    Though there were some bumps in the road on my remodel, Joe saw to it that all was smoothed out and made right. I learned much about working with a contractor during this build. Please make sure you get your specific wants for your build initialed and signed off on to make sure all involved (the crew & project manager) are on the same page.     I have nothing but praise for James, the estimator and sales rep from Integrity Leveling and Costavio, the installer, for my leveling job. No other contractor came close to their level of service. James provided a very detailed explanation, including pictures, of the problems with my supports along with their remedies. Costavio is equally detailed, skilled and a very hard worker. I am very pleased with the outcome and will definitely use them again.

    I had a great experience with Joe and his flooring crew! They replaced my dingy carpet with porcelain tile in two bedrooms. The entire project took 3 days, which can be difficult to schedule around work, but the end result was worth it! The two-man flooring team made sure to lay down protective sheets throughout my house and clean up after themselves every day. I was very impressed by the quality of the work and cant wait to start my next project!

    It would be impossible to encompass how happy we are with the team at Mastercraft with just a short review but here you go. Shortly before the Covid-19 lockdown we had a slab leak in our bathroom and living room. After the initial repairs we need to find a reputable company to repair drywall, install countertops and lay flooring down. Initially we met with Janelle who assisted us in selecting flooring, our vanity and countertop. She was attentive, courteous and basically catered to our every need. Joe was able to find us exactly what we wanted for our home and even gave us a quartz countertop among other materials at no cost to us.Once we had selected the designs for our home Oscar and his team came out and began prepping the floors, installing the cabinets and fixing the drywall. There was never a day that Oscar or any of his crew were late and they even stayed past 630 pm one night as we were on a time crunch to get back into our home. The job was done under budget, quicker than we had estimated and looks flawless. If you are looking to improve the value and appearance of your home the team at Mastercraft will give you the most value for your money. We will be coming back very soon to do our kitchen and will recommend you to all our friends and family..

Although we did not go with the company due to factors out of their control; I would highly recommend them and look forward to using them in the future.

    Mastercraft did our complete kitchen remodel and floor installation. From beginning to end, their service was excellent. From our first home visit to plan the project and take measurements, to the end touch up work to finalize it, their service was great. The professionals we had working on our project … our designer, project manager, demo crew, cabinet makers, plumbers, electrician, quartzite and tile craftsmen, flooring installers and even the friendly men who consistently made sure debris from the work (large and small stuff) was removed and disposed of so that our home was construction trash free… were consistently courteous and responsive. Thanks to Kayla and Gus for all the excellent design and coordination they supplied. Thank you to ALL of the excellent craftsman who worked on our project.

    I hired Mastercraft to do a complete kitchen, family room and dinning room remodel. The quote was very competitive they were prompt in getting it back to me with the price and very detailed in their scope of work. They made a firm commitment of 6 weeks to complete the project and the work was done 6 weeks to the day even with the added work I had them do that was beyond the original contract.Regarding the workmanship there were awesome! The quality of work was spot on. One of the things I loved was the level of communication they had with both my wife and myself. They always took our calls and were incredibly responsive in solving issues. The labor force was great and very respectful recognizing we were still living in the home during the construction.From start to finish I would give them a 10 out of 10.     Extremely happy with the way the remodel was done and in the time frame it was completed. We couldnt be more happy with Mastercraft and they way they handled this project and the subcontractors they used. Everyone we dealt with at Mastercraft was professional and just plain nice! Joe, the owner, stayed in contact with us throughout the project and I now consider him a good friend. Mastercrafts finisher also did a great job to close out the project and put the finishing touches throughout the house.     Wow, how do you even start a review for a company that went so far above and beyond your expectations that you were literally blown away and in shock. We reached out to Mastercraft Home Improvement for a consultation on replacing our windows in our home...and we have A LOT of windows. We were immediately contacted by Joe and his team to set up a time to come by to look at our house to go over options for windows. Joe was professional, courteous, honest, respectful, and answered all of our questions regarding the process. He went over in detail what the process would be and made sure we felt comfortable with the entire thing. We could have never imagined the incredible customer service this company would provide to us. We are so glad that we reached out to them and we will definitely be reaching out to them for the next home improvement process we do.

    We hired Mastercraft for our master bathroom remodel. New to the area we had more than 5 companies bid to compare. Mastercraft was not the lowest bid but was competitive in pricing. We chose them for a few reasons;1. Numerous great reviews2. Design center on site3. Haley- I really liked her right off the bat when she came out to measure and bid. She was friendly, helpful and personable. I just wanted to work with her. She sealed our decision in the end.The bid was competitive, expectations and possible hiccups were discussed upfront before they could have arose. Changes to my original design were always met with an “of course, we can do that” attitude. Craftsmanship and expertise was on point. We are so very happy with our bathroom. The quality of work, communication and all of the people we worked with were great. Some guys were even hard to say goodbye to.Jason, the guy that installed the tile for the shower and accent wall was meticulous and super friendly. My kids still talk about him.Alex, the electrician, went above and beyond. He gave my son his number and helped guide him through a home project, he even dropped by after hours to help him quickly.Chris, the finisher, was also great, just a super guy and a jack of all trades.I don’t want to leave anyone out because they were all wonderful. Gus, our project manager, was always accessible and made sure we were happy along the way. Brian, the plumber was knowledgeable and friendly. Rocco, the drywaller, came and went almost unseen but he even patched a wall unrelated for us on his way in/out. Same with Eddie, the floor guy. He was in and out in a jiffy. Angel, the painter came right back out to touch up something that wasn’t initially done. I can’t say this enough, they were all friendly, courteous of our home and of our time.All of the guys that came to work on the bathroom had glowing things to say about the owner, Joe, and his company. That right there is a reason to hire Mastercraft. They take care of their people and their customers.If I had to say anything that could have been improved on, it would be the timeline estimated for the remodel. We were told from the time materials arrived it would take 3 weeks to complete. It was a few weeks off the total project time. But remember, this is during a Pandemic and it was also over Christmas and New Years. I may have thrown a change or two to the original plans that aided the delay. Luckily it didn’t put us out too much.In the last 25 years my husband and I have relearned the saying “you get what you pay for” and this time we finally did it right thanks to Mastercraft.

