    Armando came and installed a water shut off device we needed for our home, we only anticipated getting that installed but he noticed something wrong with one of our pipes and was prepared to install a new one. Great service and he is bilingual, which helped him keep my dad informed throughout the entire process. Would recommend his services.

    Jake was helpful in teaching us how to use the Flo Meter and App. Obviously had experience in the installation and how to use the device, and was able to teach us. He was friendly, polite, and overall a good guy! We like to have service with a smile and he did just that! He explained to us the maintenance contract so we will be looking into it.

    I was not familiar with Gardner when I started my search for my HVAC system. They had a good rating and I called. They responded promptly with a technician whose opinion was I needed to replace my 23 year old system.The next day their consultant/salesman came after making an appointment. He was extremely professional, knowledgeable and not overly pushy. We arrived at a solution that I accepted, after my shock over pricing. They responded right away with a schedule to install my unit.I am very happy with my system. It is extremely quiet, efficient and with the included air purification/Cleaning system, IT IS AWESOME, EXTREMELY HAPPY WITH IT SO FAR.If you have a similar need I would highly recommend Gardner Plumbing Company.

    Cody was very courteous and professional. Both prior and during the installation of our Moen Flo Shutoff device he took the time to explain the options and work to be performed. The installation was completed in a timely fashion with minimum disruption to the water supply. Well done !

    Super happy with my experience with Gardner Plumbing. Mike Musia came in clutch today after I clipped my PEX line installing a new pot filler faucet in my recently restored kitchen overnight. Pricing was reasonable especially for an urgent weekend job. Mike was friendly and easy to work with and even offered to do a Facetime once I was ready to put the faucet back in to avoid making the same mistake again. Definitely will have these guys on my shortlist for plumbing jobs in the future!

    Due to the Offices phone technical difficulties, we got off to a rocky start. But, thanks to Troy, (Manager) he came to the rescue and worked out all the issues that could have ended up in a negative situation. He sent TJ (Tech.) out to my house and all plumbing problems were repaired in one day. It takes a seasoned person with good work ethics to turn a negative situation around.     Our old (19+ years) water heater started leaking heavy and suddenly from the top. I tried to figure it out by myself but that didnt look like a simple fix so I needed help.I called to the office and they told me they were fully booked for 2 more days. I explained my situation and told me it might be possible to come over during the night for an extra cost, which I accepted.Then Armando shows up. A professional and very knowledgeable guy who quickly diagnose and explains to me everything is happening. We needed to replace the whole 75gal water heater and he made several calls during the night until he was able to open up an store and find my new replacement.They were working hard and long, explaining to me everything I needed and finished up close to 1am with a brand new water heater, and a lot of new knowledge on how to take care of it.This was a Great great service

    J.T. Beers did an outstanding job at my residence. I had an issue with low hot water pressure. J.T. looked at the Watts meter and noticed that it was unplugged. He located an unused electrical outlet and plugged in the meter and now I have hot water ready with great pressure. J.T. Then moved on to get my garbage disposal up and running. He even showed me tips for cleaning the disposal. Finally, he tightened a loose handle on a faucet. Overall a first rate job by a first rate technician. Thanks to Gardner Plumbing for employing the best.I have a home warranty company that contracts certain plumbers within its system. Sometimes, the plumbers are good, and sometimes, they are not. The home warranty company hit a bullseye when they contacted Gardner Plumbing to service my leaking water heater. Gardner dispatched T.J. to service the heater. T.J. proved to be knowledgeable and professional. The leaking heater caused damage to an interior wall close to the heater. T.J. recommended a restoration company that took care of that problem too. Overall, I highly recommend Gardner Plumbing for any plumbing needs.

