    We used Lichty to stain our railings and stair treads to match our hardwood floors. We started with TJ, but when he failed to return our calls, we were reassigned to Bill Owens as our Project Manager. We could not have been more happy with the service we received from Bill. He was professional, friendly, and provided excellent communication throughout the entire process. At one point he even texted me saying that our satisfaction was his priority. When was the last time you received a message like that?! We will definitely plan on using Lichty again for our future home projects.

    A great job as usual. The project completed in a timely professional manner. Joey kept us up to date on when the subs would arrive and what would take place each day throughout.     Lichty Brothers did our kitchen, fireplace and flooring remodel and we couldn’t be more happy. From start to finish our project was handled with professionalism and attention to detail. The design phase was very detailed and our designer did a great job capturing what we wanted. Our project manager, Chad, was the best communicator. He did a great job keeping the project moving and wouldn’t hesitate to do whatever it takes to make sure we were satisfied. Once demo started everything moved fast. We went from an outdated kitchen to no kitchen to a dream kitchen in only 8 weeks. The transformation is unreal. I definitely recommend Lichty to anyone that wants to remodel or make any updates to their home.

    Kitchen remodelWe researched for about 2 years for the right contractor to remodel our kitchen. After reading reviews, checking photo galleries, and business reputations, we decided to hire Lichty Building group. This was the best decision! Apparently we were unique in the style of kitchen that we wanted, so the process to get started was slow going. But once everything was designed: layout, cabinets, flooring, hardware, appliances etc, the process was expected to take 6-10 weeks. Chandler was assigned as our Superintendent to over see the project and he was an absolute dream to work with. His professionalism, demeanor, knowledge, communication and patience was what made our ideas become a reality. He made sure we had a functional kitchen for our families Thanksgiving celebration! Every detail wasn’t complete, but the dinner came off without a hitch. The customizing required was absolutely beautiful, and at just under 10 weeks the project was completed. We give them the highest amount of respect for a job well done! Thank You Chandler and Lichty Building Group!

    Bill Owens was the best project manager we have ever worked with across all construction companies we have used in the past! We wanted to build a detached garage with a screened in porch that attached the garage to the house. The garage would have to be built on a huge slope down our backyard. We wanted to built it on a basement instead of a retaining wall and filling it in with dirt like most homeowners do. We called several different construction companies. Everyone was afraid of the scale of our build since it would require an engineer to design the massive steel beams required to park on top of a basement space. Most companies didnt even bother sending us a quote after coming out. One company gave us a verbal quote but never followed up with the final written quote. Lichty Bros was the only company willing to take on the job and always responded immediately to every question we had. They were a little pricier than most other companies but it is worth it! We dont regret picking them! Bill kept us well informed on all deliveries, installs, build days, etc. He would send us daily and/or weekly updates with all work days listed out. Chandler was also a great, hard working, respectful, and very helpful too! They are very organized, take pride in their work, and ultimately put their customers happiness above all else! All our neighbors keep complimenting us saying that the garage matches so well it looks like it was built by the original builder! We couldnt be happier!

    We had Lichty put beams in our master bedroom with 22 ft cathedral ceilings and complete an accent wall. We worked with Joey and his crew and couldnt be more happy with the results. These guys are professional and easy to work with. Joey made sure we were happy from beginning to end. I would recommend them 1000%. We will be using them in the future for other projects, you cant go wrong with Lichty. Phenomenal job guys!! Thank you so much.

    We used Lichty Brothers to remodel our kitchen, install new floors in our living room, and refinish/stain our remaining floors to match. From the very beginning they were professional, on time, very responsive, and we came in right on budget (despite making changes throughout the project). They were a pleasure to work with and we look forward to using them again on our master bathroom remodel. Below are some before and after pictures of the work they did. They transformed our main living space! A big shoutout to Sybele and Megan who helped with the design and bring the project together. We would highly recommend them to anyone looking to update their home.

