Shane and Ben were both very prompt and professional in every way. My AC went out at the beginning of the heat wave and they were at my house within a few hours. They diagnosed the problem very quickly. They had to order a part (stinking supply chain issues), which would take a couple of days, but had me up and running again in no time. I would highly recommend them to do work on your home. Their prices were also very reasonable.

I have a home warranty package covering most things in my home. I called about a running toilet and they sent Garrett to my home to fix a toilet that was running. I got both email and text notifications letting me know when and who to expect. A picture of Garrett and mini bio to make me feel comfortable with Garrett. He arrived exactly on time and got to the task at hand and soon my toilet was all fixed. He even explained a process by which the water company might reimburse me my high bill which was triple its normal amount. I had a very loose kitchen faucet and he spent time fixing that as well!!! Very pleasant young man and very knowledgeable and had every tool to make the job run smoothly. Thank you Garrett and Polar Air and Mechanical!!!
