    I noticed a leak in my water heater Tuesday evening. My brother had used HIS Plumber when his water heater needed to be replaced. I called HIS Plumber Wednesday afternoon and spoke to Amanda and Angie, who set everything up, and asked me to send a few pictures for them to review. A couple of hours later, David called me and after a brief discussion and a review of the images, he sent me a good faith estimate to review. I approved the estimate early Wednesday evening. Thursday morning Greg showed up to install the water heater. I believe Greg is the same person who installed my brothers water heater also. Greg was pretty amazing. The original set up, that the contractors put in when the house was built worked, but wasnt optimal and used inferior products. The water shut off valve was above and behind the water heater, making it very difficult to get to, and they used cpvc everywhere. Greg, relocated the valves and upgraded them with ball valves instead of the water spigot type valves. He had to re-route some of the lines, and upgraded them to copper. I have a real appreciation for someone who is really good at his craft, and Greg exceeded my expectations. Greg isnt just good at his craft, but he is also a great conversationist, who is polite and respectful. Everyone I delt with was great! The communication was fast. I have a lot of experience with estimates, so I understood that an estimate is just that, an estimation of cost based on what can be seen and not a final bill. I was pleasantly surprised that the final bill was a little less than the estimate. I feel 100% comfortable in recommending HIS Plumber to anyone in need of this service. They appear to be very honest and up front. They gave me options and their recommendations. Overall, I am very happy with their service and will definitely use them again if the need arises. The Rheem water heater is the new one.

    We had some issues with our original hot water lines (long story). So ultimately we were able to have the pipe supply company offer to pay for the re-piping company. Fortunately, they sent David and HIS Plumbing to handle the entire process.I have nothing but great things to say about HIS plumbing. They were very punctual, professional, thorough through the whole process. From the guys that came to handle the re-piping to the ones who took care of the drywall repair, every single one of them were diligent and professional from Day 1. David should be very proud to have these guys represent HIS Plumbing. Highest possible recommendation!

    Happy with the plumbing services I received. Scheduling was easy, the technician (Troy) was identified before he arrived, I received a call that he was enroute, and he provided two reasonable options for repair. I chose the more difficult option and he handled it with no problems. I would definitely use them again.

    I got their name from a friend of a friend of a friend and man, I’m glad I was persistent and finally ended up finding them. How I wish I could remember the young lady (Angela? Angie?) that helped me when I called. She seemed to sense my urgency and she explained while Saturday was an option for emergency call, she would see if she could find someone for today. 2 hours later she called to let me know a technician was on the way to my house.Matt was amazing. Professional, neat, courteous, friendly, etc etc. I really can’t say enough about him. Explained what he was doing, gave me options of “what he’d do if it was him” vs a total overhaul - considering the circumstances, both were safe and acceptable. Also pointed out some other issues that I may want to consider addressing but no pressure to repair. It was all very comfortable.The pricing seemed a little high but I’m a proponent of you get what you pay for. I KNOW it is repaired. It was repaired within 5 hours of the initial phone call without having to pay an additional emergency call fee. And I am much more knowledgeable about what needs to be done whether I use HIS Plumbing or not. All of that is worth a premium to me. If I have future needs for plumbing work - I’m definitely giving them a call.

    My service technician was great. He came on time. He was very professional and friendly. I truly appreciated him explaining all the work he was going to do. The job started off as a simple leak however, I requested a complete replacement of the showerhead, the bathtub faucet, and the drain. My technician did all of this and also check the water pressure for the house and at my request replaced an outside faucet. I would definitely recommend HIS Plumber to anyone that has an issue. This is the second time they have come to my house and they have done an outstanding job.

    First I want to say that HIS Plumber is an excellent company to work with. In this day and time it is hard to find a company that is trustworthy and follows up after the work is done. My initial contact with HIS was because of a water leak in the wall behind the hot water tank. Troy came out and was able to get the problem fixed right away. He explained to me that there was an issue with the Uponor pipe that was used and that I should consider filing a warranty claim. Uponor requested HIS Plumber come out to submit pricing to them for the replacement of my hot water distribution system. Once it was approved HIS Plumber came back out and was able to replace the entire hot water lines in a single day at their expense. The teamwork of Caleb, Troy and Greg was amazing. Very professional and respectful service. In the process of making these repairs there was a need to cut about 12 holes in the sheet rock. So HIS sent out another team of Chris and Austin to repair the sheet rock and match up the paint. After, two days the job was done and you couldnt tell that the sheet rock was ever cut. Excellent work guys!! The owner of HIS Plumber, David came out and did the final inspection and made sure that I was totally satisfied. If you are in need of plumbing work I would not hesitate to recommend HIS Plumber.

