I just bought my very first home.. It was almost perfect, but it needed a fence to really define the property. Adam was my first and only choice for a variety of reasons, so Ill just list a few. First off, and most important to me, was I KNEW I was going to get quality.. Being my first home, I wanted my first fence to still be standing in 10 years. Second, the banking side of this was way easier than I had expected. Third, when Adam personally came to my home to measure out my property line, he was able to explain to me how things were going to end up looking, how and why he does certain things, and just as important, why he DOESNT do certain things.. He broke it down for me so I knew what to expect every step of the way... Logan was the employee who ran my fence job along with a young man who had just started, and they both treated my home as if it were their own, and did an outstanding job. I can promise you that you will be very happy you choose Marshall Exteriors. I know I am. These pictures do not do it justice😊

Marshall’s is fantastic! We experienced a hail storm that damaged our home in July. They were very supportive and walked us through every step of the project (siding, gutters, roof) and made sure we understood how things would work. Adam spent a lot of his time walking us through options, how things would phase out. Bill and Mike were so communicative and committed to keep us happy!This project was something that could have been way more stressful, but Marshall’s took that away and made our house back to a home!

Like most who had damage from a hail storm, I found the process of dealing with my insurance company very stressful. I originally met with another contractor that I liked, but unfortunately, they couldn’t, or maybe wouldn’t, offer much help with my insurance company who gave me a pretty small offer to repair the siding on my house. After seeing that some of my neighbors had signs for Marshall’s, I decided to call on them to see what they had to say. Anthony came out and from that point on, went to bat for me with my insurance adjuster to get the damages to my siding AND roof covered(which I was originally told by the insurance company wasn’t badly damaged). Anthony helped me navigate a very stressful situation and I am happy to say that my roof is completed and now I am just waiting on the siding and window/screen repairs which I am assuming will go just as smooth.

Adam came out to look at our project the same day I called for a consult. Adam was quick to get a quote over to us and start our project as soon as possible. Project was completed in one day and we are extremely happy with the finished look. Highly recommend and will use again on any future projects!

Edit: I added another star as after writing my initial review. The company owner got in contact right after my review was posted. We met and discussed the issues that need to be addressed. A week later everything was complete. I have left my initial review below for context.Great at the beginning; terrible on details/finishing.We had our siding done with Marshall Exteriors this fall. The quote was a bit higher then others, but the communication up front was awesome and the reviews seemed promising. The siding came in earlier then expected and was put up quickly. It took about 5 days for them to cover the existing wood siding with insulated board and vinyl. Looked great.This was were the trouble started. We noticed multiple problems including non-attached railings, caulked shut windows, missing areas of siding and extra material/tools left behind. We called multiple times over multiple weeks to have the items fixed. We were told that notes were made in the file, the lead would be notified, and replacements would be ordered. We even send pictures to several people so they understood the issues. It took a month of back and forth and still one side of the railing is not attached. Sigh.During the siding instillation they removed our gutters (which we planned to replace). After the job was complete we waited and waited and waited for gutters to be put up. Of course it rained multiple times during those weeks, but we were told the gutters were scheduled a few weeks out and would eventually be put up. After more delays (the gutter installers didnt show up the first couple of times they were scheduled) they put up gutters. After they left we noticed that a section of gutter was draining directly onto the roof below. This is not good and can cause that section of roof to degrade faster. We called Marshalls and send a photo so they could understand what was needed. A short time later I noticed another portion of gutter draining onto a different section of roof. I called them again and told them to bring more gutter material as they would need to do two sections. They came out this week (about a month after the project started) and fixed ONE of the gutters but not both. Sigh.I understand things take time and these projects are subcontracted out, but they would probably have less issues if they had a company person on sight during the work so things were done right the first time. We were going to have them replace out deck next year but this whole experience has just left me with a bad feelings toward Marshall Exteriors.

