My heat stopped working so I called Lee Company. I had the same experience today that I have had in the 3 years I have been using Lee Company. Above and beyond service. They are courteous, have an unbelievable work ethic, but most importantly, they get the job done and charge very reasonable rates. Shelby was my technician today and I could not recommend him more, but that has been the case with everyone Ive ever dealt with at Lee Company. Call them if you need help with your home, you wont regret it.

Most recently during a plumbing inspection the technician notified us of a termite issue under our house. Another technician fixed our gas log issue. The service contract has been a great value to us.

Lee Company is Amazing! Just moved into our first home and the septic tank was not hooked up to have pipe to flow the water out that caused our water to get clogged and flood our bathrooms. Lee Company headed our way at 10 at night and got here ASAP!! The guy that arrived at our house assessed the situation and got to work quick. He fixed the problem as soon as he could and was super nice despite the inconvenience of it being so late! We tried calling so many places to get someone out some could not make it but most did not call back. However, Lee Company was the first to answer our call immediately and send someone as soon as they could. very upfront on price to come out. I will use them from now on for any issues my family may have with plumbing. Will recommend to everyone!!

I contacted Lee company as my 30 year old unit was not holding temp. Someone came out the same day and gave me a couple of options ranging from repair to replacement. After a few days, I decided to go with replacement. All of the paper work was done the same day I let them know my decision, and the new unit was installed the next day. The whole team was very friendly and helpful through the whole process. They provided options with no pressure and did a professional job on install. I couldnt be more pleased with the communication and workmanship. If you need anything HVAC related call Lee Company and ask for Caleb. They will take great care of you.

I left an initial review and need to correct it. I recieved paperwork on financing that told me Lee Company was not truthful in their details on financing. After making a call to Synchrony Bank I was sent the incorrect paperwork and theyve corrected the issue. I was left without working toilets after having a main line replaced and had to pay a handy man 150.00 to fix them.

I could not be more pleased with my service from Lee Company and my service technician, Billy Bray. From beginning to end, my experience with Lee Company was fantastic! Scheduling was super easy and the customer service rep on the phone was so professional and kind. Billy came to do my annual check up on my HVAC system. He was very professional, friendly and helpful. He explained everything he was doing and gave me great recommendations (but no high pressure sales pitch). I did elect to have him come back and do some additional work and again, he was friendly, professional and shared each and every thing he was doing. And side note, he even discovered a leak in my roof that really saved me! Really appreciate him looking out! I would highly recommend Lee company to anyone looking for an honest, affordable and trustworthy service provider. They are awesome!

Always a great experience when Lee Company is called to our residence. Typically get a different person each time, but no matter who it is, they always do a great job. Billy was here yesterday and did a quick and thorough inspection of our AC unit, found the issue, checked on parts availability and scheduled a technician visit for the following day to get us up and running again. I hate when we have an isssue, but the quickness and overall service from Lee Co. is always consitantly great. 10/10 rating for this particular isssue.Update at 4:15pm. — I spoke to soon. Was supposed to have a tech here between 10-12:00 pm to repair the AC unit. Received no contact at all and called them at noon. They said running behind but will be there. I called again after 2:00pm and told running behind but will be there. Called at 4:00 and told it’ll now be Friday. Unbelievable. I canceled plans to be here because I want the AC fixed and now it’ll be 2 days later after waiting all day. Wow. 👎

Steven was tremendous! First, he arrived shortly after 8 am (scheduled between 8-10 am). He diagnosed the problem quickly with our ceiling exhaust fan/light and thoroughly discussed the solution including an estimated cost for replacement. He went to get parts and was back without wasting any time. The new ceiling exhaust fan/light was professionally installed. Steven cleaned up the area like nothing had ever been touched. He was very courteous and professional and explained everything to my wife when she returned home before he left. I give Steven an A+ and we are very satisfied and thankful for his work.

I had an issue with the tankless water heater and called Lee Co. A part was replaced but when putting it back together a switch was turned to the wrong position. It worked right for a couple of hours but we ended up having to call the next day. Changing the switch position was all it took. Those things happen sometimes. Ive used Lee Co. for about 5 years and like the service I receive from Lee Co.

