We had an issue with the upstairs toilet flooding 2 levels. Patrick showed up and was very professional. He got right to work scoping th main line to see what caused the blockage. He scoped the line in 2 different places as the line was so long. Since all of the sheet rock had to be removed, we noticed that there was a Sheetrock screw in the main pipe going to the basement. He made the repair as well. When he finished and cleaned up, he gave me the bill. Let me say I was socked and had to verify that it was correct, by asking if that was enough. I was expecting the bill to be much more. I will definitely be using again.

While we were on vacation, our water heater sprung a leak and ruined our basement! We filed an insurance claim and had a restoration company come out to start cleanup and repair. They recommended Only Plumbing to deal with the water heater, as they had worked with them in the past.Patrick from Only Plumbing got in touch with me quickly and came out on a Sunday afternoon to look at the problem. After testing things, he found that our expansion tank had failed, and caused the water heater to rupture, which means the water heater is covered by insurance. He took his time explaining everything to me and wrote everything up in a very detailed way that would get insurance to cover the heater as a loss (vs us having to pay for it).Patrick ordered us a new heater and expansion tank, and was back out to the house to install it that Tuesday. He was friendly, knowledgeable, thorough, and did a better job installing the new heater than whoever put the original in one did! He also offered to speak with our adjuster if they fight us on paying for the water heater, which he said they probably will, knowing insurance companies.Once we get past the pain of paying our insurance deductible and the holidays, we will have Patrick back out to do a few other plumbing jobs. I would highly recommend Only Plumbing, and especially Patrick to anyone needing plumbing work!

I had an issue with getting a new water heater installed and was advised to contact a plumber. I called and Josh from Only Plumbing came out to assess the situation. He was clean, professional, knowledgeable and discussed options with me. He had to order additional parts, but said I would be fine until the parts come in. I was very pleased and am looking forward to his service installation date next week. I would recommend Only Plumbing to others looking for water heater replacements, or other plumbing jobs.

Called Only Plumbing and they were here immediately and found the leak within 5 minutes from our bathtub drain. They got a crew here to start drying everything to prevent mold and got everything fixed. I highly recommend them!
