This company was hired through my American water insurance and this experience was amazing !! The staff is so respectful and nice .. they answered all of my questions and called too let me know when they was going to dig . The workers always explained everything in detail and they knew what they was doing . I would recommend this company to anyone .

This guy that came was amazing! Was nervous about cost of $80 an hour but my guy didnt mess around! Came on same day I called and said we had no water pressure. Tried a couple things, determined lines needed blown out, took care of it and was gone before 2 hours. Also, he was so nice and polite. Cant remember his name, but he was fantastic and I wish I would have had some cash on me so I could tip him!!

Have been working with three generations of the family. Has all work been perfect? No. But they are there when needed and have never disappointed when a project is completed.

I love how nice and respectful these guys are. Ive used them multiple times in this old house of mine since I moved here and they always fixed the issue without any issues. Im currently in the middle of using them rite now. I called the insurance I have to make a claim and DJ Hannon & Sons called me to set the appointment in a matter of minutes. Im waiting to see if my insurance will cover this but they already found the issue Im having. I will write another review after they fix my issue.

My basement toilet aka Pittsburgh toilet backed up as it always does once a year due to roots. I called my insurance company and they sent this company.I called Susan and she said they would try to get to me today. Well, an hour later they came and pulled out all the roots. Appreciate it guys. I would definitely use this company again.

I cant say anything regarding the negative reviews here since I wasnt involved with any of those issues. That said, Ive called DJ Hannon on three separate occasions for different jobs, and each time the receptionist was courteous and helpful. Also, the workers who came to our house were equally courteous and helpful. They resolved all of our issues and answered the probably excessive amount of questions we asked them. I would definitely call them again (Id like to think Ill never have plumbing issues, but anyone who owns a house knows that problems are inevitable).In the end, I have nothing but positive things to say about DJ Hannon.