Then when we decided to buy they gave us 2 options and multiple financing options. We chose to replace all of both AC and both Heaters. Showed up a full DAY early! The tech gave me a call to see if I wanted to knock out my appointment a day early and I was free so we did! They were coming to clean a dryer vent after Hoffman Bros. (Their competitor) decided not to show! I called Lee Company and asked for their quickest appointment, which was the next day. The tech called me an hour later and asked if I wanted my job done in an hour! He arrived quickly, did his job well and to completion, and was extremely professional. I had my BUS fuse box changed for my house changed to breaker panel box. Matt , the project manager was very prompt and gave me a fair estimate. Danny, the electrician was here by 8am and worked without lunch or break until 4:30 pm to get everything completed so we could have electric that evening. Danny was very respectful, answered any questions. He has a great work ethic and is very knowledgeable. He needed assistance because you always run into problems especially when your panel box was the original one from when the house was built in 1960. Matt jumped right in to assist him and worked on my electrical system for a couple of hours. I truly appreciate them both.

I had plumbing maintenance performed by Zach, which was exceptional. He was on time, polite, and thorough. I am however, disappointed with the company itself. I pay for the monthly maintenance plan for my daughter and she had it on autopay and it worked well until last fall. Suddenly, they stopped taking out the monthly fee and when she had her last HVAC maintenance the technician told her she needed to give him a check for $8.25, even though the payment had just been taken from her account. She gave it to him but when she called the company she was told she was on the annual plan. She had not changed her plan, did not want to change to annual and had not paid the annual fee. When attempting to correct this matter, she was told she would have to wait until next year, which makes no sense. Zach had said he would have Mr. Valentine contact us but that hasnt happened as of yet. Also, in the heat of summer last year I needed help because my HVAC went out. I called on a Friday and was told no one was available and they couldnt promise me anyone could get to me by Monday and suggested I call someone else. The excuse was one tech was on vacation and one got sick. I understand people get sick but this was unacceptable. I ended up buying a new system elsewhere. Zach was excellent but I am less than satisfied with the rest of my plan. I also get numerous calls reminding me I am eligible for my maintenance. I know what I am entitled to and an email reminder is fine but I dont want to receive so many calls. My health is not good and calling several times a day is not appreciated. I tried myself to locate but was unable to so I called Lee for assistance. Very courteous and scheduled an appt. Jeromy was my technician and he did a fantastic job. He located the leak rather quickly and fixed it along with some other items I had not gotten around to. He replaced my outside faucets and installed a new water heater as ours was 15 years old. Yes 15 years old so I decided since he was there if he had the time we would do that too. Everything came out great. I highly recommend Lee and especially Jeromy for any of your plumbing needs. Cant say enough good things about Lee Company; our A/C went out Friday night around 7ish...they had a tech there within 2 hours to look at it and give us the awesome news that the unit was very old (21 years) and would cost more than its worth to fix...Saturday morning they sent someone to help us figure out what to do next...Sunday morning 2 men came to our house and began installing the new unit, they worked until 4-5 pm despite it pouring rain all day...within 48 hrs. of the air going out we had a new unit and were cool once again...I wish all companies had this commitment and work ethic

We I had a problem with our generator. The company we had been using really did not keep the generator in good maintenance and we had an extremely hard time getting in touch with them. We contacted Lee Company because they were a Generac licensed contractor. The. Specialist, Frank, came out on time and looked at the generator. Because we did not know anything about it, he could’ve sold us most likely on a new generator. But he did not do that. He looked at it and serviced it and got it up and running. Then, he knew that we had five heating and air units. He offered a service agreement that covered servicing those units twice a year, servicing our generator once a year, Checking our electrical and checking our plumbing. Not only that but he would give us a discount on all parts and labor should any of the above need it. It was really a very great experience and I have to say I would highly recommend them to anyone that has a problem with their generator or HVAC. Great work guys!

They also discovered wiring that did not meet building code requirements. Lee Company was not only less in pricing, but also included a number of additional sensors and wiring to make the system install not only safe according to building codes, but more efficient.We are very happy with the finished results. He adhered to COVID 19 safety precautions and treated our home with respect. He educated us on our problem, explained what he was going to do and advised us on how to care for our hot water heater. We will only use Lee Company in Murfreesboro from now on. We have had other service providers come to work on our central heat and air and we were not happy with the service.
