What a fantastic company! Of course my A/C went out on a day that was 105. With the next few days’ forecast was to be even hotter so I contacted Veteran’s choice hoping to get a quick resolution to my issue. Steve got somebody out to my house the next morning.Devon came out and was a rockstar! Thoroughly checked our a/c system, took photos of everything including the tests he performed and explained our repair options. Realizing that the time had come to replace my unit I asked Devon to please send somebody out to discuss my replacement options, assuming that I would not have my A/C for several days.Timothy came out in less than 2 hours. He was an extremely friendly and knowledgeable representative. We talked about the Company’s history and I was impressed. He explained my options and provided his recommendations. No pressure just facts. After deciding on a replacement unit I asked how long I would be out of service? He informed me he would have a crew out the next morning 😮.By 9 am Christian and Jimmy arrived ready to work, and work they did! They were incredibly polite, friendly and respectful. They installed the entire system by 1:30 PM. They worked outside in 109 and I cannot even imagine what the temp was in the attic. They cleaned up in such a way I couldn’t even tell they had been there, except my house was cool again. This entire process from Devon’s first arrival to diagnose through installation by Christian and Jimmy took about 24 hours. What a well organized team!I am so grateful that I made the right call first and my sincere thanks to all involved. Today it was 113 but it didn’t matter because our house was 😎.Congrats and a shout out to Christian who found out while he was here that he was receiving a promotion in the US Marine Reserves. My A/C and Heating system was very old and just not cooling down my 1900 square foot mobile home, I saw an add on Facebook so I called and the technician from Veterans Choice Plumbing, Heating and Air Conditioning came out to my home that day. Robert Hunt was very nice and knowledgeable about AC and heating units and got me the most Efficient model for my mobile home.He scheduled the technician to come in the next following Monday which had only been 4 days away.Alfredo and his helper showed upon time and were very nice and very efficient and very clean throughout everything installation and cleaning up. These guys installed everything in 3 hours. They are so very nice and knowledgeable I just want to say thank you again for all your help and for doing an excellent job. The water heater service replacement was excellent !!💪 I sent an email the night before, and next day I got a call exactly at 8:am from Steve and was quick to have Brian (plumber) to call me and set an appt same day at noon on a Saturday. Brian explained the details thoroughly about the water heater replacement (better brand than the competition)/ gave me a quote and as I agree, he gave an ETA to install. Brian came in with James fellow veteran and very diligent young man. Both very polite, ensuring cleanliness and neatness as they work with occasional conversations with me of the water heater install. Very friendly and neighborly folks. Water heater was running in no time. I highly recommend Veterans Choice with your plumbing and HVAC services. Best part as a veteran, they gave me a 10 percent discount with a coin of appreciation of my military service. You guys rock, Thank you !

Veterans Choice from start to finish was Great! From the initial phone call and scheduling and great customer service. They called to see if they could come earlier and were very accommodating. Brian showed up on time, clean and respectful. Got to work right away and fixed my issue and was finished within 30 minutes! I thought the garbage disposal broke and it was just a clogged drain. Very affordable and excellent customer service! I will be using them again!

I called Veteran’s Choice Plumbing Heating and Air to see if they could send someone over to my place to assist with a leaking spigot to our washing machine. Within 5 minutes of hanging up the phone and receiving the confirmation text from them, Brian arrived at our condo to fix our issue.Brian was able to get the spigot tightened and also provided his knowledge of how these units were set up, which would save us close to $2,000 when summer comes around since we had no idea that shutting off the water would cause an issue with our air conditioner.We asked about the cost to replace a toilet that our tenant had cracked and he was able to provide us with a quick quote for the toilet installation.We appreciate Brian and his shared knowledge and we will definitely be requesting him the next time we have any plumbing issues!

I have had one thing after another going wrong in my home for the past week and a half. My water heater was just one more thing. The gas company condemned my water heater and tagged it and shut it down. I have been without hot water for three days. UGH! I need help immediately and wasnt getting any. I reached out to Veterans Choice Heating and Air this morning and spoke to Joe. He got right on it and sent a technician out 2 hours later. Brian was such a pleasure and a professional and got me hooked up with a new water heater. He did a great job and even when he nearly got electrocuted on an exposed wire that we didnt know was there, he maintained his professionalism and pointed me to another great referral with a super nice guy who immediately diagnosed my issue with the help of Brian. It was a pleasure doing business with Veterans Choice. And I am so happy that I will be able to shower and do dishes tonight!

