I am so so so thankful for my experience with Armor Air. From the time of scheduling all the way to Steve Travis completing the work I needed. They did not hesitate to come out for a second opinion and break down for me what was really going. Not only that, incredibly affordable especially being a homeowner where things can get a littttttle pricey. Once everything was ordered, they got me on the books quickly which was so helpful especially in this cold. Michael did an excellent job of replacing our outdoor faucet and descaling our tankless water heater. He also found some of our duct work that had dropped from the vent and let us know. Travis the technician was awesome! Arrived earlier than expected. Very professional and nice. Did the job right and we had a few things on sink that broke and he fixed those. Jason Connelly was the most pleasant and professional person i have experienced in a long while when it comes to maintenance workers. He did a great job explaining the process and even entertained my lesser knowledge questions. Oh my heavens!!! I found the most amazing company today. Armor Air, TNI was a little skeptical of the $29 service call, but WOW Ryan put my mind at ease and talked me through their service. I scheduled for the afternoon and SO GLAD I DID. I already kindof knew what was wrong with my HVAC and Steve came out and it was what it was. 5 min and boom $29. They do have a $149 service agreement that includes 2 maintenances and a water heater flush and a plumbing check...but no pressure to buy. I did not opt for it today but definitely will in the spring. I feel as if I can have some piece of mind on my older units now. THANK YOU. I HOPE YOU HAVE ALL THE SUCCESS YOU DESERVE, as a reputable, fair, knowledgeable company. Id give 10 stars if I could.

My wife and I are new to TN, and with the purchase of a house came some things to take care of. I am the type of person that likes to do everything myself, but with twins and a toddler, we needed some help. We were very fortunate to have found Armor Air and Cody! He installed a new garbage disposal, installed a new sump pump system, and just recently worked on updating some drainage stuff (with the help of Caleb, whom I had an opportunity to briefly chat with but we had a good laugh!) Cody is fair, honest, fun to chat with, and communicates very well (providing ETA, time to completion, and providing solutions anytime there was a challenge). I respect and appreciate him because he didn’t try to oversell me on a bunch of stuff I didn’t need at the time (I have a tight schedule and time was one thing I couldn’t afford to waste). He knew that when the time came, I’d give him a call to fix the next thing. And we do… we keep calling Armor Air. We honestly won’t look anywhere else if it is something he can do, and we plan to have Cody out again late summer for a full house system drain! Thank you Cody, Caleb, and Armor Air for providing such high-quality service. I am glad I signed up (with Cody) to be a member - those discounts are AMAZING! Thank you!!

Cody was fantastic. He diagnosed the problem with our main water line. Replaced it with a new water line and was very respectful of our gardens in the process. Another large, well-known plumbing company had unsuccessfully attempted to fix the problem and destroyed my yard, driveway and garden in the process. Cody fixed it first time. Very happy with Armor Air and would definitely recommend them.

Cody did a great job with my Sump Pump. Amor Air were very helpful when I called for an appointment. Steve came in and corrected a lot of things on my HVAC to make sure it would keep running for quite some time. Everyone has been super nice! Travis did a wonderful job on my spigot, bib underneath my house to make sure there were no more leaks! He was super nice and went the extra mile to make sure everything was working properly.Steve came today and did an awesome job on my heating and air unit! They are always super awesome!

Update 12/12/2024: Im still very pleased with Armor Air. Jason came out today for a plumbing inspection and water heater flush and he was very friendly, informative and helpful. Still very pleased I chose Armor Air for maintenance plan. 👍🏽👍🏽Looked at several companies and decided to go with Armor Aires maintence plan. So far Im very pleased. Edward Travis came out for my first HVAC maintenance and was kind, knowledgeable and professional. Everything he said rang true including him being able to infer from his inspection things I hadnt mentioned, so I had zero qualms taking his advice. Although one of my units is older and has a very slow leak he didnt push for replacement the way another company I had come out in 2023 did. Looking forward to working with Armor Aire for the other parts of the maintenance package. (It is worth noting the electrical inspection mentioned as part of the plan on their website is not offered currently, but they were completely up front about that when I first called to obtain pricing information before deciding to go with them.)

