    Clarks Plumbing just helped with my recent kitchen upgrade. From the first phone call to both visits, everyone I spoke with was polite, knowledgable and very helpful.     Very polite and professional! We had a clogged drain outside the house, they quickly diagnosed the problem and repaired it.     We came home from vacation to a stinky kitchen faucet leak…pretty much the last thing we wanted to deal with. Our usual plumbing company was booked solid for a week, so I reached out to Clark’s at the recommendation of a neighbor. They got us on the schedule for the following morning and were so kind on the phone. Hayden arrived early the next morning and was able to diagnose the problem and solve it quickly for us. He was knowledgeable, expedient, and an all-around nice guy! We will definitely be reaching out to Clark’s first going forward!

    Rois and Zach came out within an hour of calling to see if I could get on the schedule. At 6 AM my hot water heater sprung a leak and I couldn’t get a plumber out. I called Clark’s Plumbing and actually talked to a real person. Zach called back within five minutes and said we will be there within the hour. Both guys were friendly and knowledgeable and explained everything to me. The cost was reasonable and the service fantastic. I now have a “go to” plumber and they are local. Thank you Clark’s Plumbing for getting me taken care of so quickly.

    Hayden did a great job installing a new kitchen faucet and getting sink drain and all needed plumbing redone under kitchen sink.     We call these guys for everything. Today they were out for their 5th visit to us I believe. We have an older home and it seems something always comes up. Rois has been here a couple times and knows us. Hes awesome. Does a great job. Our hot water heater is about to be replaced. Wouldnt call anyone else to do it.

    I had a pipe burst inside the wall in my utility room. Clarks showed up early (which was great since my water was off for a week). The pipe was repaired in very short order and they gave me instructions as to how to avoid this problem in the future. They were very friendly, professional, and, obviously, new what to do to repair the problem. Their price came in below several other quotes I had gotten. If ever I have a plumbing problem that I can’t handle, I will definitely use Clarks again. I was not just pleased, but impressed.

    Outstanding service!! Had a pipe burst and Clark’s was able to get me on their schedule the following morning. Rios and Hayden showed up within the quoted timeframe, immediately recognized the issue, promptly made the necessary repairs and provided good feedback on the issue and how they corrected the problem. Cannot ask for much more than that. It was also great that the sent a text when they were enroute. Will definitely use them in the future but hope I don’t need too.

    Rois from Clarks Plumbing left my house about 10 minutes ago. I was given a 4 hour window and he came at the second hour which was so nice! He was super kind. After he fixed my toilet, I inquired about installing a Rinnai tankless and he broke down the steps that we could take to install one in the future. Great company, I’m a customer for life!

    Clark’s Plumbing has come to our rescue three times and we are so very pleased with the work and with the plumbers. Once we had issues with our hot water tank—they came and made the necessary repair!! Next—I managed to overload our disposal—they came and cleaned our lines and installed a much needed new disposal. Next—not certain how but I managed to turn the supply line to toilet off and had only turned it partially back on—they came and showed me the error of my way!!! So very thankful for this company and their ability to help with all our plumbing issues!!! Would recommend this plumbing company to all my family and friends!!

Three technicians arrived at our home within two hours. By 235, we had a brand new water heater oh and a brand new plumbing company.

    Rois and his apprentice showed up on time. I had a pressure regulator which had failed. I have done my fair share of plumbing over the last 30 years, but this was really really ugly, so it had to done by a pro. They bounced ideas off each other and came up with a plan. They had to go for a part locally (since it was so ugly) and still knocked it out within an hour. I am a master troubleshooter by trade for a local major air line.     I called Clarke’s to ask for help. I tried and failed on a toilet repair job. During my attempt I had to turn the water off. Upon inspection my work was leaking. I couldn’t turn the water back on without damaging my basement. I called Clarke’s they responded the next day with a time window that they could meet. They installed 4 toilet water supply hoses and we are back in back in business.     I made a phone call on the 28th of June to Clarks Plumbing and talked with Brandon he told me that someone would contact me in a little while I received a call in about ten minute it was Zach he told me that he was ten minutes away they got here and I showed him where the leak was and he said that they would look and see what the problem was they found the problem and had to go and get the part because they didnt have it on the truck so they went and got the part when they got back they went to work it took them no time to fix the problem I would highly recommend this company I would really like too give special thanks to Zach, Rois and Hayden they were very professional I will be using again

    UPDATE: After the original review, the company reached out and offered to replace the broken faucet. They came to my house within a couple of hours and installed the new one. I am updating my review and stars. The company DID NOT ask me to change or update my review. I am doing so out of fairness and transparency since they made it right. Thank you!Our hot water heater broke and flooded our laundry room and Clark was at our house pretty quick! The service for replacing the hot water heater was excellent. The team was great, efficient, and honest. We got a total tank replacement and the price was comparable to other companies, even slightly less expensive. The reason I took off 2 stars is because in the process of replacing the hot water heater, they broke our kitchen sink trying to get sediment out. Our kitchen sink is now basically unusable so I reached out to the company to let them know. They called me back in a timely manner saying if we go out and buy a new faucet they would install it for free. I appreciated their response and that they were honest with breaking it, but I don’t think installation is equivalent to the cost of a new faucet. Kitchen faucets are not cheap and we are now forced to spend another hundred dollars to replace something they broke (after having to buy a whole new water heater which was already not in the budget). I wish they would have refunded some money or offered to replace. They were apologetic and I’m not angry, just wish it was handled differently.

    We had a collapsed septic line that was original to our 54 year old house. The pipe was the old Orangeburg kind and it appeared to have disintegrated over time. We had another reputable company come out and quote the repair but they were over a week out. When your plumbing doesnt work, you start to question your sanity! 🤪😬I called these guys up and they were out to take a look the same day. We got a quote shortly after. It came in a little higher than the first but was on par with the national average for the job being done. After seeing the work that was performed, the cost makes sense. Its something that a DIYer would not want to attempt as this is the main line into the septic.The crew came out 2 days later and got it knocked out in about 4 hours. Got the line replaced with 40 of PVC and got the greenlight on the flow to the tank. Had a 2-way cleanout installed as well. That part of the yard is a little worse for wear, but theres no way around that. Grass grows, pipes dont. 😂They even put a new toilet on at no extra charge. Super nice guys and very professional all around. Give them a call if you feel out of your depth with a project, or worse, a major problem like we had. I recommend them!UPDATE: 10-3-23Our water heater started leaking and flooding our utility room. I made the call, and they were at our house and had it replaced within 3 hours. We continue to have a good experience with Clarks Plumbing.

    I would recommend Clark’s plumbing to anyone I know! Water heater broke the other day and called them first. Even tried one more company to just test prices and compare and the so called company hammond services came to my home and quoted me over double the price Clark’s did and had it finished within one hour! Efficient and amazing quality and helped a fellow home owner not have to break the bank to repair an already stressful situation with my water heater! I’d give more than 5 stars if possible!
