Devin fixed our light sensor on the side of the home. Good price to get it done. He reached out before he arrived and was professional and courteous. Office didnt tell us there was both a trip charge and hourly service fee ahead of time. He was out here a month ago, so they waived the trip charge and dropped the service fee due to lack of communication. Overall, we were happy.

I had a problem with my outdoor lights and they would not light up in the front. John Johnson was patient and found where the wire was cut probably by a landscape company. He worked diligently even when it was dark and completed the job instead of coming the next day. I also had him add two additional lights and my landscape looks great. I highly recommend John and Uplight Pro.

He was trying to tell me he was there for a routine check of the lighting. His patience with the voice delay was very appreciated as I was out-of-state and did have some questions I wanted to ask. He was able to answer those after coming up with the brilliant suggestion of just calling me on my cell phone! I was so happy and surprised with that suggestion and that he didn’t just pass me off to the main number when the communication delay got frustrating. This was the second time Johntavious was our service technician. As before, he took the time to fully clean spotlights, and fixtures. Although the faulty photocell was outside of warranty, he explained its operation and leaving lights on would not be a cost drain as the system is low voltage. He also indicated areas where increased illumination would add to the house silhouette. He is very customer oriented.
