    FANTASTIC JOB!! Ive been using Cooper Mech for 25+ years. Most of his guys have been with him (Glenn) for years. I own several homes and they have worked on all my units doing repairs, replacing units and general maintenance. They just finished replacing an AC unit with all new duct work in my house last week. What a difference it has been. As a woman, I never thought I would be thrilled on how beautiful my new duct work looks in my attic . I didnt realize how bad my old system looked and WORKED until they installed the New system. The installers did a great job. They were here 3 days from 7:30 am to 6:30/7:00pm working like Mules. They cleaned up everything each night before they left. One thing I did notice was how highly they spoke about their boss, Glenn Cooper. That loyalty means a lot these days. Everyone from the Girls who answered the phones to the sales team, managers and ESPECIALLY the installers and techs, Thank you so much for a job well done!

    Today we had Caleb Brown from Cooper Machanical come and do a HVAC Maintenance on our Condo. I was so impressed with how he took care of our unit. It needed more cleaning than normal and he took the time too make sure to get things cleaned up and tested! I felt like he really cared to make sure we had things done well! I will be having them service our condo rental HVAC twice per year! They do a very thorough job to insure everything is good. They are reasonable and fair. I would highly recommend this company. Lynn Mitchell handles their contracts and she is excellent to work with!

    Last evening my A/C stopped working. Within 2 hours of calling Cooper Mechanical Cary and Gatlin arrived. They quickly addressed the problem and had it resolved with 30 minutes.     Just wanted to give a recommendation for Cooper Construction for some electrical work they did for us (Nathan Cook & Big Show). They arrived on time, completed their jobs excellently, and left their work areas very clean.     The first time my air conditioning went out, someone suggested I call Cooper Mechanical. They came and fixed it that same afternoon. I now have a service contract with them and they keep things running smoothly. As a first-time homeowner, I didnt know I needed that, but I wouldnt go without it now. Their technicians are professional and knowledgeable. They explain everything and do regular maintenance and necessary repairs. When replacement was needed, they explained options. Theyve always been honest and straightforward with me. I had the pleasure yesterday, when their office called me to correct a scheduling error, of having a conversation with the lovely Rae. She discovered the error and set about correcting it. She didnt ignore it or try to hide it. She called me and explained, took responsibility, and fixed it. Shes a real asset to an already great company full of good, honest people. Doing business with Cooper Mechanical always makes me feel like a winner.

    Sunday our AC stopped working & I called Cooper expecting they would send someone out sometime during the week. Much to my surprise he said someone can come in a few hours. Less than 45mins the repair guy was here to install a new motor. Didn’t break the bank & we slept comfortably again w the AC up and running. Great business!!

    I have been using Cooper Mechanical for many years. Glen Cooper and his staff have always been FIRST CLASS! Finding out My mother had to have a new Air Handler a few weeks ago, Adi Nelson came out and took the time that was needed to explain everything to us in a very professional and honest way. He answered all question we had and always returned my calls when needed. The service technicians were very dependable, polite and knowledgeable.     I’ve long seen the Cooper trucks busily going from job to job around town, but only recently had a need to use their services. A co-worker recommended them, so we asked them to handle a fairly small electrical job at my office — they were just plain fantastic, so I invited them to take care of a couple electrical items at my home — perfect again. The electrician arrived a few minutes early — he was friendly and gentlemanly; he listened to what I wanted, explained how he planned to address it and went straight to work. I don’t know what more I could ask for — perfect across the board — I will very definitely being calling on them again.

    Really good service from all concerned. They recently installed a Carrier unit in my condo. From the initial visit for inspection and cost estimate to installation and cleanup everyone was great. Even though I had received lower estimates Adi Nelson ( sales rep ) won my confidence and trust. Its not always about price when you have to rely on service down the road and they came highly recommended for that.

    On a Sunday I learned our air conditioning wasn’t working we placed a call to Cooper Mechanic Andy and left word that we need a service call the next morning they reached out to us and set up a service call for that day. It was important that we get our air-conditioning system up and running that week due to renters coming in on Saturday. Cooper Mechanic Andy was able to email us a quote right away and correct the problem that week for us prior to our renters coming in. We live in New York so it was hard for us to get everything done being that we weren’t there. They were professional and courteous and responded to our every need. Everything was cleaned up in our home and before and after photos taken and sent right away. I would highly recommend them I now plan to use them to service my unit from here on after !

    Cooper Mechanicals was recommended by a personal friend who happens to be a realtor. These are her go to folks for anything she needs , so I made the phone call and connected with Steve. Explained our issue, we thought we had mold in the ducts. Steve showed up on time, but after inspecting them he assured me that it was just dirt (been here for 7 1/2 years and never had them cleaned, our fault) what a relief. The crew came out within a few days and did an excellent job.

