We had water damage to our master bathroom which needed to go through insurance. Initially we had been working with a different contractor who was horrible to work with, charged us unfair amounts not listed on the contract , and was not helpful with insurance. Thankfully we ended our contract with the previous contractor and found Chris and his team. Chris had amazing customer service, consistent communication, worked quickly and addressed problems when they arose. He also helped us find more money from insurance which was wonderful and he went above and beyond! I would recommend him for any construction project to my friends.

Ken the customer service rep and Chris the contractor were responsive, patient and discussions were educational/professional in getting the details done. The Master bedroom complete remodel and kids restroom update look very good. We had a few follow ups and they were completed to our satisfaction. Happy with the ongoing customer service Ken provided throughout the installation and final walk through items. This team seems very reasonable and competitively priced. Thank you CEM….
