We were very happy with Empowered Global throughout our generator installation process. We had an interesting time of delays and just missing installs due to hurricanes. Although it was unfortunate timing and went in after hurricane season, I can still say we were happy. Communication was good, each employee we worked with did a great job (scheduling, install, and also the final walk-through explanation). I highly recommend this company! Great team!

Initially, I had hired another company to install my whole house generator. I had problems from the start and fortunately fired the company before any electrical work and generator installation was performed. Empowered Global reviewed and revised the scope of work for a state of the art installation. There was so much wrong with the initial contractor, its hard to list.My experience with Empowered Global was first class from the owner to the technicians to the office personnel to the subcontractors. Everyone involved is highly qualified and have extensive training. I cant say enough about Daniel, Jay, Eric, Mike, Will, Bert and Aiden!I highly recommend Empowered Global for your generator needs. I wouldnt deal with anyone else.

Eric at Empowered Electric just left and got my generator repaired and running 2 days before hurricane Milton was expected to hit. Working in the rain he replaced a dead battery and performed a full check up. Personable, honest, and reliable. I needed a generator to handle the occasional blackout in my neighborhood in Florida and decided to go with Empowered Global. The first company I reached out to wasn’t willing to commit to an April completion date despite the fact that I called them at the beginning of the year. That’s when I contacted Empowered. The CEO came out, listened to my requirements, and produced a proposal within a week with a firm commitment to complete by end of April. In fact, he was one month ahead of schedule.His installation team was completely professional, responsive, and efficient. The install was completed within two weeks once all permits were approved. I was really impressed by their timeliness and high quality. Daniel, Rafael, Eric, and Marissa bear special mention for their expertise and making this an easy, hassle free installation.I recommend them highly.

Wonderful experience with the entire team of Empower Global. This team replaced an old generator at my home in Naples with a new Kohler generator. This new Kohler generator is by far a lot better than the Generac. The owner of Global, Daniel, came to my home and personally evaluated the project and did everything he said his company would do, and they even performed better than expected and promised. Every single person was polite, courteous and presentable and very neat. Marissa, in charge of the office was a sincere pleasure to speak with at all times. She kept me informed and updated at all times. I am a 3rd generation road builder from Ohio and honestly, Empower performed like the OLD respected companies from the Midwest do. They are sincere, straight up, neat and very honest. Do yourself a favor and give this team the opportunity to service or quote you. It was a true pleasure to work with Empowered Global. They are a group of knowledgeable, conscientious, honest guys who work with you to get the job done quickly and efficiently. I recommend them for all of your electrical needs from installing a major generator system to hanging light fixtures. Empowered is a company you can trust.We had 28 lights/fans installed, several light switch locations moved, outlets added, and nine led-lit floating shelves wired. They are currently working on the generator installation. The owner of the company, Daniel, takes his time during the estimate process to fully explain what is entailed in the project. The estimate he provided was comprehensive and there were no surprises. Each time we added items to the job we received a change order to support those changes in a timely manner. The prices were reasonable and their work was top notch. They also understand a new homeowners sense of urgency to get things done and they scheduled accordingly.Michael, Alberto, and Aiden all worked on our project. They were communicative throughout the job and together we made all of the appropriate decisions for our home. They never did anything the easy way, they always did it the right way. Not only are they great electricians, these folks are honest, meticulous, clean, and really nice guys. This is my first review, and am pleased to write about my uniformly great experience with Empowered Global. Since installing a generator at my house in 2022, my interactions with Empowered Global have been fantastic. They are highly professional, highly responsive when I call by dispatching service teams quickly, and their service teams are friendly and take time to explain to their customers the details of service issues. My most recent contact today was with Jay and Aidan, both of whom were great to work with for all of these reasons. If anyone reading this review is looking for their first, or is looking to change their generator service company, you simply cant make a better choice than Empowered Global.

5 star plus!!! I was very impressed with Aiden, Alberto and Michael. They went way beyond my expectations.First, Not only did they take the plants out that needed to be removed for the generator but they REPLANTED them in another area in my backyard!Second, A high hanging shelf in my garage had to be taken down because of the Kohler electrical box. Once I approved the removal of the shelf, I was told not to worry about emptying it. They did it for me.Third, They had to get to my modem which Comcast had wrapped around the back of my TV where the wiring looked like a mess. When Alberto was done, he left the modem, TV box and all the wiring behind the TV in a very clever neat organized manner.Fourth, I appreciated how they put the mulch back over the hole they had dugged in my backyard.I was well informed regarding the process. I could tell they worked very well as a team. Everything was left in a clean manner.The above was greatly appreciated. It also left me knowing that down the road I will be well taken care of should there ever be a problem with the generator. The communication was excellent with the entire company: Daniel the owner, Marissa, the office manager, Kevin, with the gas installation company and the above mentioned installation crew. Im really glad I chose Empowered Global.

Eric, Jay, Sergio, and Brian were extremely professional, well informed and efficient when installing a 20kw Kohler Standby Generator at our home. I researched several firms and received several quotes before signing up with Empowered Global. We are very pleased with Daniel and his team. I should certainly mention that Courtney (the Office Manager) was awesome to work with also, and she helped us navigate the HOA approval process with great interest and care. I would highly recommend Empowered Global and wouldn’t consider using any one else for any electrical related work. Even the the county inspectors had to comment on how clean and professional their installation work turned out.

I cant say enough good things about this business. From start to finish, our experience with Empowered Global was super positive. The people are professional, polite, friendly, very smart, fastidious, organized....I could go on. My intuition told me I wouldnt have to worry about a thing on this project and I was right. They handled everything, including permitting, propane installation and inspections, and the whole project was accomplished on time within the timeframe they specified. If you are considering a standby generator, this is the company you want to deal with.

Honestly, from the looks of things Im lucky my house didnt burn down, especially during Ian. Marissa, Jay and their team from Empowered Global asked Kohler to honor my warranty, corrected panel hookup and wiring problems and installed a whole house surge protector. I have been using Empowered Global to maintain my Kohler Generator for years. I have always found them to be outstanding in addressing an issues that arise with my generation in order to insure peak performance. During hurricane Ian, after our power had gone out, my generator kicked on and kept us with full house power for almost three days until power was restored. Because of Empowered Globals attention to detail in their maintenance of my generator we experienced a comfort level in knowing our home was protected with conditioned air and functioning operations of our lights and appliances during the entire outage.As an added plus, but just as important, is the commitment Empowered Global has to customer satisfaction. No doubt this is a direct result of Daniel and Susi Husty who have instilled this commitment throughout their organization.Their efforts are recognized and appreciated.

This is the most professional, informative & safety concerned electrician I have ever had the pleasure to do business with! Daniel actually teaches you about your electrical box & tests all your outlets to make sure they are functioning properly on his very first visit into your home. He and his partner installed a chandelier light in our kitchen and did such a great job that they wouldve done in their own kitchen! Also when they enter your home they put on booties to cover their shoes....love that! Highly recommend Daniel and his crew with no hesitation.

Empowered Global just completed installation of our Kohler 20kW generator. We interviewed and got quotes from 4 different companies that all offered different brands of generators. We absolutely made the right decision going with Empowered Global. They handled the entire package - generator, buried LP tank, permits, and documents for our HOA. Everything worked like a charm. Daniel (owner), Marissa (office manager), and Eric and Jay doing the install were the best we could have hoped for. Kept us informed during the entire process, complete install in less than a day, and beat the estimated completion date by almost a month.
