We have had lots of work done by Hoffman. Q swapped our gas water heater to electric and did an incredible job. He always goes out of his way to explain everything! Brantley did all of the wiring for the new unit and was very thorough and super intelligent in the field! Highly recommend Hoffman!

He did not try to do anything that wasnt necessary or appropriate to the problem. I highly recommend.

We recently signed up with Hoffmann for our annual HVAC service, so it made sense to try them first when our new gas tankless water heater went out on Saturday.Jake came to assess the issue on Monday and was able to troubleshoot pretty quickly; he contacted the manufacturer since it’s under parts warranty, got the parts ordered, and took the time to register the unit to us so the warranty would be in effect.The parts came in on Thursday and it looked like Hoffmann wouldn’t be able to come back until the following Monday, but they moved things around to ensure we wouldn’t have to go another weekend without hot water.Jake was incredibly kind, helpful, and knowledgeable, and I am so grateful to have a reliable service company like Hoffmann on our side. Also REALLY grateful I can finally shower again! (So is everyone around me 😉).Thanks, y’all!

I cant recommend this company enough and would choose them 10/10 times. Hoffman has installed a new water heater, completely re-ducted our entire house and installed a new AC condenser unit. This time, our kitchen faucet went out and they responded in a few hours and had a new one installed same day. Furthermore, every installer Ive met personally has been the most respectful and professional technician to the point where I never worried about them in my home. They even respected my wishes when my toddler was napping and never rang the door bell or disturbed him while they were working. Hoffman has never let us down and we are very happy, return customers.

The phone person who I think may have been named Shay and Rodney the plumber who came to my house were both amazing.I was in a pickle because the plumber I hired to show up the day before cancelled on me 30 minutes before they should have showed up and wouldn’t reschedule me until next week. Hoffman Brothers got me in the next day, and were able to get my frozen hose off and narrowly save me from a burst pipe, and they were super kind, knowledgeable, and answered any questions! I needed to have my kitchen faucet replaced as well and they had the faucet delivered while I waited and replaced it on the spot.I paid just under 800 dollars for the new midrange faucet and all the labor and everything involved which I felt like was fair. The faucet costs ~$220 to buy from Lowe’s and there were at least three different peoples wages and two vehicles involved in making it happen, so as far as I’m concerned $580 is a very reasonable amount to pay when you take into consideration actual living wages and vehicle maintenance.

Hoffmann Brother’s rating was 4.9 out it 5.I needed a plumber to clear our kitchen sink drain pipe. I called around 2PM. The service associate, Lucas, quickly understood my problem and was able to schedule a service call for 7 AM the following day.The plumber, Jake, arrived right on time. Jake diagnosed the problem, clearly described the cause, the solution , and recommended methods to prevent reoccurrence. While clearing the plugged line he was very careful to prevent any mess. When the work was complete he confirmed the sinks were draining properly.I am very pleased with Hoffmann Brothers and their service technicians. I would definitely call them again for plumbing, electrical or any of their other HVAC services.

Henry came out on 12/28 to replace our toilet. He repaired a leak under the house while he was here. There was still movement on the meter which was coming from a leaky faucet. He turned that off to save us from the meter running continuously. I didn’t realize that and called him back out today thinking it was something else. Something told me to check under the sink before I called. But I got busy and just called to schedule a follow up. Henry was really cool about it and explained why he left it off.