A few days ago, our AC shut off unexpectedly and was caught in a cycle where it would run for a few minutes and then turn off. We shut the unit off and gave it a rest for the night. The next day, everything seemed fine, but out of an abundance of caution, we wanted to have somebody come down and review the system.I called Veterans Choice Plumbing Heating and Air and explained the situation. They informed me that they could have a technician come down and review the system and also take care of a cleaning, which we hadn’t done in the entire time we’ve lived here.The technician, Joshua, arrived promptly and listened attentively to my story. He spent a significant amount of quality time walking me through the system, explaining the required maintenance, what he was going to do, and what we should do in the future to ensure a good running system. Joshua thoroughly cleaned the system, which was disgusting, and tested all the components. He reported back that once the system was clean, everything was running up to spec. The AC is now running colder than it ever has! A thoroughly clogged filter was found to be the most likely source of our problem.The pricing was very fair for the service received and there was no unnecessary upsell. I found Veterans Choice after reading reviews on the local Facebook community pages, and I am very happy that I called this company for my needs. Dont wait, dont search any further - THIS is who you want to call. Our a/c finally gave out yesterday, on one of the hottest days during the heat wave (110° and up!). Called Veterans Choice this morning, and they were able to get Timothy out to the house within about 4 hours and got the system running again!Extremely friendly and family focused (we have a 2 year old at home), up front about whats happening and what theyre doing, and as a bonus they provided quotes for more long term needs later down the road should the need arise. Oh, and they provide a military discount!If youre still reading this, and have yet to make a decision, just call Veterans Choice. Steve and Timothy did more in 20 minutes to secure my future business than our home warranty company has in the last 3 years.

Update: I needed the water pressure regulator on my house replaced. Based on my previous experience with Veterans Choice I gave them a call and was not disappointed. Brian and James came out an replaced my regulator and answered some other questions I had. They were great and got the job done quickly and gave me some things to keep an eye on in the future with my home. I cant recommend Veterans Choice enough.‐-----------------------Josh the technician that came was great and did everything he could to fix the issue and checked the Refrigerant, Capacitor and and all the usual suspects, but the AC is still not blowing warm air. The owner reached out to me and sent Mike another technician and Tim a manager to makes sure our issue was resolved the next day. When they discovered the issue required an additional part the owner came out with a solution and helped the tech take care of things. Overall I would 100% recommend them to anyone. Veterans Choice has a great team and the owner definitely cares about all his customers.

They installed a new garbage disposal, kitchen faucet, reverse osmosis system, replacement cartridges for a Moen vanity faucet and replaced restrictive aerators on the vanity faucets. They are always so pleasant and responsive.I texted them at 10:30 PM and had a response early the next morning offering to send a technician that same day. He quickly found the problem and repaired it, taking the time to explain what happened and patiently answering all of our questions.Every interaction we have ever had with this company has been equally enjoyable and stress free. We are grateful that we picked them to meet our air conditioning/heating needs.☝🏻This was a post from months ago that I apparently did not complete. Since then, we have used their services at least 3 more times and we’ve been just as happy with everything.Joshua came out a few weeks ago to do an air conditioning and heating inspection and some repairs and he returned again today for a heating repair. Absolutely Excellent Service!Michael who has only been with Veterans for less than a month was here a couple weeks ago to fix my non-functioning 2 yr old upstairs AC unit. Michael discoverd that not everything that should have been done at the time of installation was completed. Instead of just doing a quick fix to get me thru the next yr or 2, he spoke to his management and did a proper repair to unfinished business from the installation done 2 yrs ago. I know the call took much longer than expected, 4 hrs in total. Michael did not take any shortcuts or complain at all.This service was during Michaels first week with Veterans (he has 8 yrs experience at his previous company).I greatly appreciated Michaels transparent communication and honesty.I will request Michael as my service representative for all future visits.Today Michael stopped by, despite being extremely busy, to change out my attic AC filters as I an unable to climb up there. He did so with a bright smile on his face!

I had also inquired about re insulating the suction line due to the line set insulation deteriorating. They checked everything & made sure to tell us the stats of our system. Wife calls Veterans Choice. 12/13/24 Michael Melton comes to the house and bubble tests every above floor fittings, no leaks. Goes under the house and does find a fitting leaking, fixed the leak. Tim B came out, was very thorough. He checked out my air conditioning system. He went in. The attic looked at my heater, my evaporator coil and my ducting, and then came up the recommendations based on his 35 years of knowledge. He designed system that met our families needs and our budget. We went with Veterans Choice because they were so thorough knowledgeable, polite and courteous installers. Did a great job very clean use drop cloth floor savers booties. I was very impressed. After installation was done. Tim called me back to make sure that everything was in and working properly and that I was very happy, oh and they financed it for us at very reasonable terms that met my families budget. Fast, Reliable Service today on our AC unit that was inop not working on a hot summer day. Devon was able to show up within an hour of contacting service helpline on YELP. It was two separate appointments, but the tech for the BBQ grill confirmed the line we had was good for the gas BBQ... Once we got the BBQ he came back out and attached the shut off valve along with attaching the BBQ to the valve... Super friendly and did an awesome job... The tech that did our AC maintenance looked at our condensers and probably took a picture because they were so old...