    4 years ago we had our terrace level built into an apartment for my Mom, complete with full kitchen and new bedroom made from a garage space. The whole Lichty Brothers team were so professional, communicative, courteous and thorough during the whole process. We were so impressed by their workmanship, when we recently incurred a major waterline leak involving 2 floors of our home, we immediately contracted Lichty Brothers to do our repairs. Once again we were impressed not only by their workmanship, but the communication they maintained throughout the whole process. We had ceilings, HVAC ductwork, wood flooring, and tile replacement done. The job was extensive and lengthy, but we were thankful to have the whole team working for us every step of the way, all the time being considerate of our family space and comfort. Chandler did most of the scheduling and management of the various teams, coming to brief and debrief, and sometimes assisting in the work. He sought out our approval of the work throughout each step, finishing off only when we were fully satisfied. He was an excellent manager and a pleasure to work with; it made the discomfort of construction in our living space as bearable as possible!

    Lichty Brothers Homes transformed my mother’s childhood home from a disaster (literally) into a beautiful home once again! My mother’s house was purchased new in the early 1950s by her parents, she grew up there, and she inherited the home after they passed away. In March 2021, the devastating tornado in Newnan significantly damaged my mother’s house. Lichty Brothers was there every step of the way to help restore the home. Bill and Shane worked tirelessly on the project and went the extra mile to make everything in the house the way my mother and I wanted it. They were so kind, patient, and hard-working and truly wanted to make us happy. They made an extremely difficult time for my family into a lovely blessing. In June 2022, my husband and I moved into the house and we love it. We are so grateful to our friends at Lichty Brothers for making our family home and its legacy continue for years to come!(Note: The attached photos are before and after renovation of the exterior, kitchen, and bathroom.)

    I am absolutely satisfied with all of the additions that Lichty Brothers made to our home - the patio, the expanded sunroom, the shed “lean to”, and of course, my favorite, the massive screened porch. I have no words to adequately express how much I love spending time out here - every day - whether I’m reading, sipping on a mug of coffee, watching the sunset/rain/birds, napping, or just enjoying the quiet; to quote my friends, “This is my happy place…”Our construction was overseen by Bill and Chandler - both incredibly patient and understanding - I had explained that we’d had several horrible experiences with builders/construction companies before, and Bill promised to keep me updated and in the loop about scheduling and progress throughout the process; he (and Chandler) kept his word!They were always available if I had questions and I always knew what was going on, what to expect, and if there were any delays (and why). Delays always happen in construction - the unexpected inevitably happens - this is a fact of life when dealing with construction (bad weather always wins). The difference these guys made was in their communication with us, and actively working to find solutions to any hiccups/problems encountered along the way.The quality of the work was beyond my expectations - everything turned out so much better than I had originally envisioned, and I am so grateful for all of their hard work. We are 100% satisfied.We will be calling Lichty Brothers again when we are ready to start our next project with our home.

    Weve now completed 4 home improvement projects with Lichty Brothers. Theyve been great each time. Theyve added French Doors to an office area and have renovated our Laundry Room, Second Bath, and Master Bath. Ive added some pics from Master Bath that has just recently concluded. They work very well around schedules and good communicating. Highly recommend!

    Litchy Brothers installed new porch flooring on our 1850s historic home. They did a beautiful job! Craftmanship is above anyone else in this area. They definetely exceeded our expectations.     We found Lichty personnel to be professional and courteous. We always knew when they were coming and what they were going to do. We have a 100 year old house, which presents a special set of challenges, as construction styles and techniques have changed substantially since it was built. Lichtys people adapted to each surprise with good humor, which resulted in a job we are very happy with. No project goes perfectly, and we had small things that needed to be corrected. They took care of each detail again with good humor and an obvious desire to leave us happy and satisfied.

    This is the second time I have used Lichty Brothers for a remodel. Just as before, the workmanship is impeccable & exceeded my expectations. A huge shout-out to the project manager for communicating with me every step of the way as to what to expect & getting the job done in the time frame I was hoping for. He heard my ideas and made it happen. I couldnt be happier with the remodel.Update: Here we go again. A year later we used Lichty Building Group for yet another project. Although a different project manager, I had the same results with Chad as I had with Bill. Our project included removing the popcorn ceiling, adding recessed lighting, new wood floors and updating two bathrooms. Chad was on top of the project the entire time with scheduling and communicating what to expect. Once again, a very satisfied customer.

