I’ve had both electrical and plumbing done at my house recently and haven’t had nothing but great experiences with technicians Robert and Chris. I had a problem earlier this year with the heating unit. It was Chris that came out, and fix the issue. Chris had told me about their special in which the technicians come out twice a year to check the heating and plumbing. Thankfully, I went ahead and paid for the special pricing, because if not, it would’ve cost me a lot more money.I can’t be more thankful enough that I’ve had two such great technicians who came out and who were very knowledgeable in what they are explaining. Very professional with how they present themselves and Perform their perspective technical fields.Bring that I had just moved here from Tennessee, I was getting all sorts of mail on which company to go with to provide servicing from my house and I can honestly say I’m happy with the choice that I made with Swift and I will continue to keep them as my servicing company for my house and I will also recommend them to others.Great job guys🤗🫶🤗🫶

Rusty U. was my advisor. He was very professional, nice and on time with the appt. He explained the different units and prices in detailed along with the financial side for both. And I was able to get the unit installed starting the next day! When the guys showed up the next morning they went straight to work. There were so many hiccups for the 2 days they were there. Corey and Danny G. were the greatest and went above and beyond to help with those hiccups, Thanks guys!!. And thank you to the other 2 guys for your help too!! Im so sorry I cant remember names. I will say this not everything went as planned or what I originally wanted and asked for, because like I said there were hiccups. However, I still gave 5 stars because of the services and dedication that these guys put in. Thanks again!

Eric & Jose both did an amazing job with my plumbing needs! I had a horrible clog and it caused backup into both my tub and shower. They were polite, professional and answered all my questions. Job was done in little over an hour and he cleaned up afterwards.

I had never used Swift Plumbing before but it turned out to be a very positive experience. I called on a Friday night after 10:00, asking for somebody on Saturday morning. Jose was there promptly on Saturday morning and did an excellent job. He was very polite and very professional. He fixed my leak in my vacation condo and I now have satisfied guests. I will definitely call Swift services again next time I have any plumbing issues and possibly may call them for my heat and air as well. Their prices are very reasonable, and I am thankful I found them! Thanks again Jose!

He went above and beyond!Daniel Myers came to do the new installation on 12/6/24 (today). Daniel was absolutely excellent. He explained everything he was doing. If I could give him a rating over the max, I would. His associate who was working with him spent most of hit time on the roof so did not get to talk to him but he was very polite.Robert Allen came by to paint a small area theat was damaged in the installation. He cleaned the whole area and repainted. Looks good.

I was very pleased with the response time and professionalism of both individuals that came to our house. They were very attentive to our needs and explained exactly what tasks they were going to perform. Unfortunately the technician (Robert Sweet) found a refrigerant leak in the evaporator accompanied with low pressure readings at the compressor. After a lengthy conversation with the project manager (Bradly Allen) about all of our options, we purchased a complete new system as opposed to repairing just the evaporator. Although this choice was a considerable investment, we believe we made the right choice over time.

Within 2 hours our tech Chris T arrived @ house reviewed issue & knew right away & corrected the problem. The install team did a very professional job. They explained the new equipment and thermostats well. The salesman, Tony Pappalardo, and the manager gave me an excellent deal I couldn’t pass up even to the point of leaving a company I had been very happy with. After Tony explained the rebate benefits it made sense for me to go with a more efficient, slightly higher priced system. The system is running very quietly, and I can now monitor it even when I’m away.

Eric arrived on time, was very friendly and evaluated our situation regarding a 40 gallon water heater replacement and jammed kitchen sink waste disposal unit. He gave us a very fair quote, went to pick up the heater, returned and promptly & professionally installed it with new valves. All waste was removed and area left clean. He also was able to unjam the disposal and was done the same day by early afternoon. We highly recommend him and Swift!

The best customer service that I received from the beginning until the end. Very professional and courteous from day one. I upgraded my older unit and duct work. They came and installed 2 window units so that my family was able to stay cool while they worked tirelessly in the heat. Corey and Danny really made this process a pleasant one. There was also a younger guy that I also met the first day but forgot to get his name. He disconnected the unit and helped pull out the old duct work. I believe he was there the second day as well, but i was at work. Whole process took 4 days, but was well worth it. Very well mannered staff. I would definitely recommend. 10/10

We had a sudden issue with our garbage disposal that I quickly realized (after some googling) would not be an easy DIY fix. I called Swift and they were out the next day. They gave their window of time for the visit and arrived at the tail end of that but ready to diagnose the problem ASAP and provide a quick recommendation.Since we didnt have a repair option we had not choice but to get a replacement and they offered a 20% discount since the tech admitted their prices are a bit higher than other competitors for new garbage disposals. That was very honest and kind and greatly appreciated. I signed off and he had the old one out and new one in within 30 minutes.Will look to them again when we need their services!

If they don’t do something right they make sure that they come back and fix it to your satisfaction! Their prices are comparable and in some cases, cheaper. I interviewed 5 HVAC contractors before I picked them for my new unit. Their technician was one of only two technicians (out of the 5 HVAC contractors),that actually did a thorough inspection of my existing system, ducts and all, before making a recommendation. And they are not pushy salespeople either. I’m about to use them for my electric on my other home since the previous electrician bailed out on me leaving my work questionable. Sorry for the long write up, just passionate about people who stand behind their work! Hopes it’s helpful to someone.

The rushing sound was merely the system pulling air up through the vent. Chris was polite and easily answered whatever questions my wife and I had. Each contact Ive had with Swift over the past 8 years including a replacement system installation in October 2021 has been a positive experience. Yesterdays repair call was no different.