    Excellent job!! Fair price. I spoke to two other plumbing company rep’s and didn’t feel good about the conversation. I didn’t have any trust in their attitude or methods. I found Matt of HIS Plumbing at the Chevron station and after a very positive conversation I knew that I wanted this company to repair my plumbing issue. Thank God I did. Fast, efficient, professional and affordable. I highly recommend Matt and all associates at HIS Plumbing. 5 Stars!!

    Weve had HIS Plumber do work multiple times, and most recently had a new gas water heater installed. They are courteous, professional, and live up to their word. The work was done with care and the pricing is competitive to the market. Our technician explained the work that was done, and even removed some items from the estimate that he didnt require for the job (reducing the cost).

    I recently had the pleasure of working with His Plumber company and couldn’t be more satisfied with their service. From the moment I contacted them, their team was professional, courteous, and responsive.Unfortunately, I had six plumbing leaks in my home, and four of them were completed by HIS plumber. Eventually they completed a total re-plumb.Each plumber arrived on time and quickly diagnose the issue with my plumbing leaks, explain the problem clearly and provided a detail estimate before starting any work. The repairs were completed efficiently and with great attention to detail.What impressed me the most was their commitment to cleanliness and the respect for my home. They make sure to clean up thoroughly after the jobs were completed leaving the areas even better than they found it. The icing on the cake and to top it off, after the replumbed was completed, there was a minor gas leak on my water heater. I called Caleb, one of the young men who completed the job, but he didn’t answer so I text his phone and Angie from the office immediately called me back (I believe that was her name my bad if I’m wrong). She said that the owner would be coming out within the hour. David came out to fix the gas leak within the timeframe she quoted. Like how many company owners actually come out to inspect an issue and repair it?!Overall, I highly recommend His Plumber for anyone in need of reliable and professional plumbing services. Their expertise and customer service are top-notch, and I will definitely be using their services again if needed in the future.     HIS plumber is my go to and the level of sincerity, expertise, and valued customer service is unmatched. I would never hesitate to call this company for all my plumbing needs. Matt came out on Saturday afternoon for our emergency and not only did he handled the issue he made us feel at ease and didn’t rush to make sure we were completely satisfied and worry free. Angie was so caring and comforting when setting up the appointment and even made sure that she eased our anxiety about having to have after hour services. No one wants to be in these situations but when it happens I’m so grateful they are available even if it costs extra!

    No one works for free, but if youve ever experienced a plumbing emergency like I have, then you want a plumbing service that is responsive, caring, proactive, and professional. Thats what I found with HIS Plumber. Angie made my emergency her emergency. Troy was responsive and thorough. David would have saved me some money, if I had only listened. I dont typically write five star reviews, and Im not typically impressed by those who claim to infuse their faith in their business, but these people were a godsend.     Excellent plumber! Outstanding service! We had an outdoor leak and called HIS Plumber based on a friend’s recco. They were at my house in 20 minutes and leak was repaired by replacing some pipe with newer technology and water back on in no time. Troy was extremely professional and very nice.     We are so pleased with HIS Plumber. Everyone was so helpful! Rusty installed the the plumbing, faucets, showerhead, sink and toilet in our guest bathroom. He also replaced a pipe that had been broken and replaced by the people that are working on the bathroom renovation.     HIS plumber were prompt in responding to my request for an appointment that I had requested online this morning. Before 10 they were at the house evaluating a leak that I was not sure where it was coming from. Rusty evaluated the leak determined it came from the dishwasher and assisted in turning off the water and helping us with the next steps since the dishwasher was found to be faulty. I have used them before and will continue to use in the future.