Even though they were not able to help me right away because they were pretty booked, Paolo (the person who answer the phone) went out of his way to call American Home Shield with me on the line and have them switch the service call to another provider to ensure I was being helped as soon as possible.     Our tech Armando was great. We thought we needed a new toilet but he fixed the old one in a matter of minutes and saved us a lot of money. From Paulo, the first person to answer the phone (and yes, they answer!) to the final repair it was a great experience.     I was looking forward to having what my husband and I thought was a leak from our garage spigot finally fixed. It had been worrying us for a long time. With some time home from work we got to looking for plumbers online. I found Gardner plumbing through their great reviews on Yelp. Getting them scheduled to come out was easy and the serviceman came on time. My husband was pleased with the service we received. It wasn’t a leak after all but just some tightening needed. My husband was slightly embarrassed he didn’t figure that out sooner- but we are happy they were honest! Needless to say We both would highly recommend their services!

    There was a broken flange that holds the toilet in place. Knew I needed to get it replaced before new floors went in. Armando got right to work with its replacement.Also had my water heater flushed as it had been over 3 years since it was installed. (Should be annually). Plus added earthquake straps. It’s not moving now.Gardner Plumbing is definitely my plumber of choice and recommended them to anyone who need a repair.

    Pressure gauge repair and hopefully soft water softer repair. Shane was amazing! He was knowledgeable, friendly, and above all is was not trying to sell me on anything. He didnt offer services that I did not need but rather educated me on better maintain my equipment. I will absolutely recommend and use this company again. Fingers crossed theres a part to fix my water softner.Update: unfortunately they have not gotten back to me about fixing my water softener. They probably couldnt find the part. Thats too bad.     There were some imperfections on the original installation interaction and process (the company could have used a scanning tool to find the gas line inside the house instead of cutting so much drywall, and potentially more walls were stained by spraying water than could have been etc.) but I want to get those out of the way first, because the point of this review is to get to outstanding portion of Gardner Plumbing Companys actions. This is a 5 star review because of a pattern that includes more than the following, but as examples: the company responded quickly to a warranty need 10 months after install, they put themselves in my shoes and made sure to register the water heater unit with Navien, so the issue is documented, so that if if occurs again outside of warranty there is history. They send surveys to my phone immediately after each survey call. The General Manager of the company takes shifts on their inbound phone call system (the general number, the first-to-answer guy) to see how the company is doing... What leader does that? A damn good one. Almost no company does that sort of thing, particularly in a trade service. So Gardner, I offer my 5 star review. I give precious few of them. Thank you for your outstanding service, which as shown by your actions, are based on values. Values I believe bigger than a single interaction between a consumer and service provider; values I consider American, and that I wish all companies would show to their fellow Americans.

    I can not recommend this company enough! We have had to use them several times over that past couple months as we had a slab leak and other issues that we needed help with. We appreciate the guys that came out to the house and did a great job. Today we had Armando back out to our house and his service is top notch!! He cleared the clogged drain, Checked out the system, worked on our kitchen faucet, called the company that made the faucet and got them to send us a replacement faucet free of charge. He checked our water heater. TJ will be installing a safety cut off valve in the gas line in our barbecue island.     My water heater went kaput, so I called Nootbaar because I have had plumbing problems in the past and the company has always been responsive and reliable. Eliah, who has been here a number of times in the past for other plumbing problems, explained that the water heater was shot and that I needed a new one. I was not surprised. My house is nearly 30 years old, and things are bound to wear out. Eliah replaced the water heater with a new one, hauled the old one away and had me up-and-running with hot water within a few hours. As always, I was very happy with the service. I recommend Nootbaar for any plumbing problem, large or small.

    I was driving in menifee and noticed a ranch property on fire, i stopped to get out my fire extinguisher and 2 guys did the same, mike nootbar and his friend, they had pulled over and used there fire extinguisher in there truck mike then got a garden hose and put out this fire before the fire department got there. They disconnected the gas lines and moved propane tanks out of the way so they wouldnt explode. They are quick thinkers and care about the community. Im a contractor and i would recommend them just from our brief encounter fighting a fire together.
