    Stacey promptly returned my initial inquiry phone call and arrived early to the walk-thru to generate his estimate, which was a fair price. His crew did excellent work sanding and re-staining worn-out engineered wood flooring and wooden banisters. Job took three days as he estimated, and his crew efficiently moved furniture in/out of the rooms. Very easy to work with and I highly recommend.

    We were in need of hardwood floor refinishing downstairs and were lucky enough to find Stacy with Custom Quality with a Google search.     CQF added four rooms and closets to our house with 20 y/o main house wood floors. They matched the wood perfectly and did a fantastic job of laying it.     Ive had some hits and misses renovating my new home, but choosing Custom Quality Flooring was one of the best decisions Ive made. From the helpful, informative discussions with Stacey Bailey during the sales/quoting/design process through the expert installation by his team, this project transformed my home and yielded results beyond my expectations. In my opinion, new floors are not something to DIY, and selecting a higher quality product that will look beautiful and last for years is worth the investment. The only downside is that I now hold all my other contractors to this level of excellence.

    Stacey and his guys do excellent work. We had new hardwoods installed in two rooms that previously had carpet plus a closet. He also did repair work on an area that we had a wall removed. His prices were very reasonable. We are very pleased with the finished product. We had existing hardwoods in the rest of the house and he was able to match the stain nearly perfectly. He also did a great job explaining things when I had questions. Lastly, we made a couple of changes on the last day and he was easy to work with and accommodating. His guys showed up on time, worked diligently without sacrificing quality, and knocked it out of the park. We will use CQF for any future hardwood needs!

    We called Custom Quality Flooring after ruining our Engineered flooring with Mop & Glo. They were very professional, had 30-years of experience, and were very knowledgeable in all types of flooring. We decided to have our existing floors removed, and new Luxury Vinyl Plank installed. The crew was awesome, very careful with moving the furniture, and very precise in how they chose to lay the planks. They also buffed and added a clear coat to our oak stair treads. It looks absolutely beautiful and we would highly recommend them to anyone that is looking for a qualified and caring crew. Stacey is a Christian and exhibited a high level of integrity, character and conduct. You can trust that he will deliver on what he promises.

    Stacey and crew did a fantastic job on our flooring. We had new hardwoods installed in place of carpeted areas and existing hardwoods refinished. The entire main floor of our home is now all hardwood and looks beautiful. Stacey gave us excellent advice in order to make the right decisions on stain color, stair posts and railings. The stair iron rods turned out better then we could have expected. We are very pleased with the floors and dark stain used. Has made a dramatic change to our home. The crew took great care at details and repaired some spots that were damaged or needed special attention and now look like new.     Stacey and his team were very professional. We had the red oak floors in our entire home sanded and refinished. They repaired and replaced several problem areas. They sanded the floors and gave a preview of how several stains would look. This was a great aid in seeing how they would look refinished. The team moved out all the furniture, sanded the floors and replaced everything (carefully)... and we were back our home in 4 days. Amazing. The quality equipment and materials they use is tops. The water-based poly is commercial grade and will protect our floors for years. The floors look so good we are not putting the rugs back.     We hired Custom Quality Flooring to replace our nasty old carpet and flooring. Stacy showed us a ton of options, helped us narrow down our list and settle on just the right Luxury Vinyl Plank flooring for our home. Saying we love the new floor is an understatement – it’s beautiful and increases our enjoyment of our house so much. Knowing it’s going to last for decades is also an incredible plus.I feel we got good value for the price, Stacy was easy to work with, and I also really liked his crew.     The carpet in our bedroom needed to be replaced. We decided to explore more than just replacing the carpet so that we could clean and maintain the area more efficiently. I researched hardwood floor companies on the internet and Custom Quality Flooring popped up with very favorable reviews. I contacted Stacey Bailey and set up an appointment to meet him and see what our options were. HE KEPT THE APPOINTMENT ON THE DAY AND TIME PROMISED. Stacey explained what his company would do in the time frame he promised. He helped us visualize the anticipated results, while explaining how his crew would remove the furniture, protect our drapes, clothes, tape and use plastic sheeting to separate rooms and replace the furniture. After careful consideration, we decided to have hardwood floors installed in 3 bedrooms, and refinish 2 rooms, a hallway, stairs and entry. STACEY WAS NOT PUSHY, it was our discission and a good one at that. What a difference beautiful floors make!The professionalism of the installers was outstanding. They arrived to start the project when they said they would. They carefully and respectively moved and stacked our furniture, and protected everything with plastic.     This company is outstanding. I had my floors refinished and my stairs done with iron pickets. Looks like a new home. The stairs carpet was removed and replaced with hardwoods and finished!     Stacy and his crew took care of some wood floors and fixed some issues with sanding down and restaining the red oak flooring in our old farm house, it really looks great. Highly recommend his company to anyone in the Lagrange GA area

    My husband and I recently inherited a very old home and one of our projects was to have the floors redone. There were multiple spots where the floor had buckled and needed repairing, but we also wanted a new stain on the floor. We had Stacy come out for an estimate and it was such a positive experience from the get-go. Stacy was super pleasant to talk to and was very knowledgeable about how to repair our floors. We scheduled, and unfortunately I messed the schedule up with the kitchen renovations and we had to push our floor reno back a month. Stacy was very kind about the mix up. He came back a month later and fixed our floors. The end product is absolutely beautiful. I cannot recommend Stacy and his crew enough. Great experience.(Once our house is painted and finished I will post an updated picture. The color on the walls doesnt do the floors justice!)

    We have a 12 year old house that had some hard wood and some carpet throughout the first floor and we wanted to get rid of the carpet and have hard wood all the way. Stacy and his team came highly recommended, and they did not disappoint. Due to the floor joists being two different directions, we were worried about the flooring also going in two different directions, but the Stacy assured us that the finished product would be spectacular, and it is!! They replaced the carpet with matching wood and stripped the dated reddish stain from the old floors. Then they stained the entire floor a beautiful brown with a hint of gray and it immediately brought the house up to date. I cannot highly enough recommend Stacy and CQF team for your project. You will be glad you hired them!!!

    Stacey and his team are professional and thorough. Stacey was on site and walked us through a very tedious renovation on our floors. We replaced tile in the kitchen and refinished the hardwood floors that were throughout the main level of the home. Stacey and his team had to lace the new floors into the old ones and then sand, stain and finish the entire floor. You can’t tell where the old floor and new floor meet. Stacey has come out numerous times and has ensured the products and services he provides are to the standards the owner requires. I would recommend Stacey to anyone thinking about refinishing or installing new floors. There isn’t a job these guys can’t handle and their attention to detail is world class.

    Stacey is the best! Wow! Such great customer service and excellent work done by him and his team. They went above and beyond. They worked with us to make the process easy and smooth. Top quality and quick! We had all the carpet removed in the entire house, 5 bedrooms and stairs. They had it all out in a day and the wood laid and ready to color. They provided samples on our floors and gave us time to decide. Having them back to resurface and match all the existing hardwood floors to the new flooring. We are thrilled.