    We called HIS Plumber when we thought we had a leak somewhere in our house due to higher water bills. The office was very helpful, gathering information and scheduling an appointment. The service tech arrived on time and quickly diagnosed the problem with our hot water heater. The service tech, Troy, did a great job and was very helpful with a couple of other issues we had as we were trying to diagnose the problem. The price was very reasonable and we will definitely be using them again.

    Excellent company!! We just had a total repipe on our hot water line and His Plumber was excellent from start to finish. I first called and spoke with Angie to get something set up, and she was extremely pleasant and thorough. She let me know the process and when to expect a call from David, the owner. David called the next day, as I was told he would, and he was very knowledgable and thorough. He scheduled a meeting to look at the house a few business days later and was able to come up with a game plan that was easier on our finances and that made sense for our home. We were able to get scheduled the following week for the repipe. Caleb and Matt worked together on day one, and Caleb finished up the job on the second day. They only had to make 8 small cuts in the drywall (none in the ceiling!) and Caleb even placed them all back with 2×4s when he was done. Everyone was very personable and kind throughout the whole process, as well as accessible for any questions I had. After hearing stories from neighbors about the mess and extensive drywall repairs they had to deal with post-repipe using other companies, I was very anxious about what this process would look like. However, His Plumber exceeded all expectations! I cant recommend this company enough!

    I suspected I had a main 4” septic drain line from our home to our septic tank that was either cracked or bowed. I needed a company that had a camera to allow a visual inspection of the pipes and called a few companies.When I called HIS Plumber and was immediately impressed with Angie who picked up the phone. She was cordial, friendly, and thoroughly interested in knowing exactly what the issue was. Angie asked several questions to help identify what was actually going on and even made a phone call after obtaining the information for validation. It was only after that she gave an estimate and discussed what to expect during the evaluation which was unlike any another organizations I’d called, what great detail!David came out at the scheduled date and time with an assistant named David as well. Both were just as cordial and professional as Angie. Because they were working both inside and outside the home, each time they entered to house, they wore disposable booties to assure they didn’t track in any debris – very considerate and thoughtful!Together they scoped the line and indeed there was a bow in the main pipe and would need repaired. They all did a great job in keeping me informed and provided the information needed to move forward to resolve the issue. Thank you HIS Plumber!

    I had a major blockage in my main sewer line at my rental property in Jonesboro GA. HIS plumbers does not service this area, but since I was a prior customer David the owner and his team took the job on short notice. They installed approximately 90’ feet of sewer line in two days!I was particularly impressed that the owner David was onsite working with his team. I would highly recommend HIS for your plumbing needs big or small.

    I recently used and worked with HIS Plumber and the total experience from my first phone call to the day Caleb the plumber left was a perfect experience. When I was looking for a plumber to find the leak from the meter at the street to my home. I spoke with many people and some being plumbers and i was extremely nervous and frustrated. The Lord blessed me when I called HIS plumbing and spoke with Angie. Angie was so professional and kind and understanding. Before I decided. to use HIS plumbing Angie sent me a newsletter specifically related to the issue I was having and was extremely helpful. I then scheduled an appointment for HIS plumbing to come look at my situation and obtain a quote to fix it if they can. David (Who I learned was the owner) came to my house, and not only was very detailed in his assessment, but explained and showed to me every step and process that would be completed to fix my leak. And I want to stress David was very patient - as I was a nervous homeowner I had questions upon questions. The quote was extremely fair. I scheduled the work, and Caleb the plumber came out by himself to complete the project. Again Caleb, before starting, walked me and showed me the entire process of what he would be doing to complete the project an answered any, and all of my question. caleb guesstimated it would be about six hours to complete (the project took exactly 6 hours… Great job, Caleb) needless to say Caleb was a hard-working, patient and completely professional. After Caleb finished the project. he again walked me through the entire new installation of my water system, and his thoughts and recommendations going forward. The pricing was incredibly fair. Although no one wants to have a water leak however having an incredible organization and people like Angie, David and Caleb. made this annoying and costly leak. A minimal concern. I totally trust and appreciate Angie, David and Caleb. I feel totally blessed that I found HIS plumbing and do not hesitate to recommend this company for any and all of your plumbing needs. And again a big thank you to Caleb for your incredibly hard work that day and your patience in explaining to me everything.

