    Brian Black and Sean Phillips was amazing to work with very respectful professional guys, plug in electric has a great team of guys. Sean was very knowledgeable in electrical work and he educated me on my smart home panel 2 wiring install. He was fast and detail ,he even clean up the work area before he left. I am very please and happy that they did my installation. I Will definitely be using plug in electric as my main electrician in the future and will recommend them to my neighbors.

    Always a pleasant experience doing business with Plugged In Electrical! Ive used them for installation of LED lights, replacing an exhaust fan and installing an EV charger in the garage. Brian, the salesman is easy to work with and explains everything. The electricians are professional and efficient. You get text messages when appointments are made, when the electrician is on their way, and when the job is complete. And they wear booties over their shoes when they come inside (without meeting asked!!). Ill definitely call on them again next time when I need electrical work done!

    I own a kitchen and bath renovation company. Over the twenty years of being in this industry, I have used a multitude of electrical contractors for my projects. I have had electricians that were good at what they did, but communication and billing issues kept it from being a great experience. I have had great communication from others, but not so great work. With Alan and Matthew over at Plugged In, I have found both in quality workmanship and communication. This is a rarity in the construction industry.     I called the company with a few issues I had with GFI plugs and light switches. She told me they could come between noon and 2. I explained that I did not get off until 3 but could try and take off a little earlier. She asked could she call me back. She called me back and said can you be there at 1:30. Yes I can! Brain came over and checked out the issues. Gave me a price and said I can have Josh here in about half and hour. Josh showed up, very professional and fixed everything. I was very happy! I heard about this company through The PTC Bubble FB page.

    Ive used Plugged in Electrical on a couple of occasions. I am primarily a DIYer but when installing a pool in 2017 I wanted to ensure a properly grounded electrical system for the pool. Called in the experts @ Plugged In. They installed a 125 amp circuit that would be used to power the pool and shop that I was planning on building. The next year, after I completed my shop I had these guys come move the temp box I had had them install over to permanent panel in the shop.Last week (12/22) I was having intermittent issues with one of the two, 150 amp main disconnects powering my home. I reached out to them and they were here the next day to trouble shoot, ordered the required new disconnect and installed it the next day. Great response when we were in a bind. Great quality work. Kept it as simple as it could be. Would highly recommend them for big or little projects.

    Plugged In Electrical recently completed a full electrical upgrade on my 1955 home. The crew was on time every day, their workmanship went above and beyond my expectations. Josh, Mason and John completed the job in the timeframe they told me with minimum wall repairs to be done and cleaned up each day before leaving, even cleaning my floors on the final day. They will be my first call for any future electrical needs!

    I sent a text message for a repair estimate for a complete power outage in one of the bedrooms. Alan Blankinship replied within a few minutes with estimates and availability. His team showed up within the hour and diagnosed the issue and gave a more accurate cost. Since he didnt have the part, he said that Josh Floyed will bring the part (circuit breaker) to replace it. I appreciated their professionalism. Not only did they respect my time by notifying me when they were enroute to my house, they respect my home by wearing a plastic shoe covers when entering my home. I really appreciated that. They were very professional, respectful and helpful. They replaced our circuit breaker, cleaned up previous work done incorrectly by the previous electrician and checked the fan in our attic. I will definitely call on them for future electrical work and recommend the company to my friends and families. Awesome job! Phalla

    Brian came out and gave an estimate for installing a motion light that had gone bad, and while he was here he gave courtesy to me with an idea of pricing for additional GFI garage outlets. I scheduled the motion flood light install, and then had to change the appointment due to a scheduling conflict. Brian and his team were very considerate and very timely with the updated schedule. His team came out on time, and I was even notified via text that the installers were on their way and how far away they were from my home. I loved that feature and appreciated this communication. The team was quick, tested the install, informed me that if I needed anything further to let them know.     I contacted the folks via telephone about 3:00 PM and asked if they could repair a light fixture in my kitchen. Within 10 minutes their field supervisor Brian showed up at my front door. He examined the fixture and recommended a fix. I agreed and he said a technician would be here later that afternoon. The technician, Josh, arrived at 4:15, converted the fixture from fluorescent to LED in 30 minutes. Both gentlemen were courteous, friendly, and efficient.     I needed to run power out to my hot tub and got a few quotes from a few local companies. When plugged in came out, they thought outside the box and figured out a way to run power out to the hot tub without needing to tear into my drywall. Thats when I knew they were the people for the job. They came out and did really great professional work. I cant even tell where they dug the trench to run the conduit. These people really know what theyre doing. I sat out with them and watched as they hooked up the lines to the hot tub, nothing but professionalism and the best service money can buy.     This was my first experience with an electrician and I believe set the standard Ill have moving forward. I found Plugged in Electrical online and contacted them based on their great reviews. Shane, a master electrician, was able to come out quickly to help evaluate my desire to install 5 exterior lights. He gave me a very fair price and explained in detail how he came to that estimate and what exactly he will do. It turned out to be more complicated than expected based on the spray insulation in my attic, but he powered through and everything looks and is working great!

    I cant say enough about this company. We had a lightning strike close to the house that took out a whole wall of electronics. Brian came out and looked everything and made some great recommendations. At the same time of the return for repairs, we had the guys replace our old kitchen light. I now have 5 LED lights in my kitchen and my neighbors can see that my cabinets are white not yellow. We also had them install some outdoor plugs in the front of the house. The entire crew were professional and answered all my random questions. As a woman that does some DIY, this was a big plus in my book for how great this company is and how they treat their clients. I have a few more renovation ideas to complete down the road and these guys will be my first call.

    We installed an additional sub panel to supply the Hot Tub and eventually a heater for the pool. The challenge was the service supply the sub was on the opposite side of the house, so the electricians had to pull a 100 amp cable up through the attic, across the attic and the down the opposite wall. At the end of the day we have a few drywall patches to do but we’ll worth it considering more costly options to install a sub panel. Thank you to Michael, and Vince for an outstanding Job!     Plugged In is AMAZING. I am so impressed with Shane and Matt.I live in historic house that had been updated from knob and tube but was not up to date by any means. This week the panel was replaced, wire updated, boxes moved, outlets repaired, the house ground moved and so much more. They understand weird old houses that make no sense, old crappy work that needs to be sorted out and all that goes with the uniqueness of an older home.Shane came out and did a full scope house inspection to see what needed to be done. He was in the crawl space and attic. He took his time to understand the work and provided a quote. He showed me photos he took along the way, drew pictures so I could understand what was there and what needed to be changed, talked to me about safety and code. Wow!It took three solid days to do the work. Shane was nice, professional and kept a tidy workspace. He noticed someone was looking at my car parked across the street and checked it out - thats above and beyond.The work has been completed. Guess what? The quote is what I paid. There was not the continual add this on or scare tactics to sell. Straight upfront pricing.Shane is local and showed up every day as expected. Great guy, great company.If you need electrical work you should check them out. I cant wait to have Plugged In do my landscape lighting.

    We had an absolutely amazing experience with Plugged In Electrical! A bid was given for multiple jobs in our home. The work was done flawlessly quickly and professionally. The final amount was actually less than the original bid, with the electrician realizing some of the concerns were already up to code. Their integrity and honesty was very Refreshing! We would 100% recommend using Plugged In!!!
