Took a photo of what was in the attic and explained to me the parts and the system and how they work. Also took me outside to go over a couple of things on the operation of the system. Very thorough. I want to say that I was impressed by the service I received. Im always cautious about company specials as a way to get you in the door then want to smack you with a big bill for something you didnt know you needed. Your tech (Reagan?) was friendly, helpful, and incredibly thorough. He let me know what was going on and even showed me pictures. Quite different from the last tech who spent a good 15-20 min and preceded to tell me I needed a $200 part. This tech took time. He laid out the issues and gave me recommendations. Much appreciated. Still hate that there is a time window. But even that was reasonable. Thank you.

The workers at Coolray are great, and respectful of me, my family, and my property. They came out in the summer time to fix my unit because it was leaking. I love the job they did so much that I got on their maintenance plan. They do come out and check my unit to make sure its working properly for the winter and the summer months. And I like that because in the long run its going to save me time and money. Its very easy to make appointments and the prices are not outrageous. All around great customer service.

I know life happens and jobs can take longer than expected and cool ray did call to inform me the tech was running behind but still had to rearrange my schedule so deducted one star. I contacted Coolray to repair my air conditioner. Tammy was very personable and informative. She told me my options and worked very hard and got me a same day appointment with Brandon. They sent a text message with the ETA and a picture of the technician. Brandon was prompt, very professional, and efficient. He explained what the problem was and he knew what the problem was. He explained everything in a way that I could understand so I could make an informed decision. The price was reasonable. I also got an emailed report of the job that outlined where the problem was and the condition of my AC unit. Highly recommend!

Darren has great communication skills and let us know everything and answered all my questions. He is very polite and funny!! Coolray did excellent work on the installation of our new air conditioner and heating furnace. Our home was super hot because we needed a new cooling immediately and heating unit for the next season. We chose them because before they came to install their team was very professional. Tommie the field agent was very patient with us from beginning to end. We told him we needed to check to make sure we were getting the best price and he allowed us to check around with no pressure. We called him back realizing we were getting quality material, great prices, and top notch service. He sent us a picture of the technician coming to our home and the excited arrival time. I appreciate that there were multiple payment options to choose from when taking to Alex. On the day of the installation Brandon and an another technician showed up on time. They were very kind. They respected our home by using foot covers when entering. They worked as a team. They explained each system and what we needed to do to care for them. The even took away the old units. I found Chip to be a good guy, and he says he has been a technician for a long time. My problem is with Coolray sending the technician on other errands on the day I scheduled 6 MONTHS BEFORE to service 5 SYSTEMS in a 4 hour arrival window, leading to late arrival for the 4 hours I set aside in MY SCHEDULE. My time is valuable as well. I pre-paid for 5 years and always schedule 6 months ahead as Coolray recommends, because it takes about 45 minutes per system for proper maintenance. Coolray then sends their technicians late. (Do the math)

He answered my questions and explained everything I needed to know. Replaced a part for the AC and changed the filter which I supplied. Checked to make sure air was flowing through the vents. Very satisfied with the work he did. Took about 1 1/2 hours.

My technician Tom Nunnley is the best! I can say the scheduling needs more attention. I had an appointment 9-12pm. Which is not conducive for to working families. The should schedule days for maintenance only or focus on doing the easy schedules before urgent ones. It’s like a test always do the easy ones first the focus on the hard ones for last. You can have more calls in one day three maintenance class then the urgent one last. If no maintenance calls then all day urgent calls. I do like being able to call late 9pm to confirm my appointment if I didn’t receive a confirmation day before.