Weve had Marshall Exteriors complete two projects for us, and I would highly recommend them. In 2019-20 they re-sided our house and replaced several windows. Their crew during that project was so professional - showed up at 8:10 on the dot every single morning, even when the roads were terrible, working through heavy snow and bitter cold. They were so fun and friendly - first time weve ever actually enjoyed contracting team in and out of the house. There were a few minor problems that needed to be corrected after the project was completed, and the project manager, Sean, always came as quickly as possible to correct the situation. He even came back 4 years after the completion of the project to tighten up a loose piece of stone facing, with no charge to us.A few weeks ago, our aging shingle roof sprung a leak, and I called Kim (shes the best - always professional and super helpful!) to ask for a quote. She got someone here as quickly as possible, they put us right on the schedule, and within just a couple of weeks from the initial phone call, our new metal roof is complete and looks terrific. I cant say enough great stuff about Bill, the project manager for this. Super responsive and just an all-around nice guy. The work crew that did the job was punctual, quiet, and professional. They were also diligent about clean-up, which we really appreciate.No review would be complete without a shout-out to their terrific office staff. Kim and Becky make stuff happen, and quickly!The estimates we received from them for both projects were somewhat higher than other local contractors, but their responsiveness, the peace of mind from knowing that the work will be done correctly, and the fact that they 100% stand behind everything they do is worth the additional expense to us.

I hired Marshall exteriors to replace a deck for me and I couldn’t be happier that I did. Top notch professionals from the day they came for the estimate, until the day they completed the job. This deck is built to outlast me. From start to finish the site was cleaned, and other than the beautiful new deck I have you can’t tell they were here. I’ll 1000% hire them for more projects in the future!

I have used the services of Marshall Exteriors for three separate projects. On each occasion their employees have been courteous and efficient. The initial incidence was removing a bow window and replacing it with a sliding patio door. Next was a complete roof replacement, along with new gutters, and lastly, chain link fencing around the entire back yard. There was a problem with the fence installation due to uneven land which left the bottom of the fence in several spots too far from the groundline. After some time, this was rectified and I am pleased with the result.

Marshall did a great job on removing existing cedar siding, repairing areas that had some rot before adding our new siding. Finished up with a nice deck. They have dedicated crews that are experts in siding, gutters, railings and decking. We had a few issues that needed correction and everything was taken care of in a timely fashion.A no smoking policy would be appreciated.

The workers are friendly and effective, fast and hard workers who take time to say hello and explain projects. The projects are always high quality when finished. Excellent experience from start to finish with Marshall Exteriors! After requesting a quote for a new fence, the owner, Adam, was able to come quickly to look over my project and give me a quote. I ended up choosing Marshall Exteriors for several reasons: I liked that they use metal poles for wood fences, their customer service is excellent, they take care of everything (permits, having utilities marked, removal of old fence from premises), and I thought the price was great for the work they do. Their team was great to work with, and they did an excellent job installing the fence. It looks beautiful and I’m very happy with how everything turned out!

Sunroom Fill-inI had an old screen-in porch that I wanted to turn into a 3 season porch.Marshall Exteriors revamped it into a Sunroom Fill-in. Im very happy with the outcome.All of the staff and workers were polite and courteous. The men doing my project were awesome!!!One caveat: I did run into one minor hiccup which took some time to fix. Missing parts - the detail brackets for holding the glass in on some windows and the sliding screen door being torn in multiple places (minor problems).Also, this delay was caused by the manufacturer of those parts and lack of sufficient employees at the time.In any event, Im very pleased with Marshall Exteriors and the work they did for me. I would highly recommend them to anyone.

Marshall Exteriors completed a complicated multilevel rebuild of our decks and walkways, including stair lighting and two under deck storage areas. We are thrilled and so appreciate the attention to detail, the quality of workmanship, the professionalism of their workers, and their willingness to go the extra mile to make sure we were pleased with the results. We then purchased an awning through the same manufacturer as the new railings which are solid and beautiful. It was a difficult install because of our aging roof, but we are enjoying it as well. We are planning on hiring them to do our roof next spring and trust it, too, will be a quality job. We highly recommend Marshall from their office help to their estimators to their materials and certainly to each and every craftsman/worker.