    Excellent company! I had an issue with not having any hot water. Nathan was on time & listen to my complaints. He fixed the problem without having to replace the hot water heater. He wasnt pushy or tried to sell me something that I didnt need. He even helped me with a leak underneath the kitchen sink without charging me for it. And the next day, a supervisor even called me to make sure everything went well & if there was anything else that they could do to help. They were so professional & very reasonable! You wont be disappointed 5 + stars!

    Courtesy call before arrival! Actually arrived earlier than estimated. Nathan is very professional, courteous, and respectful. He determined the excessive water consumption was in the sprinkler system. The leak was isolated from the main supply line so I can have it repaired later. I have used HIS Plumber before and I highly recommend this company!

    I have painstakingly remodeled my home over the last two years, with the final phase being the kitchen. I have dealt with numerous contractors through the process. HIS Plumber is by far the best I have ever worked with. Leona in the office is always responsive and accommodating. Jonathan has done excellent work in my kitchen. They are always on time and courteous. David helped me address an issue with my faucet that was out of the norm. He took time out of his day to offer solutions that would work for me and not necessarily be in their best interest. Their estimate was fair and thorough. At one point, they actually called and told me the gas line they ran would cost LESS than what they estimated by $500. When does that ever happen?I have been really happy with HIS Plumber from start to finish. They are a great business with outstanding people and I would recommend them to anyone.

    Matt is the Plumber that did the work for me. I had a reducing valve that needed replaced. Not only did he teach me and educated me over how the system works with water pressure but we investigated other topics that I have to fix and was willing to come up with a solution that was best for me and my budget.     We had a shower head that was continually dripping. We suspected the valve behind the wall would have to be repaired or replaced. Nathan arrived on time and was polite and professional.     Overall the best experience I could have had under the circumstances. My hot water heater started leaking and a friend recommended His Plumber. From the first call through the final check, every part of the process was great. Peter and David were courteous, responsive and very efficient.     The folks at HIS plumbing are just fantastic. Recently I woke up to a leak that started in the middle of the night. Water had flowed out into my bathroom, bedroom carpet, laundry room and garage. He opened up enough ceiling to investigate what was causing the leak. Turned out to be the commode in my master bathroom. He showed me what it was and how much water was in the ceiling and explained that I would need mitigation to get things dried out before going any further. He capped the line so my water could be turned back on and explained my options.     I was in a pretty desperate situation where I needed to find a sewage drain line in our backyard in order complete a pool build on time. David came out within a few hours (while no other company could) and found it ran right under where the pool was to be installed.     During the first freeze we had one of my pipes in the garage burst. I asked my sister for a recommendation and she gave me David Josephs name and number. He sent his son Peter to do the job. I was very impressed with this young mans manners and professionalism. My entire house had been re-piped by a different plumber about 10 years ago and I had discovered that not everything had been done well. I talked to David about re-piping again. He had Peter inspect everything and told me there was no need. They could have had made some extra cash, but had the integrity to not take advantage of a frustrated customer. Peter LISTENED to my concerns, took time to explain in lay terms what I needed to know. If there was more than one solution he told me about each option and let me choose. I WILL use them again if I ever have the need and will recommend them to anyone who needs a plumber.

    HIS Plumber (David & crew) are outstanding! We first met David when he corrected shoddy work done by another plumber when we finished out our basement. Over the years, HIS Plumber has always responded promptly to emergency calls and routine plumbing issues.     I was overwhelmed and stressed when I found my 50-year-old plumbing was leaking and rusting out. After several people recommended HIS Plumber, I called them. David came out promptly and was very kind, explaining everything in terms I could understand, and gave me a very fair estimate. It was a massive job, but they completed it in three and a half days. David and Peter and the technician were always punctual, , professional, and dedicated, arriving early and leaving late. When they encountered a problem, they notified me promptly and gave me several options of solutions. I was very pleased with their work, and dedication to doing it right. Also, the weather was awful and rainy, but they took care not to track up the house or basement, and even mopped the basement clean before they left! I will never use another Plumber!

