My husband and I recently purchased a 1960s ranch house as our first home. The plumbing had not been taken care of properly for quite some time, which was evident by the sagging pipes seen from the door of the crawl space. Peter was kind, professional, personable, and so easy to work with! He is honest with his recommendations and gave us plenty of options that would fit into our financial plan. It was my lucky day that I was out walking and Two7 Plumbing was working across the street. I saw Peter and asked him if he would stop at my house and give me a price estimate to replace my water pressure regulator. He first checked to make sure that it was indeed my water pressure regulator that need replacing. After verifying that it was, he gave me a very fair estimate which included the regulator. And I was thrilled that he actually had the part in his van!The job only took him around an hour to 90 minutes to complete.I highly recommend Peter and Two7 Plumbing. I called Peter and he walked me through how to turn off the water to slow the leak, then he rearranged his schedule so he could get to me within an hour to get it replaced. He also replaced some damaged piping with higher quality fixtures. He was very professional and followed all possible safety practices. Great customer service, efficient, timely and great communication! Had him do work for my dad, who is 83, and it is always tough to find folks you can trust and won’t take advantage of him. I told Peter we may need the whole toilet replaced and he came prepared with two sizes just in case. He prepared the invoice and reviewed it as well as got my approval before he started, so I knew what to expect. He would come and tell me anything that he was doing (shutting off water, etc.) before he would do it. He even used the plastic shoe covers when he was in dad’s house!He provided the polite “old fashioned” service we all should receive! He was very nice to work around my work schedule, texted to let me know he was on his way, and was on time! Will recommend him to anyone and everyone!

Peter with Two7 Plumbing was great. I had an issue with a sudden loss of water in my bathtub from the faucet or shower. He came in and did a through assessment. Once he identified the issue he evaluated what the fix would be, explained everything to me and answered all of my questions. The fix included cutting through 6 tiles, which he did successfully without breaking or cracking any of them, and replacing my 3 handle knob assembly with a single swing knob and cover plate. It works terrifically, looks great, the work was done same day as quickly and cleanly as anyone could have asked. I would highly recommend Two7 Plumbing for any of your plumbing needs.

Despite being busy, after I called and left a message about getting a quote for a new water heater install he called back within 5 minutes. This kind of response time is hard to find these days. Peter fixed the underlying cause and referred me to another company to fix what he was unable to because of the location of the unit and the number of men it would take to replace it. The referral was great and weve had both issues taken care of. Very pleased with Peters professionalism and abilities. Peter was honest and offered options on the repair that I thought were very reasonable. Because of this, I trusted his referral and couldnt be happier with the outcome.
