Great service! Always kept us informed of the progress of the whole process. Kelley in the office was super helpful and our installer, (can’t remember his name), was the nicest and most accommodating person ever. He even found an issue with our air conditioner after the generator was installed that wasn’t even part of his job. But since the AC wasn’t working after he cut the power off and on, we assumed it had something to do with the generator install. Kelley had him come all the way back to our house, and he took his own time to assess and find out what was wrong. When the AC repairman arrived, he was able to tell him exactly was wrong….which had nothing to do with the generator installation, by the way. We appreciated that he went WAY above and beyond his job.

It was extremely easy working with Generator Supercenter of Myrtle Beach. The staff in the office was great to deal with, and so was the installation crew. The entire installation process was done in a day. So far we have only experienced 1 power outage, but when it happened, the generator started right up in less than 1 minute and the power was back on. Having the convenience and safety of power is priceless.

We purchased our Generator from Costco & Generator Supercenter installed it. They took care of all the permits & contacting the utilities. More important their own crew did the work, no subcontractors. We were very pleased & would highly recommend them.

Susan, Kelley, Henry, & Strick were all fantastic throughout our installation process!Very professional & friendly.Their pricing is also fantastic, because they are they largest Generac installers in the country.PLUS they coordinate everything for you, where you are not having to hire your gas company / plumbers, electricians, submit permit applications, etc all separately.We had a few speed bumps to get over for our install due to HOA issues, but they stayed with it & finished strong.Couldnt be more happy with the Generator Supercenter of Myrtle BeachFIVE STARS!Thank you!

We picked Generator Supercenter of Myrtle Beach after interviewing 3 different contractors. They are the only ones who would answer our questions completely and give us a breakdown of what everything would cost.Installation was quick. They were ready within 2 weeks(much faster than quoted by others) but our HOA approval held them up. Once that came thru, everything went like clockwork.Kelly kept us up to date on everything and always answered my emails.This is the smoothest home improvement Ive had done and would tell anyone to use Generator Supercenter of Myrtle Beach.

I had Generator Supercenter of Myrtle Beach install my generator. everyone that I had contact with was friendly and personable. I was given a realistic timetable for permitting and installation. The installation crew arrived exactly when they said they would, both plumbing and electrical techs. and my installation was completed in the timeframe that I was quoted. The Horry County inspector found no problems with the installation. The unit was started up and tested and it performed as promised. I have been through one scheduled test cycle and the unit started up as planned. Thus far I am pleased with Generator Super Center.

I had been looking at standby generators for a while and was a little hesitant to purchase because of the challenge of navigating installation. I finally decided to move forward after Costco had some fairly good rebates available for installation. I put in my request for a quote and received a call within a few days. Costco in Myrtle Beach works with Generator Supercenter and Im glad they do.Initial home visit was scheduled at my convenience at home to inspect our needs. Once that was completed, subcontractors were contacted by the Supercenter and I was kept in the loop at all times. I met with both the gas contractor and electricians to discuss plans. They listened to my concerns and even the regional manager came from Charleston to look at and discuss options. Plans were finalized that everyone was happy with and install proceeded without a hitch. All permitting was done by the store here in Myrtle Beach. The manager at the store in Myrtle Beach is excellent. She is super organized and so pleasant to work with during the process. She was always very accomodating to my schedule and responsive to any questions. Just a great person overall.I couldnt be happier with the end result. The job was very professionally done and looks great. I opted for the monitoring service so all routine maintenance is performed by Generator Supercenter. Lost power this weekend during Helene and the generator kicked on without issue. So, grateful for the peace of mind the standby generator provides and the carefree maintenance Generator Supercenter provides. I dont and havent hesitated to recommend them to several friends and family. They should definitely be on your short list of people to call if you are looking to install a standby generator along the Grand Strand.
