Gate was exactly what we wanted and of high quality. Everyone was very professional and easy to work with. Danielle kept me updated constantly on the progress of the job which also required the power company to place power to the location. The installers did an excellent job and we were given excellent operation and maintenance instructions at the conclusion of the project. It was expensive but we certainly got what we paid for.

We had a great experience with Atlanta Gate Company. Shane and the team are extremely professional and provided an amazing service. We got a few options for the work we wanted to do at our house and Shane provided the pros and cons for each. The work was done much faster than promised and the price was very competitive compared to 3 other companies. The installation team, (Rob, Larry, Jason and Tim) did a clean and skilled work. Highly recommended to work with them!!!

We had a great experience with Atlanta Gate Company! We obtained several quotes before selecting AGC. Our determination wasn’t based solely on price (which was competitive but higher than some). It was based on the level of customer service and product quality of the company as well as the consultative approach used by Shane when he came out to discuss our project.Shane helped us design our entry and custom gate. Robin communicated updates throughout and coordinated the setup of our call box. Overall, the process took approximately 8 weeks to complete due to the masonry, electrical, and gate work involved, but Shane set our expectations in the beginning so we wouldn’t be disappointed. The end product is beautiful!We absolutely love the design and really enjoyed working with the team on this project. Everyone was extremely professional and personable. I’d like to give a big shout out to Tim, Bob, and Robbie who completed our install. They stayed until everything looked and operated to our satisfaction. We hope to have them return next year to replace some of our fence.Thank you, again, Atlanta Gate Company!!

From the time I made my first call to request an estimate to the final gate installation I was very impressed with the crew at Atlanta Gate. Robin was always very sweet and helpful when I called and asked questions. When Shane showed up to give me the estimate he was very nice and patient with all our questions and got back to us quickly with a detailed estimate. When Tim, Bob and Bear showed up to do the initial and final installs they were prompt, professional, friendly and showed an attention to detail that I greatly appreciated. I called to have them come out to make a minor adjustment and they were here the next morning.Very impressed with this company. Quality craftsmanship and great customer service.

Secondly, I want to thank Shane for his expertise in suggesting a design for our gate which turned out to be perfect, even when I thought differently. Shane was truly professional & businesslike with all of his input and accurate in measurements. In addition, I want to express heartfelt thanks to Robbie for her kindness in handling all of my telephone calls on a timely basis, providing all of the understanding I needed. The crew, supervised by Larry, was excellent with installation of gate and fence and they made sure everything worked properly before leaving. Crew worked all day and we are extremely happy with their work. Even the electrician, Shane recommended was timely, professional and kind. To Shane, Robbie, Larry, Robbie, Bob, & Tim, thank you for a job more than well done. Had a warranty replacement for my gate...Atlanta Gate did a great job in helping me get this taken care of. Robin was very communicative in keeping me up to date on the part and scheduling me ASAP. Jason, who has been with Atlanta Gate a long while, did the replacement. His service was friendly and simply outstanding. Not only did he do the repair flawlessly, he took the extra time to thoroughly test the system and give me a detailed overview so I understood the system better. Highly recommend these guys and if Jason shows up to do the install or repair, you are in good hands.

We were very pleased with the work Atlanta Gate Company did at our house. We had an automatic gate installed across our driveway, a walkthrough gate and some fencing. They were responsive to us when we requested a quote, Shane was very helpful in talking through what we were envisioning and drawing it up, and the crew (Larry, Tim, August and Bob) did a great job. We even had them come back to fix something we noticed after the fact and they did it super quickly. Definitely recommend!!

Just wanted to take a minute to say what a great job Atlanta Gate Company did on the gate we have always wanted at the top of our driveway. Shane prepared an estimate and was very open and honest about the costs involved. He had some great input as to our options and the direction we finally decided to go with it.I have to mention Jason, Larry and Tim, the Atlanta Gate Company crew, who did a very professional installation job and answered all my questions, even though they have probably heard them a hundred times before. The special bronze color paint we wanted had not come in at the time of installation and Jason made an extra trip out a couple of days later to paint it himself. We are very happy with the end result and feel like this beautiful gate has definitely added to the value of our home.Dont hesitate to call Robin at the office to get the process started if you are thinking of having something like this done at your home. We just had our driveway gate installed and it was a fantastic experience. From the initial onsite quote to design and build to installation, it has been great. Communication has been amazing and the install process was flawless. Jason and Tim were at the house, installed the gate, made it look amazing and took the time to teach us what we needed to know. Will be working with them on more projects in the future.

Short version- don’t waste your time with any of the other gate company in the Atlanta area, learn from my experience, go with Atlanta Gate company.Long version - I started with ANOTHER gate company, which turned into the biggest disaster. They never finished the work and kept me hanging for over 9months. I got a few second opinions, but I was immediately impressed with the great communication by Atlanta gate company. Specifically, Robin kept me updated via both phone calls and email through the process, and still continued to check in after the work was completed. Also, different than the other companies I had got estimates with Shane, made an effort to make sure to come out and explain everything in person. All the staff were super professional, communicated well, and worked hard (Larry, Tim and Jason). They put customer service first. I really think you have on choice when it comes to gate companies in the Atlanta area, and that’s Atlanta gate company.

All around amazing experience! From the moment I talked to the office personal to the installation of my Gates. Everything was above and beyond what I expected. The crew cleaned up everything and explained how the operation of my automated system worked before they left. The other companies I called before Atlanta Gate Company could not do what I wanted done or maybe they just were not qualified to do the job. This company came and replaced my old gate that has been down for a year. Installer (KG) never would come and repair or replace. After estimate Jason and Larry showed up and did an outstand job with good quality. I would recommend that you ask for Jason and Larry to do your work.

Fantastic Job from beginning to end. I had gotten a ridiculous repair quote from another company, and out of respect, I wont call their name. Jason came, accessed the problem correctly, ordered what was needed, and we were up and running again, for a lot less. Thanks to Atlanta Gate and Jason.
