Conner was so competent and professional. He scheduled me in with our emergency plumbing issue on Eve of Thanksgiving. I would highly recommend Conner as his knowledge and workmanship on our job was beyond our expectation. He also educated us on how and why the two so called plumber’s before Serv-Flow were ineffective.

I reached out to Serv-Flow regarding a copper gas line that runs to my grill, it was hit with a shovel while having a fence installed. Conner came out promptly to assess the issue and fixed the line at a very fair price. At 30 years old myself, I was excited to see a young plumber who really knew the trade. I will be using Serv-Flow for all of my plumbing needs and will be recommending them to my family/neighbors.

Conner was so professional and even called me when he noticed that there was a missed call for service from me. I advised him that I wouldnt be home when he could be there to fix my plumbing issue and worked around having someone else there for me! I can not praise and thank him and the company itself for their quick call to service. The person that was home for the repair even was in awe of the services. They are always very friendly, punctual and have always done what they said. Further, there pricing has been resonable and they are always willing to give a quote prior to doing the work. I recently had what I considered a plumbing “emergency”. One of my neighbors worked for this company and recommended that I call them the next morning, so I did. The young lady who answered the phone (Paige, I believe) was very kind and and listened to me ramble about what was going on and let me know she could have someone at my home within an hour. Connor was dispatched to my home and I cannot stress enough how comfortable I felt having this “stranger” in my home. For 3 hours, he worked diligently to resolve my issue while being conscientious of my bank account. I asked for a card when he was finished and will request him by name from now on for any plumbing needs. I hope to not need these guys anytime in the near future, but will feel more than confident opening my checkbook for them should I need to.

Same day scheduling and quality work. Update- We have used Serv-Flow for both a hot water heater repair and to install two outdoor faucets. Both appointments were completed with quality work and I highly recommend them for your plumbing work.

Conner was amazing! He stayed until the problem was solved. My washer had over flowed that morning. They were able to come that afternoon. Ended up having some repairs done under the house to alleviate future issues too. Conner was great, polite & professional. Would 100% use again!
