I was impressed with my first contact and the complete experience. The estimator was on time and very knowledgeable. He told me exactly what was to expect and helped me in ordering the correct hardware. My install appointment was made in a timely manner. The plumber came on the appointed day and time. Jacob was very courteous and such a hard worker. I love the results! It has really updated my kitchen.

If you really want it done to perfection? My Install Guy is who you want to do your install! ...Ken is a perfectionist hands down! he takes his time and will not! rush your project! and his goal is to make you go WOW! after the job is completed ! We could have not found a better install for our bathroom vanity. I can understand why he is so recommended by the major players like Home Depot and Lowes ... Truly a top notch install! and yes! these are real pictures from our home.

Why you should choose this company for your installations. I had a garbage disposal installed promptly and perfectly. Because he was so friendly and knowledgeable about installations. We sought a estimate regarding our sink. In came KEN. Remember that name. KEN came in and evaluated the situation. I wish I had taken a before pictures. He already had printed information with questions and answers ready. He even had phone numbers if we forgot to ask something. We were so impressed with him we went right out and bought a sink. KEN showed up promptly and went right to work. When KEN called us downstairs to view his finished work…I WAS SPEECHLESS!!! I didn’t know I could get so emotional over a sink. HONESTLY it WAS/IS a WORK OF ART!! My sink is off the chart. Have no doubt that ANY installations done in my home will be done through this company.

I love my beautiful new sink and extremely happy with how the project turned out. Ken did an exceptional job at initial estimate and upon installation. He treated the installation as if he was going it for his own home. He was very thorough, precise & without a mess - making sure everything fit, worked properly & area was clean once he finished.If I could give the guys 20 STARS+ I would - rarely these days do you find contractors that takes pride in their work - these guys most certainly do. They are forthright, honest and hard working.Highly recommend this company!!!

Sink install with glass rinser and disposal botton, faucet , garbage disposalWow! Couldnt believe what an awesome job he did. Moved my disposal button to sink top . My sink I ordered was cracked, Ken kindly went down street to pick up a new one for me with no delay to my install. Highly recommend 👌

Ken and his crew were absolutely a pleasure to work with at our home. They did an amazing job on our kitchen sink. They cut our existing granite perfectly and polished the edges so they look like all the original edges and the sink and faucet install was done perfectly. They communicated with us in a timely fashion and did exactly what they promised. My wife and I are very pleased with the whole experience of working with My Install Guy.

Purchased a dishwasher from Lowes added installation. Initial contact was interesting and I was hesitant. Kevin was my installer, he was 30 minutes early. He was professional and friendly. My old dishwasher wasnt easy to get out. He was patient , persistent and respectful of my wood flooring. The 45 minute install ended up almost 2 hours because of the removal of the old unit. I honestly think another installer would have said they couldnt complete the job. Kevin is an amazing asset to your company. I would request him for future jobs. Thank you for the amazing job!!!

Jacob was the installer. He arrived in time, was very professional and respectful. Came in with proper mask. Jacob got right to work and had my Range Hood and Cooktop installed in under two hours! He cleaned up and even threw out the boxes that the appliances came in. He new exactly what he was doing. I was very impressed with the service as well as with the scheduling and keeping me informed via email and chat in Yelp. Also, you can’t beat the cost! You need to call My Install Guy first to see how very competitive they are in pricing. Others wanted to charge me up to $300 dollars more than My Install Guy! Thank you for your excellent service!

Wow! I highly highly recommend using them for your kitchen sink replacement. Not only did Ken take the time to go over all the details before install but took the time to find us the right sink! He communicated with us throughout the process and provided updates during the install. He replaced our sink, faucets, and garbage disposal. Super clean and very experienced in his craft! Ken removed an existing 2-bowl kitchen sink and installed a new single bowl sink. He also installed a new garbage disposal and reconfigured all associated plumbing. I was offered different, and recommended, ways to reconfigure the plumbing and ideas on how the fill the hole that was left by removing the dishwasher air gap. He was extremely professional and a pleasure to work and talk with. Highly recommend!!!

Jacob Texted me around 10 am, and advised that his time of arrival would be close to 10:30. He arrived at that exact time. After a brief check of where the Microwave would be installed, he began placing items to protect the Range and other surfaces in the Kitchen where he might need to lay tools or parts. He removed the old item, and step by step installed the new microwave. He tested it, checked all the lights and controls, and asked if my wife and I had any questions. He cleaned up the work area, and left nothing except a new microwave and two happy home owners.If you are contemplating purchasing an item from Lowes which needs to be installed you will find this service a 5 Star Operation as indicated.It was obvious watching him that he knew what he was doing. I was impressed with his attention to detail. It was obvious he had done this before.

I can across this business on my FB feed so I looked them up and saw all the great reviews so I asked them to come do a free estimate to cut our granite counter top to install a bigger sink. His price was fair and they have great holiday discounts which we were able to use one. He came in the time frame he said he would and was very friendly and answered all our questions. He took about 5hrs to finish the job and explained why he was doing certain things while installing. We will definitely be using him for future installments.