    Had a whole house air filter/uv solution installed (highly recommend) and these folks were fantastic every step of the way. I missed the original appointment due to an emergency call and the representative went out of his way to accommodate and made it back that same day.Very friendly, knowledgeable, and actually listened to what I wanted instead of the usual sales pitch Ive come accustomed to when it comes to things like this. The installer was fantastic, came in very friendly, answered all the questions I had, and was so quiet during the install I thought maybe he had left!The install looks great, very professional, and I couldnt be happier with the end result. I dont typically leave reviews but honestly the whole process was one of the best home repair/upgrade interaction Ive had in a long while and I cant recommend them enough! A really great bunch of folks!

    I had my new system installed yesterday and I couldnt have been happier. The sales rep worked with me to decide exactly what I needed and we negotiated what I thought was a very fair price.     We had cooper come out and install a backup generator for our house. We had Philip come out give us a quote and and the next day he presented us with the entire plan on how to install the generator and our options. After we selected Cooper, Philip managed the entire process for us, made sure we knew everything we had to do (talk to electric company, hoa forms, everything).When it came time for the install the technicians from Cooper were on time, courteous, and professional. They answered all my questions clearly and in easy to understand terms. Philip came by several times to make sure everything was being done correctly and even brought us a generator to run our freezer while the power was out during the installation process.After we got the propane hooked up we had two different technicians come to do a test firing of the generator and a test to see what would happen if the power went out. Again they were excellent, courteous and professional. Explained what they were doing and made sure the generator was tuned to perfection before leaving. They even made sure I knew how to operate the generator.I would recommend Cooper to anyone

    I used their air-conditioning services before and then called to get a fan installed. Two very nice guys arrived within a couple of hours and promptly and politely installed the fan. Clean courteous and took the box. Only reason not 5 stars is the fan chain would not operate while in the glass dome. I rerouted it to the side and speed work on now. The in off for this fan and light has 2 switches on the wall, chain for speed of fan only

    I hope you all find this as impressive as I do. I knew that I was across the state from their service area, but their site popped up with a piece discussing my problem so I simply filled out Coopers contact form asking for advice. I did this on the Friday after Thanksgiving expecting a courteous email on Monday explaining that they did not do service in my area. Instead, I got a phone call within the hour from Adi wanting to discuss my problem and giving me what amounted to a mini seminar on the possible causes and fixes for my issue. He even offered to look over any pictures I could send by email and further offered to consult with others at Cooper and offer advice on repairs and possible HVAC companies to recommend in my area. I was blown away by this. Adi knew before he called that they would receive no business from me, but called anyway. If I ever own property in Myrtle in the future or know anyone who does, I will say contact Cooper first for any service they can provide! Absolute top rating.

    House seemed a little warm. Called around 3pm for them to check it out before summer sets in. Tech arrived at 4….after telling them it wasn’t an emergency and to send someone when they get around to it. He was finished at 5:30 with a VERY fair price. This is our 4th experience with them and it always goes this way. Highly recommend.

Cooper does my business a/c maintenance so I use them at least once a month. I recommend them highly. They are professional in every way. What I like about them is they thoroughly look over the situation, tell you what problems you have, what solutions they offer and then they back that up with a written proposal.Then they get to work as soon as they can and get the job done.     Very pleased with entire transaction from a good price. professional and quality installation and expert advice. Done right the first time and communication from Adi and his office manager Lorena were spot on! If you need service or installation of an HVAC system in the Myrtle Beach area, Cooper Mechanical shines above the rest. I liked the price quote because it included a complete package in addition to the HVAC system and included a new thermostat, and other required accessories to maximize the safety and efficiency of the unit.     Cooper replaced the HVAC system in a rental property I own. Rob Moretto was very knowledgeable and responsive. His team replaced my system quickly which was great given it was the heat of the summer and the tenants needed some relief. Rob followed up with me to make sure everything was working properly and when I reported some issues he sent Francisco to check everything out. I couldnt ask for a more professional or thorough technician. He helped me troubleshoot my smart thermostats and didnt leave until he had checked and tweaked every component of the system. I highly recommend these guys!

    I recently had the pleasure of working with this company for a large A/C tear out and install project at a resort I managed. The service from this company is top notch all the way from its technicians to the owner. They came into a job that had a large degree of difficulty and have done nothing but persevere to complete it with a high level of professionalism and care. They make a point to stay in constant contact with management every step of the way to ensure company satisfaction. Whether it is the sales manger, service manager, or their technicians you know that you are in good hands and that they are working to honor all commitments made.     These folks are HVAC rock stars! For over a year I’ve lived with an overly noisy heat pump, because the original installers told me the sounds were normal. Today I couldn’t stand it anymore, and reached out to Cooper Mechanical. They were standing on my doorstep less than an hour later! Cary got right to work diagnosing the first issue... turns out there were three. And Eddie showed up a short time later to lend a hand on the other problems. It took a while to diagnose and repair the issues left over from another HVAC company, but the adjustments and new hardware made all the difference!! My heat pump is quiet and running more efficiently now, and I’m sure I’ll save money on electric bills. They took time to explain everything they did, and why, and made some recommendations to improve my system later on. Yes, there’s a cost associated with four hours of their time and some new parts installed, but remember, you’re not just paying for their time... you’re paying for their knowledge. And today was money well spent. Thank you guys!

