We had an Emergency!!! My downstairs toilet and tub were backing up and overflowing into our living room with sewage waste!I was able to stop the overflow and clean the mess but I needed someone out there Fast to diagnose what happened and fix the issue so we could use water again!These awesome guys at AMPM plumbing were not my first call, they were actually my last call because I already had two other companies that said they could get to me later that evening or even the next day. Jose the main guy at AMPM answered my phone call (not a robot answering service), heard what was going and said he can have a guy there in 30 min and he did!They quickly were able to snake the main drain line and clear the clog. But two days later it backed up again!!!! I called Jose again and it was already 5:30 PM. He immediately answered and said they are already out of the office for today but said he will come by right now for no additional charge. He was there quickly and cleared the drain again at no cost! He said he will have to send a guy out first thing the next morning to send a camera down the drain and see what is causing the problem. His guys were there early as promised and found no Majior issues so they just pressure washed my drain lines and that totally fixed any problems that was causing the blocks. I can’t thank these guys enough for understanding the urgency in my situation and helping me out greatly. They were professional, nice and super fast. I will never call anyone else for any plumbing needs. These guys have earned a client for life.

Jose and his team did a great job installing my shower. They left the area clean at the end of each work day and were exceptionally polite. The estimate was divided into phases, which was on target. No surprises! I’m a very happy customer. I would recommend A & M to do your plumbing work.

After going through quite a few plumbers, I finally found the crew to stick with. AM/PM Plumbing has GREAT communication - text, email & phone... weird thats not a standard for all plumbers so these guys set the bar. Their workmanship is beautiful and they clean up after themselves. We had our pressure regulator and water heater replaced + had a recirculator added to the heater. Rates are fair and well explained.

We absolutely love the service provided by AM PM Plumbing. EVERY time I call for assistamce, Jose and his team are there the same day and fix it perfectly!!! We have used them at least 3 times in the last 6 months. Gary recently replace 3 valves under our kitchen sink AND installed our new dishwasher. Gary did an excellent job!! Everyone at AM PM goes above and beyond to give the best service!! Give them a call!! Youll be glad you did!!

I just want to say thank you so much, I’m so appreciative for Jose sending Frankie & Miguel to my rescue! They were professional, efficient, knowledgeable, quick, and nice. I want to thank Jose for a superb job replacing my water heater. I didnt give him some pertinent information about the change in tank size which caused the job to take a little longer and cost a little more, but Josewas very knowledgeable and was able to acquire the extra parts and the cost was still reasonable. Although it was late he did not complain, he worked tirelessly to complete the job. He had such a positive attitude and was very professional. I truly recommend AM/PM Plumbing to anyone needing an honest and reliable person who really cares about his customers needs. Thanks again Jose!! 🎊🎉

Jose was Awesome!. I found out my water heater had a crack at the bottom this morning. and was leaking everywhere. After calling Jose he was able to come by same day and replace my water heater! By the time I came home he had already removed my old water heater and replaced it with a new one with new everything with in a few hours. Never had to take a cold shower! He was fast and the price was unbeatable. Thanks Jose!

We always receive amazing service from Jose -- no matter what time of the day/night. We recently moved into a home where our water heater was failing us and he was able to fit us in with our installation -- even going to fit us in at 9pm (a 2.5 hour job) - thats GREAT customer service! However, we pushed it a day further and he was promptly on time, brought up our trash bin from the curb, and eagerly began the removal and installation. We could not recommend another company, as AM PM Plumbing is everything you need!

Plumbing issues are a nightmare! My husband was out of town and I had to make the best possible decision on a 24 hour plumber hopping to find one to not take advantage of me in my time of need. Luckily in calling Jose with AM PM plumbing I made a good call he was over in no time getting to work to get me up and running again. He explained his process the whole way and wanted to make sure I was comfortable with pricing and his action plan. He was polite efficient and very professional. I would recommend calling him with all your plumbing needs day or night.

Sunday morning our water heater started leaking. Called several 24/7 plumbers with no call back. Over 15 other local plumbers later, we called Jose. He heard my description of the problem and rearranged his schedule. He was at our house within 30min and immediately diagnosed the problem. It was much worse than we thought. He explained all costs upfront gave us a through description of prices. (He followed all the social distancing protocols as well). Couldn’t recommend him more! He will be our first call from now on!

We had a leak in our down stairs ceiling that was coming from our up stairs bathroom and they found the issue and fixed it right up. Gary was sent to fix the issue and was very friendly and professional. If you have any kind of plumbing need, Gary is your guy.

We pulled a shelf off the wall in a closet only to find a nail holding that shelf had punctured a water line. Jose was at our home within 30 minutes to repair. This was in the afternoon, on a Sunday. Would have really sucked to be without water until Monday while we waited for someone else to come out. 💯 would recommend and use AM PM Plumbing again in the future!

Frankie the plumber was courteous, professional, and on time. He came in, I told him the problem, he looked at it and told me exactly what was wrong. It was an issue that I was able to fix myself, he is a great guy, he could of told me something else was wrong and charge me extra, but he did not. Im happy to know they service 24hrs, I will always use them for my plumbing needs. The crazy thing: we both have the same name!!!

Great service! Franky and Jose were extremely professional and determined to fix my problem. They arrived on time and quickly found the problem. Prices were upfront and explained any additional costs if necessary. I believe they gave me an additional service without incurring additional cost. Upon completing repairs they thoroughly cleaned and sanitized the areas that they worked in or around. I would highly recommend this company’s service.

After fighting a massive toilet clog for hours with a dinky little drain snake, I gave up. I found AM PM Plumbing on google maps and my phone call was answered right away. Jose was very helpful and courteous on the phone and was sending someone out to us within an hour.After about 30 minutes I got a text message saying they were about 10 minutes away. Jose came since his employee was tied up with another job.Jose was extremely professional, kind, and extremely helpful. He fixed our problem, replaced the entire tank mechanism, and took extra time to explain what he was doing, why, and what causes various problems (not the clog...that was self explanatory...)Service was completely above my expectations and the price was very affordable! Im impressed and happy with the entire experience. Ill be recommending Jose and AM PM Plumbing to everyone I know.