The guys who came to install the roof were professional and did an incredible job. They tarped areas to protect our personal outdoor items and did a great job cleaning up. Had facia wrapped with aluminum about 6 years ago by Marshall Exteriors. Following year one piece came loose and a friend tacked it back up. Last year during a heavy wind storm I lost one panel. Its been off the house since. Last wind storm I lost one off of the opposite side of the house. I asked for a quote to replace the pieces missing. Adam came out and inspected everything, we discussed options. Based on not knowing what the cause was he offered to take care of the cost and charge us nothing. We had a porch trimmed in Azek last year. Their work was impeccable. We will continue to use them for future projects and would highly recommend them.

We had Marshalls do an extensive exterior remodel on a big old crooked farmhouse. I had 3 companies in to give me and my wife ideas and quotes. We ended up replacing 24 leaky windows with new construction windows, building out and insulating the exterior walls and finally new siding. When Travis came to estimate and give us his thoughts, he was punctual and professional. He came with a lot of experience and novel ideas. Their employees were extremely courteous and cleaned up every night. We changed gears a couple times with additional ideas, and Mike was accommodating. They worked through some window warrantee issues as an advocate for us. We had Marshalls replace our roof 5 years ago. We were very impressed with the quality, service and professionalism with everyone we encountered. Our roof still looks great, they made sure nothing was left behind. We recently had a piece of fascia that was starting to pull away due to the heavy winds. I received a phone call from one of the Marshall employees that happened to go past the house and see the fascia and they offered to send someone out and fix it. Great customer service, would definitely recommend!

Is there anything this company can’t do??? Our experience from start to finish was above and beyond our greatest expectations! Adam put my mothers anxiety to rest within minutes of sitting down with us and explaining what he found. He showed pictures of the roof and siding damage, explained everything, and walked us through what thier process was, what we could expect and the difference between products so we had the choice of the best product for our project. It didn’t stop there though. His team that did the work were courteous, efficient, thorough, respectful and have done a beautiful job so far. We were so impressed that we just consulted with him again today for new windows, a patio roof and a new major support beam that has rotted away. He also assured us that those items will be done before he replaces all our siding. I can’t wait to see our home completed. A huge shout out to this company for making my moms dream home become a reality without the anxiety and stress of selling her lifetime home full of memories, searching for a new one and possibly relocating and missing the neighbors she has lived by for the last 45 years. Our experience with Marshall Exteriors has been first rate. We had a complete tear off of the roof and replacement with a metal roof, replacement of windows with glass blocks in the basement, and we had them build a large deck on the rear of the house. The three jobs, and their respective crews, were thoroughly professional, personable, and showed real craft. Our initial sales encounter with the owner, Adam, was detailed and very clear, with a straightforward contract that laid everything out so there were no surprises with the tasks or the payment schedule. Working with the Becky on scheduling was easy and always informative. The attention to details, for the roof, basement windows, and the deck, was impressive. Everyone we have met has been super personable. Price? You get what you pay for. Marshall takes no short cuts. Thanks to Marshall for great work!

Marshall Exteriors exceeded my expectations for replacing two porch roofs that were curling and in bad shape. The deck and 2 layers of shingles had to be replaced. They were there ready and on time on my scheduled day. They cleaned up well and not one nail or shingle piece was left behind. They sent an inspector as well and was very thorough. I would highly recommend them for the quality of workmanship, the care, and attention to detail!

Marshalls did an excellent job on replacing our roof (4 tear offs) and putting a railing on our deck. My son, who has worked in construction, has always had a complaint about something the contractor doesnt do right. Today, he told me he was impressed with their work (as I am). This was a first. They also did a great job of cleaning up after the snow melted. I will definitely use them again, Workers were respectful and kind and staff was always pleasant when I called.

The crew, lead by Billy Rivers, did a great job with the removal and installation of the windows.They cleaned up afterwards to the point that you could hardly tell they were there. There was an issue with one of the screens, and they took care of it the very next day!I highly recommend them.