    Cooper Mechanical Services has been doing scheduled maintenance and service on my HVAC since 2015. I’ve found them to be an honest and dependable company, and the service techs that visit are always courteous and professional.About 2 months ago, during my semi annual HVAC Service, the technician advised me our system was showing signs of serious deterioration. I met with the Cooper team to discuss all my options. We agreed to replace the system during the season change. Parts and labor costs were quoted and clearly explained. The replacement took place 2 weeks ago. Once the old system was removed, I realized what great advice Cooper’s team provided. The old system was extremely deteriorated and ready to DIE The Cooper team arrived as promised and treated my home with respect and care. Once the system was installed and working, there was no sign anybody had been working in my home.     Cooper came for a regular service checkup on our heating system and found the Condensate drain pan full of water. They drained the water from the pan and sent a service man to re-connect the condensate drain line so that it would work. Both technicians were professional courteous and a pleasure to work with. Mike was all business doing the checkup, but once done he took the time with me and my husband explaining what all he does during the annual checkup/cleaning.     Outstanding !! A/C shut down so I called and Fransisco came out. What a great guy, so nice.     We like our bedroom cold at night (63-65 degrees) but didn’t like the cost of cooling the entire house for one room. On the recommendation of a good friend, we contacted Cooper Mechanical and a few others for a quote on installing a mini-split heat pump. We went with Cooper based on their responses to our questions and we haven’t regretted that decision. They are professional and thorough. There was an issue which was resolved to our satisfaction and we know that Cooper Mechanical stands behind their work.

    We have used this company four times in the past 12 years. We bought our home and needed a new central ac unit and Cooper gave us the best price and best warranty. After 12 years we moved out and used it as a rental and 5 days later the ac needed repair. We opted to get it replaced rather than have trouble with our tenants and they replaced the ac for us. Moved into our new home and 3 months later had to call Cooper for the ac . They repaired the leak but said it was only a matter of time before it would have to be replaced. They were right and we replaced the unit. After living here we realized the only upstairs bedroom was not getting exceptionally cool due to poor insulation. We opted to install a split Mitsubishi unit that Adi Nelson recommended and couldn’t be happier with that decision. Cooper Mechanical has always been on time, gave us excellent advice and pricing and when they leave everything is left very neat and clean. I highly recommend them!

    Our air handler in attic needed repaired as there was a water issue resulting in some damage to a bedroom. The technicians and supervisors who addressed problem were professional, courteous, and knowledgeable. The quality of work was excellent and reasonable cost.     Cooper Mechanical handled our electrical work and a new AC Unit after the flooding from Hurricane Florence. They had the work done very quickly and installed cleanly. We needed all new electrical wiring in the house as well as a new air handler and condenser. The sales rep and electrician that came out were very thorough and made sure I had everything I needed without trying to up-sell me.

    We have a condo in Myrtle Beach but we live in Tucson, AZ so getting things fixed at the condo remotely is sometimes a problem. Our HVAC system at MB condo was 21 years old and needed to be replaced. Cooper Mechanical was recommended by our local MB management company. Cooper Mechanical sent out a web-based proposal with 3 options and sub-options. I contacted Rob at Cooper Mechanical directly to get more information on the proposals. Using the web-based system I selected one of the proposals and later contacted Rob via email to determine when the job could be done. He said he could get it done by the upcoming Monday and they got it done on time. Rob was excellent in responding to email in a timely manner and in getting the job done as promised. Replacing an HVAC system is always somewhat expensive and getting this done remotely adds a bit more stress. I am most happy the job got done on time (which was Monday following the Friday that I approved the proposal) and is presumably working as it should (Im sure Ill get feedback from our management company if there is a problem). With the included warranty I wont have to worry about it for at least awhile. Sometime later this year well get the opportunity to check things out in person when we visit the condo. Thanks, Rob!

    Adi Nelson was professional and courteous from day one. He gave me a fair quote to replace the old dino of a HVAC in our condo in Myrtle. I had electrical and hvac issues and they promptly resolved both including installing a new ac unit and upgrading my ducts as well as repairing faulty outlets and even removing a dead frog (yuk, ick, and blecho!) from a clogged line.