    After getting estimates and meeting with several other companies to update my kitchen I landed on these guys! They turned out to be a great choice. From start to finish there was always clear communication, the prices were competitive and the team was always professional. I got to see what my kitchen would look like before we got started and they explained the possibilities and limitations. All my questions were answered and things I didn’t understand were explained professionally. I didn’t feel as though any corners were cut or that anything was lacking in the work.     This review is long overdue - but, we had Mastercraft undergo a full kitchen, dining, and bathroom remodel about a year ago. New cabinets, countertops, backsplash, floor tile, all new fixtures, etc. We absolutely love our new downstairs! The products/suppliers that Mastercraft uses are great quality. The work crew are some of the nicest, most respectful, and talented individuals we have had the pleasure of working with. About a year after our remodel, we had a couple of items that needed to be fixed and Joe Martin (after all this time) ensured that our items were fixed and that the customer (aka me) was happy. Joe has shown us a lot of respect and integrity. Thank you, Joe, for standing by your word that the job isnt complete until the customer is 100% satisfied.

    Mastercraft Home Improvement ....what can I say but “excellent” in every aspect of customer service, knowledge, skills and professional caring employees. As a single woman with an old mobile home that needs a lot of attention, I was very skeptical about reaching out to find someone that would be honest, upfront and not take advantage of what the homeowner’s needs were and run with it. I stepped out on a limb to Mastercraft with my guard up and was very pleasantly surprised from the very beginning. The Sales Rep (Bob) was excellent and made me feel at ease with the company and took the time to answer my questions without being rushed. After several conversations, I finally felt I found a legit company who was actually there for the customer! When it came time to set things in motion, (Oscar) reached out and was so accommodating with scheduling, he worked around my availability, not the other way around! In today’s world, that’s amazing. The day of the foundation leveling, (Ryan), I can’t say enough about him! He is absolutely awesome!!! He is very skilled and extremely knowledgeable at what he does and took the time to show me pictures of the before and of the after. He explained everything from beginning to end of what he did. At the end of each day, he cleaned everything up as if he had not been there, no one does that anymore. He went above and beyond of what was expected. I knew at the end of this project, I wasn’t being taken advantage of. Cost wise, I looked at other companies and they couldn’t even come close to Mastercraft!! Mastercraft has it all! I am so happy to have found them! If your looking for a great contracting company who will treat you right, give quality workmanship, do what they say they will and make the customer their number one priority and all at a reasonable cost, look to them, there is no one better out there.     We recommend Mastercraft Home Improvement! As an owner of a construction company myself, I understand there is no perfect project and issues come up. This is where they excelled. They have integrity and good communication along the way. We had them help with a complete remodel of a gutted investment condominium. We did enlist two other subcontractors and if we could do it all over, we would have had Mastercraft had it all. We had completed a previous condo remodel with very few outside subcontractors and took us a year to complete. We are contractors but not residential type, so we were weekend warriors. So the short of the long is invite them out for a quote, ask lots of questions, and dont be afraid to put them to the Test!

    Before the holidays we had the kitchen remodeled with granite countertops, new appliances and glass tile backsplash. We love it! After meeting with Joe to get an estimate, we knew he was the right contractor for the job. Joe and his team were professionals, and showed up as scheduled and got the job done on time. I was very impressed with how each member of the team was so customer focused and did whatever to get it right. After job was completed the garbage disposal proved to be faulty and Joe sent someone out immediately to replace. Ill be calling them again when ready to do the remodel of bathrooms.

    My experience with Mastercraft has been like nothing Ive ever experienced. They are AWESOME!!!!! They treat you so well. Bend over backwards to make you happy. Javier is a great worker and so caring. I was having a bad day and he called that night and the first thing he asked was I doing better. My mobile home is in shambles after Empire came out and ripped out flooring to find out they couldnt do the job. So Joe spent his night calling other customers and explained what happened and could they have their jobs pushed back so they could get my house done. All the guys from Mastercraft have been great. They treat you like family. Thank you Mastercraft.

    Joe and his crew are the very best! I’ve been meaning to post this for quite sometime. We had our kitchen completely remodeled in August. They did a fantastic job giving me EXACTLY what I wanted in the budget that we had.