    Went through several plumbers when we first moved to the area a decade ago before stumbling across David and His Plumber. Havent used anyone else since. David along with Peter do great work at a fair price, and leave the work area clean.     Great company! We have an old house so when you start a job it seems something in addition always comes up, this was not a problem . David and his employees were awesome .     Everything went great with His Plumbing:1) A professional person in an office answered the phone when I called (unlike another call I made where someone I couldnt understand answered on their cell phone).2) I was given a window of 30 minutes for a plumber to arrive the next morning.3) The plumber called the next morning during the window and said he would arrive right at the end of the 30 minute window.4) He did arrive within the 30 minute window of time!5) The plumber was very professional and cordial when he arrived, introducing himself, giving me his card, and stating his license number was on the card and I was welcome to call and verify his license.6) The plumber efficiently assessed the problem, explained it to me very clearly, and told me the total cost before asking if I wished to proceed. He even told me what else he could possibly find wrong once he started the work and how much that would cost if he did find that problem.7) Both the time it took to fix the problem and the charges for the service and repair were very reasonable.8) I very much enjoyed working with His Plumber and would call them back any time!     Currently remodeling my first home originally built in the 70s and David has made all my plumbing/gas issues and requests the least of my worries. When I first called him, he came in the same day and offered immediate advice and solutions on the kitchen work I needed completed.     We received a call from the Coweta County that they detected a possible leak. We called HIS Plumbing because we suspected a leak between the meter and the house. When Jonathan arrived he went through a series of events to locate the leak. He turned of all of the toilets and checked the meter it was still turning slowly. He checked the basement for the entry of the water line to the house. He had unloaded his tools to begin digging up our front lawn, when he decided to check one more thing. He checked the hose faucet on the other side of the yard and found the problem. Someone had turned on the faucet and used the hose but failed to turn off the faucet only turned it off at the hose nozzle. Instead of being charged a $150 leak detection fee plus a $450 minimum fee to begin digging up the yard, we were only charged a basic service charge of $95. We were prepared to pay the $150 leak detection fee and the fee for digging up our yard. It is great to know that there are still some honest people doing GODs work still out there. We will definitely recommend HIS Plumber to all of our friends in the future. They were very professional and honest.

    I had tree in front of my water meter that caused a leak. The roots of the tree had rapped around the water lines at the meter.     Discovered an issue with my incoming water line in my yard on Saturday morning. Called His Plumber and left a message with the service. Caleb called me a few minutes later to get more info. After discussing the issue, he let me know he should be available in about an hour. In less than 45 minutes he called to let me know he was on the way and should be able t repair the issue quickly. Caleb should up ready to go and had the repair done in less than an hour. while waiting for the glue to cure, we looked over a couple of other issues I may repair soon. Extremely professional, knowledgeable and friendly. Highly recommend His Plumbing.

    HIS Plumber replaced the polybutylene pipes and water heater in my house over a year ago so my apologies for the late review.I had two companies come out and give me an estimate, the first was there for fifteen minutes and ready for me to sign on the dotted line, not only did this guy not go up into the attic to see what hed be dealing with or scout out a spot on the outside where the service would be coming in (my home is on a slab so putting the new where the old was wasnt an option) he was gonna replace everything with CPVC. Not in this house. He was just interested in the sale.The second spent more time evaluating but wanted to run CPVC from the meter in the yard into the house and tie it into Pex for the rest of the house. I was fine with the Pex but once again not with the CPVC. They also wanted to jackhammer through the slab in my family room closet where my water heater was to located the old service to run the new.HIS Plumber came out and David was there for over an hour looking in the attic, finding the best spot for the new service to enter my home, and he explained in great detail every avenue of the job at hand. I was impressed with how long David was here and how precise he was about what would be done. And the new service would be Pex from the meter and throughout the house. They came to my place and did the job exactly as David explained it, his guys were laid back and professional, HIS plumber has a great group of people working for them, and that includes the office staff. If you need something done right the first time then HIS plumber is who you need to call.Mike DeBernardi

    Technician Brandon texted saying he could come earlier if I liked. I liked. Promptly found a broken toilet flange and gave me a quote to fix it. We agreed that the root problem was previous plumber had not secured flange to the sub flooring so naturally it couldn’t be held securely only by the glue in the waste pipe. I asked if he could do better. I will never forget the grin he gave as he said “I’ll do it right”. Three concrete anchors and three extra long woodscrews around the flange later and I don’t believe that toilet will come up in a tornado.I have found a plumber that gets it right for the customer.
