We had issues with 2 previous plumbers saying they would be here per our contract.. BUT it never happened (one said they’d be here never showed up, another said they would be here the same day then called and said they were running late and they’d be here in the morning so we said forget it)One whole day had already gone by. This was an emergency we had no plumbing that worked.We were given the number to Plumb Masters and Don and his crew were here in a few hours!! WOW a what great upright company!! They were professional on time and had answers to all our questions! Didn’t take them to long to get the pipes unclogged and good as new. I called A & D plumb Masters about an emergency leak in my basement at 8:00am. They were at my house by 8:15am and had my problem fixed in less than 30 minutes! The men that came to my house were nice, professional and courteous. They are coming to fix an outside faucet and I will be using them for my plumbing needs from now on! Amazing!

Don and Damien do a fantastic job.I got his name from my friend who had him re model her bathroom. Then he did mine. Everything is perfect.And he was about half the cost of his estimate.Before he got started on my bathroom my water heater started leaking. He came and changed it out on a Sunday.He’s the only plumber I’ll ever call.Thanks guys.

Don came, he saw and he conquered! Saved the day. We were nearing the very end of a long (somewhat tedious) bathroom remodeling project, just getting ready to finish with replacing the old bathtub drain with a new one. As I began to unscrew the old drain I said to myself, As old as these fixtures are, this is spinning way too easily. It spun and spun but never came out. It was then that I realized that a pipe behind the bathtub must be broken and draining onto the slab instead of going down the drain. I cut out a piece of drywall in the closet behind and, to my dismay, nearly all of the drain and trap pieces/fittings were corroded and broken and I could see a lot of dampness and mold. Luckily we were not using that tub very often as we have two other bathrooms, but we were about to start using the tub and new shower on a daily basis! Thank God we decided to replace the drain or we would have never known there was a major issue.Don called me late that same evening close to 7pm and told me he would be there at 10:00am the following day to fix the issue! NOW THAT IS GREAT SERVICE!! When this house was built the original plumbers made it nearly IMPOSSIBLE to work on or retrofit the galvanized piping they used in the slab. DON HAD TO PRACTICALLY JACKHAMMER THROUGH THE SLAB to acquire enough room for the proper tooling! He was very RESPECTABLE, QUICK, CLEAN, PROFESSIONAL and MADE EVERYTHING WORK ON THE FIRST TRY!! Additionally, our sewage was backing up and spilling through an outside relief trap into the back yard from tree roots growing into the VERY OLD sewage lines. Don snaked and snaked that baby until there were NO MORE ROOTS!Remodeling project is FINALLY complete thanks to Don! Great job, excellent service and professionalism. Great job every time and he gives good discounts. He installed a new dishwasher and disposal in our new home. Also installed a clean - out at our old house. He replaced all the old plumbing in the old house in one of the bathrooms and had to dig down several feet through a cement slab to get to the old plumbing. It was a huge job. Very satisfied with all his work.

We had sewer back up on Friday, of course. We called A & D Plumb Master, Donald was able to come same day. He not only unclogged drain but, cleaned it as well. Service was great and we were happy with his service. We were VERY pleasantly surprised of the final cost. Even with the after hour charges it was VERY resonable. We have used an unamed, major plumbing company in tbe past and price was over the moon for same service.

We were very impressed with the speed at which Plumb Masters came to our assistance with a routine situation (clogged drain) and with a subsequent emergency. Knowledgeable, honest, communicative, punctual, thoughtful to our cats, clean, thorough, and most of all HELPFUL. When you are experiencing crisis mode and arent sure which end is up, its nice to have someone familiar with the territory (not in crisis mode) to answer your questions. Even when we blanched at the very real possibility of a MUCH bigger job than we anticipated (like getting through walls and digging up the living room), Don kept it 💯 with us. No kid gloves. 7ft of broken sewer line in the middle of and under a foundation is no easy feat to investigate or repair. We are most glad that it is done (Im sure they are too!) and appreciative of their excellent service. Thank you!!

I have used PlumbMasters before, so I called in the morning with a sewer backing up in a basement of a rental property. He was able to work me in that afternoon. Since he did not have a helper I assisted him to carry the machine and cable down a steep stairs into the basement. The job was complete in 1 1/2 hours and 120 feet of cable was needed. The price was very reasonable and I will call him again if needed.

They got me all fixed up. Cleared the drain. Told me about a root stuck in the toilet cleanout to the main and advised how to help dissolve it so we wouldnt have to remove the toilet to get in through the bathroom, told me about some shoddy pipe work that may need fixed soon that may cause issues and definitely needs fixed, and advised about the warranty companies they work with.A&D Plumb Masters really blew away my expectations and told me how to get done what needs done while not breaking the bank. Plumbing can get real expensive real quick and I will be making A&D as our preferred plumber when signing up for the home warranty company so we can get them again.
