienced, neat, friendly and patient, punctual and reasonably priced! I have used their services 3 times so far. Bobby came and fixed my leaky toilet right away. No mess, no fuss! He had the parts on his truck and was done in no time. He also gave me several tips and information on how to avoid problems in the future. Our home developed a clog drain from the house to the septic tank. Called Water Source Plumbing, described the situation and scheduled a time for them to come out. They were very accommodating to my schedule and availability. The individual arrived on time and was very courteous. After an assessment was made on the problem they provided an estimated cost to fix the problem before work commenced. They were open and honest throughout the assessment and I felt very comfortable in allowing them to proceed. The individual gave me a peace of mind that no additional work would be performed unless absolutely necessary - they were going to fix the problem in the most efficient and cost effective manner. The work was completed in a timely fashion and I paid exactly the cost in the initial assessment and estimate. We have not had a problem since. I would highly recommend Water Source Plumbing for fixing clog drainage problems. I will definitely use them again should I have additional plumbing needs. Excellent work at a reasonable cost.

The water authority called me at work, at 9:30 AM, and asked if I was filling my pool. I answered, no, and they said I was showing a huge amount of water use. I immediately went home, and found a spring in my front yard, adjacent to the meter box.I got the water turned off at the meter, and googled plumbers in Newnan. I came across Water Source, and viewed their website, and read their reviews. I liked what I saw, and called them. I explained my situation, and the very professional man told me he could have someone there between 12:30 and 3 PM.Bobby, from Water Source, called me around 2:15, and he was there by 2:30. He assessed the problem and got to work. After digging up the round box around the ball valve cut off, he found the PVC nut attached to the pipe coming off the ball valve had split. Due to electrical power lines running perpendicular to the water line, the repair was a little tricky. Bobby came up with an idea that saved me around $150, which I completely appreciated!!!!!Bobby completed the job in a timely manner, and did a fantastic job. Our water was restored in time for us to be able to prepare dinner.Bobby is a pleasant and professional young man, and I enjoyed talking with him as he worked. I am very happy I found Water Source and Bobby. I now have a plumber I will use from now on.

My wife and I would give this company six stars if that was an option. We can’t recommend them enough and will now make them our “go-to” plumbers.Here is our story…We needed to replace our 11 ½ year old water heater. This started the exhaustive research project. Why, because I had decided we should consider a tankless water heating system vs. replacing our current traditional hot water tank system. After much reading and also discussions with our friends (who had made the switch to tankless), it was time to get quotes from some plumbers.After a few calls and obtaining quotes, one plumbing company (Water Source Plumbing Service) spent time with me to educate me on the pros and cons of tankless given the age of our house (thank you Bob). After more research, I learned that the advice that Bob had shared was the best for us. This wasn’t the advice I initially wanted to hear, but I so appreciate Bob’s honest advice. I also learned that the prices they quoted were very competitive.It was now time to call Water Source Plumbing Service to schedule the installation. I spoke with Bobby and went through the list of things we also wanted to have done. In addition to replacing the hot water heater, we elected to also install a booster and recirculating pump.On the day of our install, Bobby showed up on time, went over all the details of the job and completed the job in less time than we had expected. Before he left our home, Bobby again spent time showing and explaining what he had done and extended an invitation to call with any questions and even if there were any issues.I’m happy to share that it’s been a few days since the job was completed and we couldn’t be happier. I had a great experience with this company for recent work. I wanted a whole house shutoff valve, made by Moen, to be installed under my house in the crawl space. I also needed a wye strainer put on ahead of the shutoff valve since I am on a well. I had read their reviews online and decided take a chance on them. Kyle came out on time, did great service and took time to answer all of my questions. I am very pleased with their complete professionalism in getting this work done for me. I will use them again for future plumbing services.

We used them a week or so ago, when we discovered a slow leak from our garbage disposal. I phoned in the morning, and they dispatched a master plumber for early that afternoon. He arrived during the promised window, and, after examining the situation, provided an estimate that wasnt low, but seemed fair. When the job turned out to be a bit simpler and quicker than hed allowed for, he charged us less than wed agreed to pay. This is the third plumbing service weve dealt with over the past two years, and, if/when the need again arises, Water Source Plumbing is the one we will again call.

What a great company this is! I had called on a Sunday, and believe it or not, they do callbacks on Sundays! Kyle called and was super friendly on the phone. Bobby came the very next day, and he was just so friendly, kind, and he was able to identify the problem right away. You can tell how knowledgeable he is, and you can just tell what a good person he is. In general, I think people are always suspicious of service-providing companies, worried they’re going to be taken advantage of and overcharged. But I can promise you, this company is not out to be bamboozle anybody. They are just honest, fair, and operate with integrity. I have used Water Source Plumbing several times for various problems. I have always found the technician, Kyle who comes to my house very pleasant and competent. All work has been done as quickly as is reasonable and the charges have always ben in line with the job done. In one instance where he came out for one problem I asked him to look at my toilets as I suspected them to be running too long and/or leaking. There were parts that needed to be replaced to correct the problems. The next and succeeding months my water bill was down drastically. Water Source Plumbing...I HIGHLY recommend this family-owned and operated company. Mr.Drescher owns the company, and two of his sons have been to my house on several occasions. They are so friendly and so knowledgeable! Ive had three emergencies, which they accommodated within hours of my call. Ive used them other times as well for non-emergencies, but just to give you an example: one Saturday evening, I was watering my plants in the front yard, pulled my hose too hard and ripped the spigot off the wall of my house! Turned off our water supply and went to stay at the Hampton Inn. Sunday morning I called. Mr. Drescher called me after he got out of church and sent one of his sons over within an hour. On a Sunday! Then, once I was watering my backyard, same thing happened. It was late afternoon (4pm or so). By 6pm, his son was here again to fix my mistake. Third emergency, I walked into my flooded garage around 4-5pm one afternoon. Traced the water back to the water heater. His son was here within 2 hours of my call. I love these guys!!!

As always, Kyle was prompt, efficient, professional, and helpful. He arrived at the appointed time, assessed the situation, and repair the leaking joints on 2 20-year old water lines in the crawlspace of the house. Moreover, he cleaned up the standing water and made sure all faucets and toilets were functioning properly. He provided solid advice about the existing water heaters to help plan for the future. These guys are terrific and I recommend them highly.

They have been awesome. Im a contractor myself ( I just dont do plumbing) and I hate calling people to do anything on my home. But I called Water Source because I had to have a few things fixed. Bob, the owner, set things up and sent Kyle to my house. Kyle was flipping great. He was polite,efficient and quick. He kept me informed every step of the way and showed me what he was doing and why. The next morning I had a pipe burst (unrelated to any previous work just a freak coincedence) under a sink. Kyle came back out fixed it and replaced the same cheap pieces of pipe under another sink because as it turns out they were leaking too. That was a great save on Kyles part for going the extra step. I have recommended them several times to my clients know and they have all been happy also. Great job Water Source!

The technician repaired the part that was broken on each unit and informed me of the declining status of other parts to prepare me and my budget for future repairs. My sewage pump was also in need of servicing and Water Source corrected the issues dealing with it very honorably as I did not fully understand the situation at hand.I am very grateful for the respectful and efficient work provided by this company.