Steve was amazing! He came ontime, I tracked his vehicle while he was on his way, so that was a cool feature. He was fast quick and even polite and pleasant to talk with. He raplaced the part and had my AC running in minutes. Steve was a lifesaver in this heat and represented himself and the company extremely well, so with that said, Armor Air will now be my company of choice for all my future AC needs. So I had cold air until he could return with the part.I know he was telling the truth because the up stairs and downstairs thermostats were working properly and I had no power and in the past up stairs and down stairs thermostats didnt separate each other.so it was a panel issue. I would have had this day no other way. I went on Angi for a need-one-now plumber and Ryan from Armor Air called me in minutes. We spoke and scheduled an estimate same day. Cody came out, prepared an estimate and we said go ahead. I thought, OMG, what about being responsible and getting several bids first. I thought, Ive never heard of Armor Air, who are they? But this experience proved that sometimes you marry the right person the first time. Ok, ok, maybe not all that but damn it, I want that to be true. If you practice good mental hygiene though and get those trauma wounds healed, you CAN be a healthy self-loving human and meet another self-accepting human. But back to Armor Air.... Codys funny bone was the first thing to shine. His infectious laugh had us rolling. Then to top it off, Cody brought back a treat I jokingly asked him to pick up when he ran to Home Depot for parts. The work was done professionally with a two-year guarantee. Cody was knowledgeable, patient, a great listener, and, again, funny. His customer service was exceptional and much appreciated. I cant express how thankful I feel that Armor Air was available today when I needed a plumber. The price was very reasonable and the person a lasting impression. Took his time and done thorough tune up He did AC tune up in May that was complete He is very knowledgeable tech . Despite today’s 80+ degree weather, Travis Altman from Armor Air (Murfreesboro, TN) came out to drain, clean, diagnose and fix our water heater, as well as inspect the bathrooms for any additional drainage problems. He helped identify which things were time-sensitive, so we could fix those first, followed by additional items that were within our budget. While our problem is still ultimately unresolved after having two technicians come out, Agyei was super helpful in pointing us in the right direction. I’m not thrilled with how big of a hole the first technician cut in our ceiling. I feel like a much smaller and cleaner hole could have been cut to be able to look at the problem. Ryan and Agyei did offer a complimentary heating and air tune up since they were unable to solve the problem which was nice. Overall I would like to credit Agyei for making it a positive experience. He was really good at explaining things and not making me feel pressured to do any unnecessary work.

It can be such a frustrating and confusing process to get quotes on various big ticket home jobs. Well, Armor Air is a breath of fresh air in that regard. Their tech, Travis, came by today to draw up quotes for tankless and tanked water heater installation (as I wasnt sure if its worth it to spend extra for tankless in my situation).Travis was exceptionally thorough and professional. In recent months, Ive had to install both furnace and AC plus a sump pump. Travis scores at the top of the list in time taken (looking at every angle) and helpfulness. Save a lot of time and expense (comparing to several others) and go with Armor!

I contacted Armor Air about a leak in the slab of my home. The leak had been detected by another company and I wanted a second opinion. Cody came out and after doing further investigation found that the leak was in my sprinkler system and not the slab. He repaired the leak at a fraction of the original cost quoted by the other company. I appreciated the honesty of only doing the work necessary to correct the problem rather that trying to do unnecessary work at thousands of dollars more. I was very pleased with the entire process of working with Armor Air.

Just within a few hours of our call to Armor Air Steve Travis came out to see what was going on with our Tennessee Grandpa’s unit ! He showed up with a smile on his face and confident that he could help . He was never out to just try to get Tennessee Grandpa to buy a unit if he did not need one ! As he worked , Steve would let us know what was going on and would smile and say “We will get it “ ! Our Tennessee Grandpa has been through so much and has had this issue with the unit all through the cold winter . He is so good to ppl and to me , my hubby , and our girls and when Steve Travis came to help , truly felt so good to see Tennessee Grandpa being cared abt ! Brought tears to my eyes bc when Steve told us due to no heat or air over the weekend , that he got us pushed up for first thing Monday morning ! Combined with mine and my daughter’s asthma Steve was determined to get Tn grandpa financial assistance to replace his 13 yr old warn out unit with a brand new one . Cody, was Punctual, courteous,, knowledgeable, quick and assessed several issues in my condo in short order. He arrived within the time promised and completed all services in to rapid succession. He replaced one toilet, completely rebuilt two toilets, replaced the drain in a bathroom vanity sink, and the hoses for a washing machine, then a complete inspection of all other appliances, removed and disposed of the old toilet in two hours, in a manner that appeared effortless, that’s when you know a tradesman knows his craft, when they make it look effortless.For the agreed upon price that I will say was more than reasonable compared to other estimates I got from the competition.I’ve been in the trades myself for over 45 years, current health prohibited me from tackling the project myself, having said that it doesn’t take but a little time and conversion to spot a trades man that know what he’s doing and Cody fits the bill.
