    We lost water pressure in our kitchen and bathroom sinks. We called Jakeā€™s on a Wednesday, and they had a technician over to my house 24 hours later. The service was friendly, the price was great, and the communication was top notch. We will be contacting Jakeā€™s for all of our future plumbing needs. They are a high quality company.

    Our first experience was getting a same day service call by Donnie who was very knowledgeable! Then the team that came and worked on our house went above and beyond to get our water restored. It was no easy job & they were professional and worked so hard and didnā€™t stop until we had water. Allison (sorry if misspelled) was very helpful with scheduling and Sydney with helping us understand our invoice and payment options. I would recommend Jakeā€™s to anyone who needed plumbing assistance!

    I called them to what I thought I needed was the water filter in the humidifier changed but all it needed was an adjustment and now itā€™s fine and they didnā€™t even charge me for the service call! Keagan was very personable and helpful! He knew his work very well.

    The Service Technicians came early in the hrs given They were very effecient, and gave us $ estimates when we found out our plumbing was more serious than we first thought. They explained what was wrong and what needed to be replaced to be in good working order. They were upbeat in attitude and did a great job. And they didnt leave behind a mess; cleaning up the working area as much as possible. We were very pleased with their work, and the estimate given. Jakes Heating, Air & Plumbing has excellent technicians and we now know to call them for any future Plumbing problems.

    Weve had techs out for both our HVAC system (Kaitlyn) and plumbing (Chad). Both were very thorough, knowledgeable, and professional. Working with Kaitlyn gave me the confidence to call Jakes for our plumbing issues. Chad reaffirmed why I called Jakes again and will in the future.

    My water heater was flooding my garage, and Jakeā€™s sent a plumber to the rescue within 2 hours. Jason was great; very polite and honest. He worked until 9:30 PM to install a new water heater. He and his partner even swept the water out of my garage. I highly recommend Jakeā€™s Heating, Air & Plumbing!

    Jakeā€™s Heating Air & Plumbing is the Company you need to use. I bought a new Furnace & Air Conditioner from them. Also, had plumbing work done from them. Highly professional, efficient, respectful work. Great maintenance on my furnace & air. New faucet for kitchen, commode work & outdoor faucets. Great financing options available. Iā€™m so happy I found them.

    We were so fortunate that Jakes was recommended to us as our luck with home improvements hasnā€™t been good. I wish we could use Jakes for everything home improvement.They came out and provided an estimate which was spot onā€¦.it was numerous projects that were pretty complicated (addition of washer/dryer set up which entailed quite a bit)ā€¦ new sink set up and an outside spigot needing capped. They were timely, quiet if you can believe thatā€¦did exceptional work and nice clean up after each day. They asked questions to make sure I was happy and provided guidance on operation of the fixes/additions. Iā€™ve never experienced a more considerate and professional job as was done on my home. They took care of Everything needed. I will be using Jakes anytime I need plumbing services. Try this company and youā€™ll be very glad you did. The guys all rockedā€¦thank you so much guys!Georgie

    You couldnā€™t ask for much more from these guys. I signed up for the VIP program two months ago and en had some plumbing work done. No sales pitch or anything like that, just straightforward honest pricing. The techs that came out were fantastic. Donnie took the time to walk through the house and talk about anything plumbing wise to be on the lookout for along with taking care of the issue he was called about. Again no pressure or sales tactics, just a good experience. Caleb came in and did our AC check for the year and again was awesome. Walked us through what a duct cleaning would entail once we asked about it and educated us on filters and the lifespan of them. I couldnā€™t recommend this company anymore than we already doā€¦.great job guys.

    My water pressure was very low..Chris & Keegan came in and explained what they were going to do to repair my system after it was diagnosed previously..I had asked for them to add a water shut-off inside the house also..they performed all the issues needed and then walked me through each step they had done to make sure I was satisfied..which I am!!
