We called Hammond to clear a clogged kitchen sink. Took them about 20 minutes and cost us a small fortune. Granted, I don’t think that kitchen sink had ever been professionally unclogged since the house was built and it makes sense that after all this time it was overdue. They snaked it all the way to our septic tank. They have the tools we don’t. While they were very nice and efficient, the price was a bit outrageous. They did a good job. The 4 stars is due to the pricing, other than that we would recommend them. With a smaller company you will probably pay less, but we took the first appointment we could get.

Hammond Services was fantastic to work with. They were fast, prompt, and very professional. Our AC unit broke down and they came the next day to install a brand new unit in July. They offered to loan us the portable units if we needed. Our previous Lenox unit last over 25 years. This new unit is much more energy efficient and quieter. We have save over $100 each months in the electric bills. I highly recommend them.

When you find a company like Hammond Services, Inc. to take care of your home services, you retain them. I am very pleased with my technician Tony, who replaced my AC breakers and two GFCI switches. I appreciated him taking the care to inform me with the details and the issues I was having in my home. Without any pressure, and I do mean what I am saying, he recommended a yearly service and I made the decision to pay for a yearly service agreement because it made good sense. I was very please that Tony pride himself and company in the work they do and the services they strive to get better at each time they serve their customers. It gives me great pleasure to write this review because consumers deserve the best and I highly recommend Hammond Services, Inc. for your electrical, AC and plumbing.

Brett, from Hammond Services was great. After arriving and listening to my needs he explained what needed to be done and the cost. After agreeing to the contract he went right to work. Everything was completed to my satisfaction and he cleaned up the work area completely before he left. It was a satisfying experience and I would highly recommend Hammond Services to anyone.

Our water heater stopped working on Thursday around noojn6:30. I called Hammond to see if they help us out they said that I would receive a call around 10:00am the next day. To schedule a tech for an appointment. 9:56 we received a call letting us know that Austin would call us before 2:00pm to let us know he was 30 minutes away from our home. We have had workers in our home for the past 25 years working on several different things. But Austin was next level, he was polite, courteous, respectful, and thankful. His professionalism was second to none. He swept the kitchen and volunteered to vacuum the carpet. He offered to remove his shoes and what was minor to some was amazing to us ( he took every bit of his trash and when he was gone there was nothing to tell he was even there.) After this my faith in customer service has been restored. GREAT JOB

I joined the diamond tier because of the service I received when i was having HVAC problems and had to call. The man that came out was very helpful and informative. Good customer service. He even cleaned leaves and debris out of my unit. I was a bit disappointed when the second man that did it in the fall came because I had to ask him specifically to check things that were included with my service that he didnt bother with. However today went well and I genuinely feel like Mario took the time to check everything and make sure it was in good order. He replaced my filter and cleaned and changed what was needed. My star rating is for the customer service I received from the young man today. Overall I would still recommend Hammond for reliability and customer service.

Hammond went beyond the call of duty to install my new electrical water heater. There were a few issues with the water heater after the initial installation. We called Hammond after hours and we had a tech to show up at our house at 9:45 at night to try to rectify the situation. It was rectified the next morning with a team of knowledgeable, courteous and reassuring experts!! They worked diligently to ensure my water heater was working properly! One of the technicians called us on his way home to check on water heater late a second time! We love Hammond for this reason— they stand behind their work, product and reputation!! I am truly impressed with him as a HVAC technician and as a man. I told him that I wanted him to conduct the future winter inspection and will request of the office to send him out. We are new in town and had to choose a plumber by looking at reviews, but Im glad I chose Hammond. Thy took a look at our leaking bathtub, and gave us a couple of options. We went ahead with a repair that included having to take out the tile. I thought it was going to take forever, but he was finished in just a few hours. He was friendly, personable, and very knowledgeable. He answered all of our questions, and my husband had a lot of questions. We have a 50 year-old house, so I think Hammond and I are going to be in each others lives for a while and Im glad I found them.

The ceilings were badly in need of repair, and it was hard to find anyone even willing to do the job. Thy and Jaime worked a total of seven days as more work was added, like needing to provide a new ceiling support post in the fellowship hall, since the ceiling was sagging. Now it’s fixed and the results are excellent. The new post is perfectly trimmed out and it looks like it belongs in that spot. They also painted two rooms—an extra kitchen and an adjacent room we can now use for baptism candidates who will have a better place to change clothes. Also Hammond hauled off a large load of stuff that we needed to get rid of. I’m truly impressed with the quality of work of these two men. God certainly answered our prayers in bringing them to us to help complete our renovation of the building. JD Moore was on time, polite, personable, and showed a quick understanding of the three small jobs I wanted completed. Two of the tasks were circuit breaker replacement and installation of a whole house surge protector, which he completed quickly. The last was hanging a dining room light fixture, which he worked on for some time to make sure all the spacing was equal and that the fixture was level. He was fastidious in this effort and the result shows it! Great job, JD!

A pipe broke in our home on a Friday. Once our insurance directed us to get a plumber to repair the pipe. I’m so glad I called Hammonds, they were able to get someone out the same day I called. Michael (Mike) was amazing. He was so patient with my daughter who is autistic and likes to ask a lot of questions. He was very thorough with the repair and making sure there was no leaks or issues after fixing. I get so nervous with plumbers due to prior experience with other companies. For now on I will be using Hammonds and will request Michael. Thank you so much Mr Mike for helping my family get closer to getting back in our home.