In addition to our basement needing to be put back together after it flooded, We were having sagging floors and structural issues but could not find anyone we felt secure in to do the job.     Bill, Chandler and AJ were superintendents on two of our recent projects. The first was a complete tear down and rebuild of our second story deck with a roof added on to the existing roof line. The job was done on time, the deck is gorgeous and the work immaculate. You cannot even tell where the new roof was added, it looks seamless, like it was always there. Communication was constant between the superintendents and us on the expected daily activities and times of those arriving. Every person we dealt with was professional, the work was done beautifully and there was never a mess left after a days work. Our second and most recent project was the master bathroom renovation. Again, you cant beat the men who ran this project or each person who came into our home. Everyone was respectful, prompt and the work is beautiful. Our new bathroom is stunning and was done on time. Each project has greatly increased the value of our home. We recommend Lichty Building Group 100%!

    We have used Lichty Brothers on previous projects so they were our first choice for our kitchen remodel. We started our project by using their design services (Auld House Design) which was really helpful to us. We were able to see graphics of how our ultimate end result would look. Using the design services also helped in minimizing change orders for our project.Our superintendent, Chandler, did a super job! He was very punctual, professional and polite, kept us informed, followed through on even small details, and provided project updates and timelines. These are the traits you look for in a project superintendent! Lichty Brothers also uses top notch sub contractors.We are thrilled with the results of our project with Lichty Brothers and we look forward to using their services again in the future.

Attention to detail is the best I have ever dealt with! Literally a COMPLETE exterior renovation of my home and its 3/4 wraparound porch! Results were first class!     This was one of those experiences that redeem all previous issues I’ve ever had with any previous construction projects that were not Litchy Brothers projects. From the moment we sat down for the design phase of our garage/porch build, I knew we were in good hands. Once the build began, our contact person was Bill Owens. To say Bill is a professional would be an understatement. He has excellent communication as well as organization skills. He went above and beyond for our project and if/when there is a day I need any more work done, he will absolutely be the person I call. I could go on for days to talk about everything that Bill did to help us have 100% satisfaction with our project but I will leave it at this. Litchy Brothers may not be your cheapest bid, but I can guarantee they will be the ones you are most satisfied with at the end of the day. You get what you pay for and we are very happy. Thank you!

His communication was impeccable and he kept us updated every step of the way. His timelines were realistic and if he said he was going to do something, he did.     Bill & Shane along with the full team of painters, carpenters and electricians were a delight to work with throughout the project. They were always available and helped navigate any obstacles along the way. They helped with an overall “facelift” to the front of our home, adding new solid wood garage doors, exterior paint and dormer refinishing as well as the transformation of a freestanding “boat garage” into a completely self-contained living space, bedroom loft, full-bath and office. The craftsmanship and finishes are incredible. We look forward to working with them again for any future projects.

Previous to working with Lichty Brothers we had our kitchen remodeled by a big home improvement store and that was a nightmare.     We used Lichty Brothers for a kitchen remodel, including removing a wall and relocating many appliances into a new island. They also sanded and refinished all the hardwood floors on the main level. We chose Lichty because Daniel understood our vision and what it would take to make it happen. From there, Megan helped us design the kitchen by listening to our ideas and creating a professional drawing and mood boards and going with us to pick out quartz, backsplash, etc. She was creative, knowledgeable, and helpful. Sybele was our superintendent, and she was outstanding from before demo day to the final product. She kept the contractors on schedule, helped us solve any unexpected issues, always made us feel like a priority by communicating frequently, and was a welcomed guest in our home. When a change requested by us caused an unexpected delay, Sybele worked hard to keep us on schedule and moving forward even though it was more work for her. We LOVE the final product and could not be happier! Its beautiful and so much more efficient and useful for our family. I highly recommend using them for a large remodel project.

Daniel was great at offering suggestions to make our remodel look new, updated, and exactly our style. I loved working with Sybele, the supervisor for our job.     We just completed a bathroom remodel with Lichty Brothers. It was our first time ever doing any type of remodel and it was so easy. Shane and Sybele were so easy to work with and always communicated with us. Sybele was an amazing supervisor of the project and she always kept us in the loop and updated every step of the way. If you need anything done you should go with Lichty and specifically ask for Sybele she is simply the BEST!