It seems pretty common sense, but you would be surprised how many companies don’t bother to follow through if they don’t like the job. They look for the easy money. In a few words, outstanding from start to finish. Marshall Exteriors was one of several contractors I contacted to do some work on our approximately 2700 sq. ft. Victorian style home. We needed our roof replaced, new gutters installed and a few original windows needed to replaced. Anthony Natale from Marshall Exteriors returned my initial phone call promptly and scheduled a convenient time to come to our home to inspect the roof, windows and gutters and give an estimate.He arrived at the scheduled time and began with a thorough inspection of everything. He took the time to explain the condition of the roof and explain the process for replacing everything. He went into his vehicle and within approximately 15 minutes provided us with an estimate of all the work to be provided. He also took the time to answer all our additional questions and told us to call him if we had any other questions.Anthony and his team were prompt, professional and extremely courteous throughout the entire job. We had some damage in our basement ceiling where some ceiling tiles and insulation needed replacement from being soaked from a burst sink pipe upstairs. Travis came out for a quick, accurate assessment of what work we needed to have done and Sean knocked it out of the park today. We had a pretty great experience with Marshall and already referred them to friends and neighbors. The crew which was led by Joe, was respectful and did great work. We had a few little hiccups but they were all handled with care. Their honesty and hard work was so appreciated. This was the largest project we have done on our home so far. We replace all the windows, turned a bow window into a flat triple double hung window (which required trim to be fully rebuilt and siding to be redone) and took out a small window and added a beautiful big sliding glass door in. The job was expected to take no more than 4 days and because of weather and a few unforeseen hiccups it took a little longer which overlapped our spring break vacation. They were so amazing about getting the work done as fast and smoothly as possible so we didn’t have to miss our whole trip. We came back from our vacation to beautifully completed windows and a brand new door. We hope to work with Marshall again for more projects in the future.

Marshall repaired a roof problem and a gutter problem in the back of our house. The roof repair eventually worked very well but they forgot to install the cover on the gutter. In the following spring I noticed a small tree had sprouted near the downspout. They came out and apologetically installed the cover but neglected to clean it out.I sent a video showing the literal Niagara Falls of overflow even in moderate rain. After months they came out , looked at it and said they would quote a wider gutter (as in “Spend more money). I tried to reach them on this several times but the did not respond.The gutter overflows in steady, light rain WHY- because it fills up WHY- because the downspout is clogged WHY- because they did not clean that out when they came and belatedly installed the cover that they did not install in the first place but billed me for. Now I get to listen to it drip and pour EVERY rain.I will be having another contractor come to do further, more extensive work and I already asked him “while you are up there, can you please clean out the spout?”**Update- after posting this they did reach out and resolve. Two stars added for that>**

The salesman, Dennis, was very professional and polite.I did have a few issues during the process of it being installed. These issues were expressed and then resolved quite quickly. The owner himself, Adam, came out to my house on a Saturday and talked with me face-to-face. He even offered more to be done to fix my displeasure than I thought was necessary.It is nice to see an owner of a larger company still care and put in the effort to resolve any issues.I cant say that I would use them again, but I would not sway someone else from using them. The quality of work and the finished project certainly are something to be happy about.

Adam and his team have replaced the roofs on two of my buildings, sided my home, replaced windows and gutters. I have been very happy with the quality of the workmanship, their professionalism and the results of their work. I was impressed with how they kept my properties clean during the construction process. Most of all, I have appreciated the advice that Adam has given when Ive had to make decisions regarding my buildings. I have and will continue to go to Marshall Exteriors whenever I need work done on my buildings.

Several neighbors recommended Marshall Exteriors. Shingle roof tear-off then a new metal roof, with new vinyl fascia and soffits, and new gutters. All three crews were excellent workers providing excellent workmanship. They arrived on time, prepared to work. No foul language, no loud music. All trash and I mean ALL trash picked up and removed from site. I noticed one small issue with the roof and they immediately came to repair the problem. I wouldnt hesitate to recommend Adam and his crews.

We chose Marshall Exteriors in our basement remodel project and couldnt be happier. The whole team from the original sales meeting to pre-production and through to completion was professional. The project started on time and finished ahead of schedule. The communication was continually back and forth so we knew exactly where the project was and what to expect. Any issues (all very minor in scope) we had during the project were addressed without delay and to satisfaction. We absolutely love our basement theatre room/kitchenette and full bath and would absolutely recommend Adam and his team at Marshall. **Rating Note - I never rate anyone at the maximum as I feel any company should have something to continue to work toward. 4 Stars is my maximum, very satisfied!!!
